I had an awesome experience here today! I needed new tires and decided to just show up without calling or making an appointment. Everyone was super nice and very professional! The waiting area was very comfortable and I enjoyed a free coffee. It didn't take very long to have my new tires installed. The tires look great and our vehicle rides so much better and safer.

Top notch customer service. If I ever have any issues, they handle it quickly with a "can do" attitude. With any tire issue I have had, they have worked to get me in quickly, even when really busy.I have several vehicles that I have serviced here over the past 25 years. I keep coming back due to their consistency.

Joe does an amazing job running this location and working with Zach is my favorite. We have never went anywhere else for years!!! Somedays may require and extra wait but soooo worth it! Keep it up guys

Not great. First they said they couldn t find the tires we bought 9 months ago that were under warranty. After several hours and multiple cars they suddenly found it.Then fast forward 6 months, had an appt at 4 for tire rotation and it took them an hour (til 5) to even take my car back.

Had an appointment scheduled this morning for a tire balance and rotation. I was told they were unable to get this finished until 2 hours later as they were backed up. Not sure what the point is in having an appointment scheduled if they cannot honor the appointment times. Appears discount tire is falling by the wayside lately, may have to consider a different tire company moving forward...

I have currently been at the discount tire for over 3 hours waiting on a tire rotation. Well over an hour past the wait time they originally estimated for my car to be done and it has still not been taken back to be worked on. An absolute awful experience. After 15 years of using only discount tire from Texas to Ohio I can say this experience was my worst and they have lost my future business with them.

We are traveling full time in our RV. We were due for new tires on our trailer and haven't been able to find somewhere to change the tires for us. We were passing through this area on a travel day, and we called a couple weeks ahead to see if they'd be able to get us the tires we wanted and switch them out for us. No problem! Made an appointment and were set to go. They gave us a courtesy call on a Saturday afternoon (appointment was on Monday morning and they are closed on Sunday) to apologize that the wrong tires came in and they had to reorder ours but they hadn't shown up yet although there was a chance they might later that day... this courtesy call alone was going to get them a 5 star rating. Greatly appreciate the heads up and not wasting our time. I called back Monday morning as we were packing up to hit the road to see if they had come in and they hadn't. I canceled our appointment but did ask if there was any way they could call me in the next hour or so if by some miracle they showed up. About 3 hrs later they called and said they weren't sure where we were, but the tires showed up and they were available to do the swap for us. It was an hour after our appointment time but we were luckily just 10 minutes past the store. We back tracked, and they had us in and out the door in 45 minutes without needing to unhitch or anything. They swapped them out in the pouring rain in the parkiny lot. We have always used Discount and this type of service is exactly why. Thank you!!!!!!!

Refused to work on my car, and then once I got new tires from them they put them on backwards and my wheels were backwards too. And then they left all the extra adhesive on my wheel wells

Came in for a simple tire rotation and left having to shampoo and brush out the dirt and grime that they left on my fabric. No time to cuss them out because kiddo needed picked up from daycare.

I especially requested attention to good tire balancing as I bought 5 new tires and had a long drive back to Malibu,Ca. The tires were horrible in the balancing! I had to search for another discount tire on the way home. This cost me stress and time and money. The tires were ounces off in balancing I was informed, they are perfect now. Also it was brought to my attention they broke a wheel stud ? They were all fine when I arrived? Then they tried to say it was that way when I arrived? It was intact with a lug nut on it when I arrived? I ll never buy tires here again ! This is very unprofessional and unfair! Horrible!!

Our 2017 VW Passat needed 3 new tires. Justin, Jones one of the managers was very helpful and actually helped me get a great set of 4 Michelin tires at a great price. It may sound like he made a great sale, he did, but it was less expensive to buy 4 than 3 when you look at the discount we got.I been a Discount Tire loyalist for the past 15 years, and we always got great service. Having the tire insurance has saved me a ton of money. Twice I have had to pay virtually $0 for new tires, the tires had unrepairable damage.These guys stand behind their product and service.

Went in got a whole set of tires and my tires balanced on my other vehicle and they did a terrific job. Nick was the one who helped me and guided me the whole way through and saved me a ton of trouble and money !!!! He had great customer service and great knowledge about what they do and what stkthey have highly recommended discount tire and their great staff

I've been to this place several times now. Every time it was a great experience. Professional staff. Friendly staff. Seriously, who shakes your hand and says thank you for your business anymore.... these guys do. Class acts, all of them. I'm a forever customer.

Had a slow leak over the labor day weekend on rear passenger tire. Loosing all air in a 24hr period. Called dealership yesterday where I got tires they could not even fit me in scheduled appointment 16 days from now. I show up at 8am no appointment at Discount Tire. They get me in and out in 20min. No charge and have quotes for new tires in my hand with two options. No brains needed to know where I will be coming to get tires from now on, see you all soon. Thanks again for the help, this is what is missing from the world. Great company model and employees like this. Highly recommended this location.

My mom had her valve stem replaced on one of her tires and it costed like 50 bucks, which is stupendous for something that took not even an hour to do. However, the staff seemed to be very nice and didnt damage anything.

I arrived about a half hour earlier than my appointment time to have my tires replaced. I was fine with waiting, but they started early and the estimate they gave me for when they'd be done with my car was right on! Great place! Quality work! Fast service! I highly recommend this place. Also, if you need your tire pressure checked/air in your tires all you have to do is pull up between the cones they have set up in front of their building.

My wife was just there 6/2/23 was asked if her car had tire locks. She didn t know what tire locks were and because of that the tire sales man laughed. Handle yourself more professionally laughing at a woman for not know car terminology must make you feel better. I ll never be back.

Poor Customer ServiceMultiple different times, finally thought I would give a review because this has just been bad service.First time, I just wanted a tire rotation, only had 16,000 miles on my new car tires. Willing to pay. The kid just kept telling me I am ready for new tires, and he could give me a quote on 4 new tires.I absolutely did not need new tires. I just wanted a rotation.Then today I just needed a valve stem, put in a tire that this discount tire shop installed years ago. I brought the wheel and tire in, off the truck, and the kid told me they can t do it due to the age of the tire. But he could give me a price for a new tire.I said I really don t need a new tire. It s and old farm truck . I m just trying to get a valve stem put in.But ok, I understand if that s their policy. So I asked can I just buy a valve Stem. He hesitated, and said we don t sell just Valve Stems.What. This is a tire shop. And I can t just buy a valve stem.I have done business with this discount tire in the past. Unfortunately due to this poor service and just trying to upsell me saying I need new tires multiple times . I will not be returning.Went down the street and they replaced valve stem free of charge in 7 minutes. So I gave the guy a nice $tip.

I've only been to this location a few times. However each time I've been greeted with really friendly staff that have went the extra mile... I got 2 tires on one of my vehicles not too long ago and they were awesome but just yesterday I needed tires for my car and only intended to get 2 tires to keep me going but then ended up getting 4 tires which I definitely needed for a really good price. They not only were able to take care of it but they were also really quick and I am happy with the whole situation. Good place to go!

Had a wonderful experience there today - I didn't have an appointment and they fit me right in. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it at no charge. I am so grateful! I'll be coming here whenever I need tires next! Thank you!

Tires seem to be moderately priced, but they don't do tire alignment... Which is absolutely silly considering that at least some of the tires need to be replaced because of poor alignment... Would give 4 stars if they did alignment. 5 stars if it would have been seamless. Shop hopping to get an alignment killed my afternoon... Considered one star.Edit: (to the business owner) get your employees the tools they need to do their job properly. You might think you're saving yourself some money, but you're actually costing yourself business.

Ordered my tires thru tire rack and had them delivered and mounted at Discount Tire. Quick and easy process. On my drive home however I had to hold my steering wheel slightly to the right in order to go straight. This quickly drove me nuts so I called DT and they told me it sounds like an alignment issue but they don t do alignment, so I d have to take it somewhere else to fix something they did OK cool
