Great Customer Service, Honest and extremely fair. Husband broke down far away from home Dawson took him in even though he didn't have time and took care of our problems even got us a great tow company to come get the truck and a trailer he was hauling! Give this buisness a try! Shop is out of the way but excellent owners and mechanic. Did service on 2010 Honda Civic with recommendations for future service on car with high mileage. Might be cheaper to perform fixes than buy another car.

Dropped off my car not working.. picked it back up 800$ later not working with apparently uneeded repairs. A half mile test drive was done before giving it back and 2 miles down the road it broke down. I had to fight to get it diagnosed for free after i pulled it back from their repair. They said it was because i refused a pressure test on the radiator .. even though it was obviously going to fail bc it was leaking fluid

Honestly, I had to pay someone else to repair all his repairs . One was a front end issue where several jam nuts didn t get tightened back and caused the jeep to swerve all over the road. Dangerous. Inspection plate was bent all to heck after a clutch job, and instead of repairing my shock pin bar correctly, he hammered out the threads and put in small bolts which torn out, causing more damage. And this one is a HUGE pain to fix!!! If you own a Jeep Wrangler, I d head over to Trails West. They helped me out with some of the stuff. Dude was nice enough but nice doesn t fix all the stuff he fixed . Disappointing for sure. Ended costing twice as much in the end.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service, quick turn around. They can work on anything. I have sent them Trucks, trailers, even big farm tractors. Affordable pricing, no b.s. and you get your stuff fixed right the first time. A++

Fuel pump went out on my truck on way to work one morning a&l towing got it to him at 2:00 and he stayed through the evening to fix it so I could have my truck ended up being wrong part but took it back and he made it right 100%
