I had an outstanding experience at Buckeye Toyota in Lancaster, Ohio, when purchasing my new Toyota 4Runner. Matt Nestor, the salesman, truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Despite living an hour away, Matt confirmed the vehicle's availability and even extended his work hours, assuring me he'd stay late to accommodate my schedule. When I arrived, he and the finance manager dedicated their time, even meeting on Matt's day off, to complete the paperwork and ensure the smooth delivery of my new vehicle. The exceptional customer service provided by Matt and the team at Buckeye Toyota made my car-buying experience hassle-free and enjoyable. My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over 35 years. After trying to work with other dealerships and not getting the vehicle we wanted ,a phone call to Buckeye Toyota and a conversation with Tristan led us to visiting this dealership.By far we had the best experience working with Tristan and getting the Sienna we wanted and we love it.I actually found picking up my van and going over the features with Tristan to be educational and enjoyable.We also enjoyed working with Josh who assisted us with financing. He was pleasant, efficient, and competent.We will be purchasing future vehicles from Buckeye Toyota . Great experience at Buckeye Toyota! Super friendly staff. Car shopping is not our favorite thing to do and Chandler made the experience easy and enjoyable. He really went above and beyond to find us the perfect vehicle! Highly recommend for a great car buying experience.

I can't say enough about the customer care I got from Buckeye Toyota. Chandler Donaldson stopped, after business hours, to offer assistance and answer questions. He helped me find a vehicle that I was happy with and did not pressure me at any time. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process go very easily. I can't say enough about his help and the friendliness of the staff at Buckeye Toyota. I will be having my vehicle's maintenance done there and will look to them for any future vehicle needs. I will recommend this dealership, and Chandler in particular, to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.

Caleb Burchell helped us with the purchase of a 2024 Toyota Highlander XLE. I was at another Toyota dealership and they did not have it so I called Buckeye Toyota to confirm that they still have one available. When we arrived the car was already pulled up in front of the store. Caleb was very professional and was able to answer all questions. Also the whole process was smooth and easy all the way to signing the paperwork. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle in the future. Great experience with Buckeye Toyota!

This is my go to Toyota dealership! I have done business with 5 other local Toyota dealers, and Buckeye surpasses them all in sales, customer service, and maintenance. They are thee only dealer I trust. Nancy is the best Service Advisor! You can always count on her to be there upon arrival. With product shortages post covid and dealers having empty lots, you can count on Buckeye Toyota to make up for it in service!!

I ll never go there again. They wouldn t take responsibility for leaving my brake fluid cap off. There was dirt in the reservoir. They said they would clean it out but they didn t. This picture was taken AFTER they supposedly cleaned it.

I stopped in to buy a great used vehicle. They were very helpful and patient.I drove probably six different vehicles and the salesman was very helpful in helping me find the right one. I ended up buying a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. I really like the fact they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on every vehicle under $100,000 miles. Check them out for your next used vehicle or new one.

I started bringing my Corolla here and it s been a great! I used take my cars to the major Columbus dealerships but kept dealing with really bad service advisors and or I would end up sitting in the dealership for hours, at the most I sat for a total of Four hours waiting on a Tire rotation & oil change at Germain.I brought my car in today at 1:00PM and my inspection & Oil change was done in 45 minutes. Had just enough time to run down to the mall and grab a coffee from Krabby Koffee and my car was done. The prices have also been much cheaper compared to Columbus dealers. Nancy was amazing also so I ll defiantly be getting the rest of my services done here.

We have been searching for a van for months now in this crazy market. We were told at so many Toyota dealerships that if we don t have a car to trade and also finance with them or use banks with crazy APR we won t be able to buy a van. When we called Buckeye Toyota and talked to Matt Nestor, he made the process so easy it felt like a scam. We drove to the dealership to be sure this was legit . We weren t asked to bring a car to trade and the credit union bank that we used to finance us was accepted to get us our long awaited van our family needed desperately. Wonderful office, exceptional customer service and Matt Nestor is our hero. Thank you Buckeye Toyota for being part of our answered prayer

Will not take responsibility for there mistakes. Make customers pay for there laziness. Manger Eric T. Owned up to mistakes but said he had all paper work and I could not touch him legally . Clearly they are more worried about lawsuits then do the right thing. 0-10 would never go back or recommend to anyone.

I found a nail in my tire and drove to the dealership immediately without an appointment and they took me right in and patched my tire for me. Good job to everyone involved. Such a relief.11/11/23----I'm still amazed at their service department. I only trust this place and no where else. They make actual videos of the service that needs done to your car and the tech tells you what he is going to do. Highly recommend this place for service on your Toyota

I was new to the area so I was so grateful to have found a place like this. They are pleasant, well organized, great with customer care, and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Worked with Dustin and Caleb, and they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend working with them for any purchase. The maintenance staff also seemed professional and timely, which is unfortunately rare nowadays at other dealerships. Definitely recommend Buckeye Toyota for sales and service!

Very poor customer service. I brought my car in Saturday 3/11 for an oil change and tire rotation. Never received a call that it was completed. So I called and was told I would have to wait until Monday to receive my car. I had to work Saturday night so I went and picked up my car with my other key. When I got there my car was left unlocked. (They sure are quick to lock the brand new/used cars that don t have personal items in it though). I hadn t heard anything from them since even though they state that they had called me. After informing them I received nothing they told me my phone was broken if that was the case. Even though I use it daily. And have had zero issues getting in contact with anyone of any kind. Especially with spam callers that always call my phone and leave voicemails. I ll never be going back to this Toyota very poor customer service by all.After further investigation of other reviews it appears your service team is your core problem and is gonna cost you your business...

I am the most reluctant car shopper on the planet; that's one of the reasons I drive my trucks to extreme mileage. I hate the process that much. I knew I wanted a Toyota; I had a sense of which model, and I'd done a fair bit of research online with CarGuru and Carvanna. Other than that, I walked into Buckeye Toyota cold and was grateful when one sales guy...in a room full of them, all focused on their computer screens...jumped up and introduced himself as Max Baker. We clicked immediately, mostly because he was low key, common sense, respectful of the research/shopping I had already done online, AND HE LISTENED to my specific needs in a vehicle that are critical to my living, my finances, my personal schedule. I ended up choosing to spend $7,000 more than I had budgeted because he helped me weigh options and costs against my specific longterm vehicle use. From then until I drove away in my beautifully washed and completely gassed-up 4Runner, everything was done with top-notch, smooth professionalism, from Max's guidance to the clear and carefully communicated finance and coverage options offered by Finance Manager Andy Mettle. Given my history and the quality of Toyota vehicles, I probably won't be back to Buckeye for another decade...but between now and then, I will recommend Max and Andy to anyone who talks with me about my Toyota 4Runner buying experience.

the whole team here in lancaster is super helpful and nice! I am loving that my vehicle has a lifetime drive train warranty and my first oil change was complimentary! Also the amenities while waiting for service is above and beyond... drinks, popcorn, TV and a kiddie area for my little ones to play! I plan on making all my future vehicle purchases here!

I purchased my New 2023 Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF-ROAD from Steve Jenkins, he was a great sales person, very helpful and knowledgeable, he has contacted me several times since my purchase to ensure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions. I usually shy away from using dealerships for service or repairs due to bad experiences (specifically at BB Ford in Lancaster- IYKYK) but I cannot say enough great things about Buckeye Toyota in Lancaster. Reasonably priced, slick service, cheap daily/partial day rentals, and super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
