Very Professional, Great Pricing, Kept my vehicle inside overnight, made dropping off easy. Wiped down dash after work was completed. The gentleman who works the phones and appointments is great. Windows came out great on my 2024 vehicle.

I took my vehicle to have the windows tinted. I was told all imperfections would disappear over time. After waiting three weeks, there are multiple hairs, bubbles, and other imperfections in the window tint. I was told that if I have any problems, to bring it back. I brought my vehicle back (after paying them over $300) to point out these problems and was told I would have to re-pay even more money for them to fix their mistakes. I should also note that they left my car and windows very dirty. I would not recommend having your windows tinted here.Save your money and go somewhere more professional.

Brian is very knowledgeable l called around to diffrent places here in parkersburg wv to get my windows working no one new how not even the nissan dealers .so I took the drive to lancaster ohio .which Brian and his employee helped me out and I was on my way back with in a half hour thank u b&b auto glass. For helping me out of a jam .

B&B Auto Glass did an awesome job replacing, and tinting my windshield. They were done within an hour and a half, and cost $100 less than any other estimate I received.

They had me in and out with in and hour and the had to replace a driver side vent window in a 2017 Jeep Patriot and it was not easy. They even vacuumed up ALL the broken glass that had fail inside and in the door as they was removing it.The employee's was very very respectful. And the price was very reasonable. I really look forward in doing ALL my window business with this B&B Auto Glass that's for sure!!!!Service: Installation

Made an appointment late into their hours of operation for early today, and while I did have to wait for my glass to arrive (scheduled appointment was for before the shipment arrived.) 15 minute wait for that. That's all well and good, I was prepared to wait a lot longer. And the fact that they removed the busted glass, put in the new and even cleaned the mirror in under 45 minutes amazed me. Thanks fellas for the fast, friendly, and professional service.

I received an all around 15% tint from these guys and had a really good experience. Brian took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. Definitely a place to recommend to others.

Window was done very fast, they got me in right away. When I called the gentleman there asked if I wanted a tinted windshield which they quoted me $275 for or an un-tinted window for $250. I told him that I wanted the tinted one for $275. When I arrived a few days later to have my windshield replaced, I went straight to the desk to pay him and he charged me $250 He asked if that's what I had been quoted and I said "no I was quoted $275" he then replied "well I guess you are getting it for $250" When I got in my car ready to leave I had noticed that the windshield was not tinted and when I went to adjust my rear view mirror it fell off. Later on when I looked at the receipt I noticed there was also a $9 charge for using my using my bank card instead of cash that I was not made aware of. I can't say that I will be back here or ever recommend them to anyone else.

B&B was great. I called and asked for a specific date to accommodate my work schedule, and I got it without any problems. I dropped off the car and they called me once it was done. I would definitely use B&B again.

I had my windows tinted on my jeep and they did an Amazing job. And it only took about 90 minutes. He was very friendly and efficient. Not to mention way cheaper than alot of other places in town.We will definitely be taking our other vehicles in and recommending them.

-Not close on timeframe they said they would complete the job, after calling days ahead. Bring it in Monday morning, we ll have it done in a few hours right -Glass all throughout my vehicle still. Jeez.-Left vehicle unlocked parked on the street. -No phone call when it was complete.-Pretty much the absolute bare minimum was done here No effort whatsoever.

I wanted my windows tinted in the middle of winter which is not always a good choice but b&b Auto Glass came through and even kept my car indoors with the heat on all night long. If you are not completely satisfied with their performance then they will correct anything that you are not happy with as long as you ask. Highly recommended for window tint as well as window replacement and any other kind of engine work or what so have you. Not many know but they also do mechanical work in a garage just across the street and they have a top certified mechanic working for them. Great customer service.

My son took his car in to get looked at and they told him he needed a new engine $1,800 later after they put the engine in his car still did not run. Hmmm? So they replaced the alternator and by surprise my son's car was running. And now the engine they put it has stopped working so my son is out 1800 and has no car and all that needed done was to replace the alternator and all they do is drink and get drunk on the job while working on his car very unprofessional.

Will def be back for all my auto glass needs in the future. The guy that helped me out was awesome over the phone and in person. He did a really good job replacing the window, he even cleaned out a lot of the glass inside, and was done before the time he quoted. I will recommend B&B Auto Glass to anyone who will listen from now on.

Mowing company blew my side window out....Dustin ordered me a window and got me in as soon as the window came in. 20 minutes later I'm leaving with a new window. A+ fast service. Thanks guys!!

Replaced a windshield and tinted all windows... excellent job on both..nice people.. very friendly.. qualify service.. reasonable prices.. highly recommend
