The gentleman who helped me took time out of his day to ensure that I had the right part the right item and I knew how to use the item his name was Tyler w. so if you ever need help I would always ask for Tyler.

My sister's battery died so we jumped started her car and we drove down to Advance to get it checked out. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and helpful. He gave her different battery options and he checked the alternator out to. She ended up getting the mid price battery, boy did those prices go up under Bidenonmics. What a joke-not advance.

All the employees greeted me with a hello, Sir. They were all very professional and polite and very, very helpful.The manager was well groomed just as everyone else.Mr. Tyler sold me on new wiper blades for my Jeep, and he even installed and inspected their performance. And made sure I was satisfied.I really look forward to doing ALL my business here!!

Purchased all 4 sets of brakes and rotors for my 2017 GMC Canyon. I totaled the truck on my way home from work a couple weeks later and never installed the new brakes or rotors. I tried to return them as I now no longer have the truck I bought them for. I was told that I could not have my money back, they would only give me store credit. This is absolutely a scam, they basically stole $367 dollars from me, by forcing me to shop at their store. After this card is spent I will never shop at Advanced Auto Parts ever again.

A great supply of car parts and other things for possibly four wheelers and go carts. I really recommend their 2 cycle oil.

I give four stars for this particular trip because I was searching for 15W50 oil and they only carry it in 5 Gal other than that I really enjoy coming here because they usually have what I'm looking for.

Well Advance Auto is also fun place to go for your vehicle and if they do not have the part they can get it no problemThe employees are nice and friendly and know their job well thanks to all of youBut i found out the best part of Advance Auto is they HAVE THE GREATEST AND VERY CARING MANGERS AT BOTH STORES IN LANCASTER, OHIOI GIVE YOU GUYS MY HEART FELT THANK YOU and to Advance Auto two thumbs up my Advance Auto is the best

I've shopped this place for years. They always have great prices and usually have the parts I need. If they don't have them they get them quick. The staff is usually pretty friendly and very knowledgeable.

Did not have the part I needed and they on the phone the entire time they were helping me! I used to shop at Advanced all the time but they have definitely fell off in my eyes!

Usually whenever I shop here I am with my husband, who knows what he's looking for regarding the things he needs to work on our cars. The guys that work here seem to be very nice and knowledgeable. I believe if I were to go in myself, knowing what I need but unsure where to find it, they would know how to help and where to direct me.

Been going here for awhile now. Tracy knows his stuff. I prefer this location over the memorial one. Good selection and they have a lot of parts on hand.

Not exactly the friendest place I've ever stopped.I started to ask a question and was cut off before I could even finish.I don't frequent places that employ rude people! I won't be stopping at this place again.

Really helpful nice employees even let me use the restroom and that's becoming more and more rare as places cut back. And if a business ever tells me I can't take my child to the bathroom I will probably never be back

Good experience soon as I walk in got help not off the bat went in to receive the Buy a Reese hitch padlock that locks they had one in stock and I was satisfied and purchase it she came out feeling great good service.

I went in there to get oil for my car. Customer service t acknowledged me right when I walked in the door. Directed me to the product that I needed, purchase my oil and I was on my way. Very professional, very quick, and thank you very much good job.

These guys are great...if they don't have it, which is rare, they tell you who does! Never would have thought about TSC but still made a purchase and sure enough they were right! Love it when auto parts stores KNOW their business!

Asked randy to change license plate bulb and straight up said no. Then asked him a question about the bulb and ignored my question. Went to pay and didn t even ask me for a phone number either.
