I have used ABC to maintain our fleet of vehicles at The Creed of Recovery, but since late 2023 we started having issues; for example, one of our vans would go in for service and a few days later be two quarts of oil low. Or in one case, we had a minivan with barely over 100k go in for an oil change and be running perfectly and a week later have no compression in two cylinders. At first we just chalked it up to human error. But then last week I took my personal truck in for an oil change and two days later my lifters and rods are knocking. When I checked the oil it looked dirty and thin. I took it to ABC and the mechanic actually said Keep driving it until it gets worse. I went straight to Advance auto and got the correct oil, when I drained it, it was very runny, like brake fluid runny. I put on a new oil filter and filled it with the correct oil and no more noise.The evidence indicates ABC is actually causing intentional harm to vehicles to get you back in for more service charges. I spoke to Josh on the phone, he was given a chance to correct it, his mechanics declined.I would not take anything there unless you want it junked.

Would not recommend to anyone. Took my truck in with several issues completely unrelated, long story short when I went to pick it up it had almost no oil pressure with loud knocking noise and Josh encouraged me to drive it 'cause maybe it will work itself out' needless to say I took it to another mechanic and ended up spending another 4k to have the motor replaced. Called abc back in hopes they could help me out with some of the 2400 they had charged to ruin my motor and..nope! Not willing to do anything. So yea, if you're looking for a good trustworthy mechanic, look elsewhere!

Several yrs ago I took my 97 Chevy c1500 WT there about some transmission issues. The owner could have convinced me that it needed a transmission after they drove it and put it up on the rack. Instead he told me how to bypass the issue and said I may very well get 500000 mi out of it. He didn't charge me a penny for the time and effort they put in it. I just took my 2018 Silverado to him about trans issues and again the owner explained everything in detail and suggested a trans cooler. They put a trans cooler in for me and did it ridiculously cheap. They are all such fine people and so enjoyable to deal with. If you're looking for an honest reputable place to have work done you found it. I Love em all. Fine people and such a fine Man owns itService: Transmission

Took my car here at the beginning of the month, it was the transmission, it's been their the entire month,and $7,100, I have lost my job in this period of time, and I called today at 5:05p.m. tried to pay and go pick my car up and was told no will have to wait another day because it was inside. Yeah thanks, I guess when I saw the newspaper article it would be a quicker and better experience, also if you only have 1 vehicle, remember it could be an entire month that they will have your car,.... I am updating this now because after I picked my car up finally it turns out that ABC decided they needed to drive my car 400+ miles to for some reason, it's was under 140,00 when dropped off and picked up my vehicle with 140,450 miles on it , also I only run premium in my car and they definitely put unleaded in it, just saying

So I took my vehicle there to get the started checked. It started when I took it there.They tested it and it needed a new starter which cost for $472.34 for the reconditioned starter. I called around town and other places cost 169.99 for the same part. The total bill was $693.89.I declined and said I would pay for the diagnosis. He then told me they couldn t get my car started and pushed it way down the street in front of the stop sign and told me I would have to have it towed.Also had so wait over an hour for the guy to get back from his lunch break.Didn t offer any kind of compensation or anything, said it wasn t their problem.So you can decide and hopefully check out other places before this happens to you.Bad business.When the tow truck came to drop off my car, he told me this was the second time today he had to tow a vehicle that was driven there and tow away from ABC drivetrain services.Beware and dare to get car fixed there.!

Had a great experience at ABC drive train. I knew I needed my transmission fluid topped off, so that's all I asked for. They also did a diagnostic check and cleared codes from when I was driving with low fluid. They gave me a very fair price and my transmission is back to normal. I will be a return customer when I need drive train help again.Service: Transmission

I called into the shop and spoke with Josh, he was extremely helpful and was able to get my truck in for diagnostics the following morning. After dropping off my truck the next morning, they had it diagnosed and quoted within 2 hours even though they looked busy. The parts needed ordered, only took a couple days, I brought it back and the new AC condenser replaced way earlier than expected. My truck AC is blowing COLD for the first time since owning it. I highly recommend this shop and will bring any other issues I run into to this honest shop. 10/5 rating if I could.Service: A/C installation & repair

Great place. Always gives me a time frame on when they will be done, and so far they have always finished the job early. I have used ABC previously and received great service and never any issue. My husband and I recently had front and back breaks replaced on a 79 Chevy, total cost was $1019.00. I paid for the repairs over the phone, and we would pick the truck up that evening, since they close before we are able to make it to the shop. My husband gets into the truck and is unable to drive the truck from the shop because the throttle cable is broken. My husband spoke with the shop on Monday morning and they said "they would take care of it". ABC employee was the last person to drive the truck, and they refused to pay for the throttle cable and labor. Therefore, we had to pay another $92.16 for something that we did not break. Personally, to me that is poor customer service.. we did not break the cable, why should we be responsible for the part and labor. The manager Josh was no help, rude, and did not even attempt to work a deal or give a discount for ABC's mistake! We will NOT be back to this shop!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles there for nearly 20 years and I would never consider going anywhere else. They treat you like family and always go the extra mile. They only fix what needs to be fixed and they always provide a clear explanation of why it needed fixing. Folks you can trust!

Our heads blew in our box truck, got it towed there on a Friday and they did a complete engine swap and had it back to us the following Thursday!! The whole experience was flawless, I would recommend them 10/10 times.

have had stereo's installed here from dump truck,tractor trailer,numerous automobiles and the installer has always done a clean professional job. also they worked on my Lexus when nobody but the dealer would touch it. all with out breaking the bank,will never go to the dealership again

I worked at this shop and they are some of the best, honest people you ll ever meet. Really great place to work for and get work done. Ps I haven t worked here in 5 years, nor talked to anyone there. This is a non biased review.

Fair, Honest and Friendly. I bring my car in for regular oil change and systems check. They note any issues and never pressure. Services I have had done, such as break replacement have been done right at a fair price.

called asked about a transmission flush and was told "we dont do flushes" then why does the website say they do flushes? Dont bother

Daniel, service manager had been with his family company for almost 15 years. ABC does full service work on your car NOT just transmissions....but the transmission work is wonderful. Highly Recommend

I came to ABC Drivetrain for a second opinion on the status of my bad transmission. The staff listened to me, gave me a fair price to replace my transmission, and I chose them to do the repairs. I am very pleased. The staff is professional and kept me apprised of progress. I will use ABC Drivetrain for my future car maintenence.

Abc drivetrain parts and service is the best mechanic's that I have been to and thats because the service they provide is quick and reliable and the employees attitudes are very respectful and polite to all their customers.I recommend going to ABC DRIVETRAIN PARTS AND SERVICE because thats where I'll be going from now on

This place gets 5 stars staff is friendly they're Straight Shooters and I've had work done and they did me right way better then the dealership or anyone else I took my vehicle to Don't Be Afraid this place knows what they're doing
