Heading into work this morning I realized I had ran over a screw the night before. I was scrambling to find somewhere close that could fix the tire as I only had about 15 mins before my next appointment! (I'm a local barber.) Anyways I spoke to John on the phone and he was super helpful and told me to just drop it off and they'd have it done by the end of the day! By 4:30 I received the phone call that it was done and I could pick it up!Great service, fair prices, and right up the street! It was a win win for me to an already hectic day! Thanks again guys I greatly appreciate your time.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I have. 2014 Range Rover Sport. I called asked if they work on this vehicle that said absolutely. Rich the service manager spoke with me about the repairs and said I needed an oil change as well. I told him ok please do that. He called me at home to tell me they could not get the splash pan off the corrosion was so bad , and to take it to a Range Rover dealership and let them see if they can do it. He said otherwise he would have to cut a hole in the bottom of the pan. He said there was no valve to do it from the top. I told him ok I would come pay him for the work done and get Range Rover to handle the oil change that according to him was desperately needed. I called Range Rover spoke to the maintenance manager there. He said of course they couldn t get it off it s not supposed to come off. The oil change is done through the valve on the top. I told him that Firestone said I have no valve. He said Miss I assure you do every Land Rover Range Rover etc. has this valve it is the only way an oil change is to be done. Firestone told a absolute lie. I called Firestone back asked to speak to Rich he fumbled his words and said I ll go see what s going on . I never heard anything the rest of the night. In the morning they called said the oil change was done and I could come get the car. I did. Rich never came up to speak with me. I told the other person I was very unhappy with the way is played out. That that was a absolute fabrication. I thought this was going to be my go to place. I will Never take another vehicle to them. The last they could have done was offer some type of discount and a apology. Extremely poor business dealings and a liar on top. Be weary.

John was fantastic. The experience was fast, the communication between the team and myself was clear and we were back on the road in no time. I could not recommend Lakewood Tire Pros more. Truly a great experience.

John has worked with me on my tires for a number of years now (probably 7 or 8 years). I trust him when he says "we can fix it" or "you need new tire." I prefer the much cheaper we-can-fix-it message, but I understand it when he explains why I need a new tire. I go back for tire work whenever i need it.

Highly recommend! Dealing with John was one of the better customer experiences I've had recently.I called several places for the best price on the unusual size tires for my car and John was patient giving me times and prices of various tires. After calling several places their prices were same or better than any others. Even Costco said I would have to wait a week for the next sale to match the price of comparable tires to the ones Lakewood Tire Pros could have installed the next day.They installed the tired in about an hour.Another thing I appreciated was that they did not fabricate or exaggerate any extra services needed. They said they could do an alignment if needed. I fully expected them to tell me I needed it - as many service places are happy to rush to tell you if your alignment is a half a micrometer off of where it should be so they can sell you an alignment, but Lakewood tire told me my alignment was fine and I was all set to go.As a new customer, the honesty, customer service, and excellent prices go a long way with me. Had a major mechanical issue during rush hour, Rich sent his tow guys immediately and came to pick me up and give me a ride home. The quality and service at this location is unprecedented! I would not take my Jeep to anyone but Rich and the guys at Lakewood Firestone, they are honest, fair and treat their customers like family.

Highly recommend! I took my car to the dealership for a leaky tire, but the repair needed a part that wouldn't be in for 30 days, so I decided to call around. I'm so grateful I found the folks at the Lakewood Tire Shop because they fixed it the next day for less than half the price. They were professional, quick, and fair. We'll be Lakewood Tire customers for life and will never go to the dealership for tires again. Thank you!

What a fantastic little service shop. I needed a new set of tires the week before a trip and they were able to accommodate with a matter of days. The service itself was affordable and took less than a half an hour. Pleasant interaction, upfront about costs and a clean waiting area were all I could ask for. Car was making scraping sounds, they checked it out and got it fixed on the spot and sold me two MUCH needed tires (I knew they were bald, I don t feel like I was pressured into it by any means). Super nice guys, very quick I just hung out there while they got everything fixed and back to me in an hour or so. I've been here repeatedly for work on my car ranging from simple oil changes to brake repair and have never been disappointed. Reliable work from a professional staff with solid customer service. What I appreciate most though is the communication. I never feel pushed to get work done on my car that isn't necessary. If the staff sees something they think should be fixed, they point it out, communicate quickly and make honest recommendations, but don't try to oversell anything if you choose not to have it done. Would definitely recommend.

I took my car in just before a cross country road trip thinking I'd need some maintenance for a squeaking tire due to worn wheel bearings. I wanted to get in same day with the trip coming up and avoid any fees if no repair was needed. Over the phone, the owner was upfront about being extra busy with a staff member on vacation, but asked additional questions about the squeaking and was able to say he could get the issue fixed within the same day or two. My issue was actually related to break corrosion and I got new tires which were badly needed. The owner kept me posted with all updates and made me aware of service/product options. I was able to pickup next day and my car drives like brand new! And I'll be glad to have the included roadside assistance. Overall, staff are super friendly, honest, and meet customers' needs on an individual level - I'll be a returning customer.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes
