Refused to return parts when the same employees sold me the parts less than 20 minutes before. I will never do business here again

The guy at the counter was more concerned about eating his lunch than helping. When I asked for advise wad told when I'm here I sell parts. Would not give any advise or help to solve issue so I could buy parts. I will not go back there is they are the last parts store on earth. Very bad customer service.

It's nice to not have to go all the way to Bellefontaine for car parts. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their selection of some things isn't huge but they can order stuff pretty fast

Great people, prices. Ryan, the manager did my brake pads and rotors on my 2014 toyoa prius. He did an AWSOME job. Was skeptic because a prius needs to be worked on differantly. No problems, he did an excellent job. I have a 2011 chevy cruze im going to have him fix. I feel very confident in Ryan.Great prices and service. Check him out at the store.

Nice people. They will help you if they can. Smaller store seem to carry wide range of parts. If you need a tool be sure what you need before you go.

Employees extremely helpful and nice. Easy to find. Not the biggest store but they did carry a part I needed that other stores didn't carry. I recommend them highly.

Good little parts store in Lakeview Ohio. If they don't have it, they usually can get it that day or next day.

Called ahead to see if they had parts in stock and prices. Was told parts were $21 and in stock. Show up to store, computer crashes and we have to wait to be told the only parts they have are $40+. 2nd time this has happened to me.
