I live an hour away. I drove to Bellefontaine to pick something up from a store downtown, rather than having it shipped. My car started acting up and wouldn't accelerate correctly. The store owner gave me directions to Birt's. I got there about 45 minutes before closing and explained I was from out of town. They were incredibly understanding and friendly. They squeezed me in right before closing and even stayed over to fix my car and get me and my children safely back on the road. I am very grateful for their kindness in helping us. I wish I lived closer, I would use them for all of my car needs!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My grandfather has been to birt for over 20 years. Now my family and myself go to him with all of our vehicles. Prices are good and service is great. Recommend anyone give him a call to get anything done or fixed.

I have been doing business at Birt's Auto since I began driving. Jack has always been fair, reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond in the services he provides. I highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend Birt's Auto Service. I have taken both vehicles there (Honda / Chevy) for repair and maintenance work, ranging from exhaust problems to brakes / rotor replacements. They explain the issues thoroughly and keep in contact with you throughout the repairs. We will continue to do business with Birt's.

Man takes car to get estimate and work on mysterious squeak on vehicle. Can't get a call back. Finally gets vehicle to be looked at people seem annoyed to do their jobs. Barley even got the estimate. Huffed when he came back through the door. Place was recommended by a co worker of his. He won't just let anyone work on his car. This place is off the small list of businesses we will use.

Like this place only if they would answer their phone when you call them to set up an appointment to get something done on your vehicle instead of people driving all the way up their to make an appointment
