I had an issue with my '24 Wrangler that was purchased at a dealership out of state. Montrose did not hesitate to get me in immediately to take a look at it. Kim and Sam in service were great throughout. Although it ended up taking a month by the time it was fixed (supply issues, they had to wait on my parts repeatedly) I never felt out of the loop or that I got anything but the best service. Will definitely be looking for ways to send them business going forward.

Hidden gem! Came across Montrose Chrysler in Kingsville, OH by accident while surfing the net. Cool little place and just my style! It's not one of these giant car dealerships but they have quite the selection of trucks. They had some great deals going on during this crazy cost era. We were greeted nicely by two gentlemen as soon as we walked in and Jason stepped right up to help us out. He is very personable, easy the talk with and very accommodating. Told him about 3 trucks of interest and I turned around and they were all sitting right outside the front door waiting for me to check out and compare. Wow, that was quick. Enjoyed talking to Jason in a very relaxed atmosphere. Test drove 3 trucks and left with one of them! I wasn't expecting to leave there with a new car, but when it's right, it's right. I would definitely consider them again for a new truck/car and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Jason White.

It was a excellentAndrew has been remarkable. Gave us a great deal. Has always made sure we are happy with our purchase. Gone out of his way to set up the Jeep app for me.Could not be any happier. This is our third purchase. Would recommend Montrose and Andrew to our friends.

It was a fantastic experience!I would like to thank Jason for make this as smooth and professional as possible. Managed to purchase a gem of a car a V6 Volkswagen CC with AWD for a great price. Despite me being a distance from the dealership, they were able to offer delivery and great hospitality even behind a phone/computer screen. Would recommend purchasing your next vehicle here if you're in the market for one as they have fair pricing and great service!

Everybody was very friendly, which made me and my family feel very welcome! Jason was very professional and polite; he had really good patience, as I couldn't make my mind up. He worked with my schedule. He made sure I went home with my 2020 Jeep Compass. I'm extremely happy with my experience there at Montrose.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Montrose Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. Andrew and Jerry are professional and down to earth gentlemen. We noticed when we got home last night that our truck had a parking light out. My wife texted Andrew and he responded back quickly. We returned to the dealership the next day and they took care of it within minutes,thanks to Sam! I'll definitely be going back to Montrose!!!

We always have the best experience with vehicle purchases at Montrose in Kingsville, Ohio. Andrew Sespico has been our salesman for many years. He is like family to us. He does a great job! My family has purchased a lot of vehicles from this location with all of the auto dealer businesses that have been at the location throughout the years. After getting numerous referrals to them, I had an amazing experience here at montrose, they re so welcoming and friendly, Andrew my salesman answered any and all questions I had and helped me through the whole process and got me into the car I wanted the same day in only a few hours!! Ted is so helpful and understanding of the needs of a person. He is there for the sale, yes, but even more so for the desire to make sure you are a happy customer so that you will come back and refer others. Every one at Montrose was absolutely wonderful! They are all friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable! Cyndi found me my PERFECT Jeep! This is the first Jeep I ve owned and the second time I ve purchased a vehicle with her! I can not recommend her enough! She will find you exactly what you re looking for, and then some! She is answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole process! If I could leave more stars for her and Montrose I would!!
