Don't take your chrome rims here mine were damaged in the process and they pulled the it was already like that on me. I'm restoring a classic car so there is no way I would have put rims on it that was already like that. What a way to treat your customers.

Bought 4 new tires there last year and have had nothing but problems, have had to put air in every tire, every couple of weeks. Today, my tire completely detached from the rim. When I took my car into Wilson s after the issue started, they said they didn t see any problems. They won t get my business again.

Good people, good advice, good service, good prices.No appointments, as far as I know. It's all walk-in, but turnaround is pretty quick. I just had four new tires mounted, balanced, cleaned-up alloy wheels, and everything done in about 40 minutes. With two customers ahead of me.These Cooper tires replaced a set I bought there five years and 70k miles ago. I bought them at Wilson's recommendation. I have been very happy with them and anticipate more satisfaction with the new ones. They got 40% more mileage than their ratings -- 70k rather than their rated 50k. If you're interested, they're Cooper Zeon RS-3s. The old ones were RS-3A, the new ones RS-3G1.Very happy with Wilson's. Recommended.

There are no appointments here, as far as I know. Walk-in is what they do.I was here for follow-up on a set of Cooper Zeon RS-3G1 tires I bought last week. After 50-100 miles, lug nuts need to be tightened down. I got in and out in three minutes.Again -- good people, competitive prices, good products.

I had previous experience here that was not the best but a year ago I decided to give it another try. I needed fluid put in my tractors tires so I went in and the guy at the desk was younger and very nice which was a change from the past. So I watched him fill out the bill for 30 gallons of fluid each. A day later I come in to pay and pick up my tractor. There were new people working that day (who took 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there) I go up to pay and my bill says 35 gallons of fluid per tire. Strange since the day before I watched 30 gallons per tire being written down on the bill. Needless to say Wilson Tire in Kenton isn t what it used to be. Maybe someday I ll give them another try but after that last stunt I m not so sure.

The guy that takes the money is rude.The price to have tires put on that you already have is $25.00 a tire that is a lot higher than Walmart. I try and support local but I would rather support a big box store than this place. This is the 2nd time trying this place out never again. Thanks for the response but after telling coworkers about my experiences here I was told the owner was the one that took my money. And they also had problems at this location with other things. From the sounds of it if you are not a farmer you could care less.

I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants the job done right. Charged over 70 dollars to install two tires. Gouged my rims and weights fell off before I made it home. When took back to get fixed and asked about cost was told sometimes they stick some times they don't. The weights were a extra 9 dollars a pc, and said they didn't know how the rims got gouged! Learned my lesson will never be back. At least at walmart I would pay 1/2 the cost and expect the damage to the rims.

I was just charged 42.90 for 2 valve stems in my mower tires that is outrageous! i will never go to wilson tire again, i know a lot of people and i will be sure to tell them to stay away from Wilson tire ! The damage has already been done ,I don't want anything to do with you people, I'm not sending my contact information, but I put it all over social media to make sure everybody knows to stay away from wilson tire

I've done business here for years. I've bought new tires here and also had them do repairs. Always fair and straight forward to work with. If it isn't right, they've always been happy to fix it.

Go else where. Had a tire put on a new rim and balanced. Told right away that everytime you take the rim off, you have to replace the tire sensor. And it ll cost extra. To replace it. I know very little about cars. But only brought enough to switch the tire to the new rim $20 . yold him not to worry about it. Esp with it sounding odd. And his buddy trying to hard to back up his story. Well before leaving they asked what i wanted to do with the old rim. I told them to scape it. Went to walmart the next day because one of the tires was low and needed air. Guy noticed tire pressure sensor was on. And explained it was supposed to be removed from the old rim to the new and is battery operated. I felt very silly. Very dishonest people. And they left a lug nut off...just cant believe i didnt notice it. I have a photo of it day of too. . .

From out of town, with a flat tire. They got me fixed and back on the road in 15 minutes. $30. Very helpful employees.

Just got 2 new tires my brakes had no problems when I went I leave and my back brake line on the left is spraying out brake fluid where and has my back tire covered in brake fluid I will never go back

The workers do wonderful job on the alignments and getting tires changed and balanced as quick as possible so you're back on the road again friendly people that work there.
