Went thru self wash bay, had sprayer put on high pressure soap, no soap came out, pressure ok but no soap, switched to wax, then light spray rinse at end, timed out..looked at my bank account to see if charged right said $10 for a $2 use of 4:30 mins maybe 5 idk I was trying to hurry as it was, I hope it changes or I'll be contacting my bank or business for explanation, nothing special of a car wash tho

Took our Big pickup truck through on Saturday and we had pears stuck all over our truck from high winds. Our truck is about 22 feet and almost didn t fit wash. Owner came out and manually assisted sprayers to ensure enough distance to not scratch truck. Great guy.. was nice to see an owner take pride and great customer service. 75% of pears removed which is pretty good because they were glued on.

Nice car wash. Used the card reader, but there's no way to cancel time. So I'm sitting in a bay for the next 5 minutes so nobody comes along and renews the timer against my card

After using my card for the automatic wash, it said to wait for my car wash. I sat for 20 minutes. I understand that things go wrong, but when I tried to call it said the number was not in service.

Stopped yesterday (10/25/18) around 1pm. I paid for the best wash available, charging $8 to my debit card. I waited while the van ahead of me was being washed. Then the fun began. Some of the lights to the left we're not working, so I wasn't sure when to stop and had to pull forward then back up a few times before the sensors were satisfied with my position and could begin. There didn't seem to be much pressure from the wash as there has been in the past. After the fruity scented fushia soapy concoction was sprayed, I expected a heavy stream of water to rinse the suds off but was greeted with a thin trickle instead. I then pulled forward after the water had stopped and the dryer kicked on and proceeded to pull through an air stream comparable to that of about 7 hair dryers, nothing like the 'turbo-dry' that's advertised. I drove back around front (passing the van that was ahead of me in the wash, whose driver seemed rather disgruntled at the state of her van) and bought one of the drying towels for a buck. The purple fruit spray, the lack of a rinse, and the lackluster drying, left my vehicle looking as though it was on the receiving end of a paintball fight. After I was finished rewashing my vehicle with the glorified paper towel, it had gone from white to a lovely charcoal grey color with all of the dirt I cleaned off. I am kicking myself for not just driving across town to the other car wash and instead wasting $9 total on a spritz of water, a slather of purple soap, a proof of air, and then a paper towel to do the work myself. This all being said, I will not be returning and will be alerting those I know not to waste their money (just as I did the car that pulled up while I was wiping m vehicle off and she backed out and went across town).

Wash wasent anything special it was a wash , but if you you use your debit card at self wash it s 10 bucks for 4.5 minutes which turned it into the most expensive self wash I ve ever done at 4 in cash and 10 in debit

The car wash it's self isn't anything special. But I was having a problem getting a wash. Called the number in the book. And got a response right away... That's worth five stars.
