We had previously used a body shop in Findlay for vehicle repairs but my husband wanted to try Shaffer s and I am absolutely thrilled with their work. The repairs look great! The office staff was friendly and went above and beyond explaining everything. I actually felt slightly guilty when I realized they had also cleaned out the *inside* of our van before I picked it up. With five kids riding in it constantly, cleaning it out is a job in and of itself. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They have definitely earned our business!

My front end of my truck was all smashed up and it come looking like new. I would highly recommend anyone to them. There staff is absolutely awesome to work with and the service is wow . The best!!

My car was struck when I was not in it. The back end needed repaired. They helped once the insurance called made everything easy. Even helped with rental car. My car came back better looking then when I purchased it three months earlier.
