Another place in Kenton didn't fix my AC system even though I paid them $700 so I brought it to Rick's and they fixed it. They were patient with my questions and called me several times to let me know how the progress was and what needed to be done. I appreciated that.I recommend this location.

Very recently my 74 year old mother took her car to this establishment for repair, minor repair at that she was told her car needed a motor and transmission to cost her almost $1000 knowing this is not what it needed I told her to get her car and then to be charged almost a $100 just to drive it. We then took it to another town near us and get it fixed within a couple hours O2 sensors - WOW! I believe people should quit scamming the elderly they are on a fixed income and have to live to! Lesson learned.No reply from you needed, thanks. The car was there a week and nothing done, we never ask anyone to do nothing for FREE and you was paid your last payment because you lost our business point blank!!

If you're in the market for a car, truck, or suv Rick's Auto Sales is the place to go, If your in the market for a wrecker rollback Rick's Truck And Equipment is the place, and if you dent that new ride, get you repairs done at Rick's Auto Body!

Terrible company, Rick has ZERO integrity. BUYER Beware.I have purchased 4 trucks from Rick since Sept. 2017. Most recently a brand new Ram 5500, since the day I picked it up I had to take it to the Ram dealer to have the radio fixed, the alignment done properly and finally had to take it back to ricks twice for them to fix the neutral release. Rick has deleted my comments on Facebook because he is a coward and wants to make everyone think he is a well established business person with integrity. WRONG, each time we have had to take the truck back its 45 mins on way. Why you might ask? Because RICK does not check anything prior to leaving the lot. $77,000 then you call rick for the third time with a issue on a brand new truck and he tells us that we have no idea what we re talking about and it must have been something we had done. Let me tell you, when rick is caught in a lie or is incorrect get ready because he loves to start screaming & cursing at his customers. It almost reminds you of a child passing candy in the store, the parent saying no and the kid having a fit, kicking and screaming. I have spent over $300,000 at ricks since Sept. 2017 and this is how we were treated. We asked him to send someone to us to fix the issue since it was the same as before (with the free spool that is) and he refused. He holds zero accountability for his employees actions or his own. As you can see on facebook every negative review he has, he immediately has something to say or degrades his customers. Childish doesn t even begin to describe his actions. Rick is attempting to save face to other potential victims on facebook by adding his far stretch of the truth comments and deleting mine. Good thing you can not delete a google review rick. All in, any business can be great when everything goes as planed. A business and/or business owners show their true practices when there is an issues that needs to be solved. Well, I have now seen the true rick at ricks rollbacks & ricks auto sales . I hope you read this and not make the same mistake I did thinking that this family business will treat you with respect & integrity. Check out the pictures of my post he deleted on facebook. We also had a video that he deleted.

I have had my vehicles fixed here for many years, when I have been unable to fix them myself. I have never been done wrong or treated poorly by any of the employees.

Best mechanic in the Hardin Co area! They turned what was thought to be a $650 to a $100 job. Trust worthy and reliable!

Talked to them a bout a Cadillac obviously damaged, headlight changed, finder misaligned, refused to put it on the rack for me to inspect. Rich was very rude, and non professional. Guessing they don't like cash
