Awesome people. Make the extra drive to Kenton if you normally go to the Bellefontaine BMV! The staff in Bellefontaine is the most disorganized and disgruntled individuals you could ever hire. They must be hired out of inner city Columbus. The staff in Kenton is what you'd expect in this area.

Very good service and were timely. Though they tell you to watch the monitor for your number and when in the outer area it's impossible. Might put a small monitor their. A plus though I noticed a text was sent to my phone. Now I know that. Over all a 9. This is for zip 43326.

This place is amazing! The people are so beyond friendly and helpful and I was blown away with how quick they worked and nice they were. We drove 30 minutes to this location bc the Logan county location gave us has horrible customer service and I refuse to go back. Highly recommend Kenton! Best BMW I have stepped foot in.

Not professional.Had to come back and forth to this place 3 times.I had 10 different papers for proof of address.And none was good enough for them.3rd time still not good.I told them their paper says I have right papers. Then manger comes over.And says not good.They finally had to call someone on the phone to make sure. I go outside to wait 1/2 hr Go back in and they for got about me. From 9 to 12 dealing with this.And by the way who ever they called said papers were good to use

The people are absolutely great! Service beyond compare. I would rate them higher than five stars if available: It is great to go to a government entity and be afforded great service and courtesy.

Austin Leady's review is perfect. This bmv doesn't know what documents they accept. I have the correct documents, this place just won't accept them for no good reason. How this location has more than 3 stars blows my mind

Been here a few times and it's never really been busy. Waited maybe 5 minutes to get me up to the next available window.

The wait is longer than usual right now, but the staff is handling everything very efficiently and moving customers through as best they can with the overload of people trying to get caught up.
