I called Brim's to get a quote for an engine. The lady was very rude and didn't have the time or day to deal with me.She couldn't tell me if the engine would even run and said they would not warrant it even if failed a leak down test.They just lost me as a customer and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Very rude customer service, called to see if they had a certain set of wheels. I had the stock # from carpart and he interrupted to ask what the part was, proceeded to tell him wheels from an early 2000s focus. Interrupted me AGAIN to ask what year my car was (the car i m putting the wheels on was a 2015.) All that to tell me they had 1 lol.

Very rude lady answered refused to have someone check a part for holes and damage although I'm 6 hrs away then when asked to talk to someone else argued there is nobody else placed on hold indefinitely

Very shady place to order wheels from, will confuse with the product descriptions collect your payment and send you an slightly different item, then they will tell you that you need to process a return and will give you a phone number to call and make an extra payment for the return shipping. well, you will try to call and nobody answers it, when you finally reach somebody they will tell you "oh sorry this item is not longer returnable" STAY AWAY

1st off these reviews were not playing around when they said the customer service was horrible. It s no joke. RUDE RUDE RUDE. That lady needs to be put deep in the back with no contact with anyone at all. Needed a headlight. Told me they had me send everything. I asked for condition of headlight she said she wouldn t have it in inventory if it wasn t in good condition. Called back 5 hours later. She told me she doesn t have it. No contact to let me know. If I d hadn t called to check I d just been waiting looking clueless. Also did i mention the lady was rude. So bad i had to mention it again.

I have a dealership in Detroit Michigan. I ordered two wheels for a 2017 Chevrolet Colorado. First off, not only do they have amazing prices, they also have the cheapest shipping rates I ve ever seen AND the quickest. I received the wheels NEXT DAY! Not only that, I made an error in my order by ordering 17 rims rather then the 16 rims I needed. The amount of good faith these people have is unbelievable! They shipped out the correct ones and asked me to ship back the wrong ones when I get a chance without charging me until they receive the old one. That s what I call a respectable business. Thank you so much. I highly recommend everyone to do business with them!

Have a decent selection of tires, had to get a new one for my car and it was basically brand new. They were helpful and courteous

We purchased a knee assembly from Brims on 03/15/21 for $175 it was rusted out and not a good part they came back and got it from us. I called today to ask where our refund was and they said they gave us store credit. Becuase of the contiunus lies and poor customer services after years of doing business with them we asked for a refund and was told we would get it. Now they are back tracking and telling us no. I asked for the owner was told no and hung up on 5 different times by Matt. They just have horrible customer service now and they hang up and lie all of the time. We do not want to do business with them and we want our money back for the part that was returned of $175. You would think in this economy they would treat their customers good especially long term customers. Sad to see how this business has gone downhill.

We are a collision shop, I have always found them to be helpful, and VERY descriptive of the body parts (used) that we purchase, delivery is prompt, prices are very competitive. Also their staff has been good to deal with at every transaction. I bought a car from them once as well, again they were very accommodating, bending over backwards to stay late for me. Great business to do business with!

Extremely satisfied and happy with my recent purchase, Nate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to the purchase of some headlamps for my 280SE Mercedes Benz.I purchased them and three days later they arrived at my door step.I was ecstatic.Good company, good people and good products. Have been using Brim's for my job for nearly 8 years now. Nate has always been so helpful! It's such a relief to deal with a salvage yard that can find the right part, describe the condition accurately, price it fairly and deliver efficiently. I've dealt with hundreds of junk yards in the past 8 years & these guys are my go-to for my customers as well as my own personal car projects.

I have dealt with Ralph for years, and have purchased five vehicles,all of which proved to be reliable, high-quality, relatively low mileage and an excellent value. for cars with a reclaimed title the repairs are done professionally. They know Cars well and they pick quality vehicles. The advantage of a car with a reclaimed title is it is usually lower mileage higher quality and on the market because of an accident rather than because someone wanted to get rid of it. They have stood behind their work with me but really I've not had problems and would recommend them without qualification

As a vendor to them for several years, I found them always professional and good to work with.Never a problem and the owner Tom Brim is a very interesting person and has some interesting hobbies and collections.For the record I have not done business with them since I retired 3 years ago.

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with when I had an issue with an engine I purchased. They CLAIMED it was 35k, but the carfax for the VIN number showed it ACTUALLY had 100k on it reported in 2011. When I confronted them they told me I was wrong! The engine physically showed its age which was my first red flag when it arrived thus causing me to investigate the actual mileage on my own. Worst salvage ive ever delt with in my 10 years of business ownership! When i asked to talk to the manager they said hes busy buying cars and "might" call me back. Simply amazing they can still be in business. I should have stayed away when I googled them and seen the youtube video of them being a scam. I assumed it was just some upset customer who was being unreasonable, now I have to deal with these yahoos myself and its a nightmare how poor they treat customers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bought motor here and they said it ran good brought it back to the shop and took it apart to find water in all 8 cylinders with all pistons rusted and frozen in place brought back to get refund but they wouldn t give money back everyone was very rude and unprofessional

Only place in Oho that had the needed part. Price was reasonable, service was excellent...shipped out that day and I got it the next day. Would certainly do business with them again!! Would recommend!!
