Got my oil changed a couple weeks ago car was making an awful noise from the motor . Barely any oil on dipstick, my vehicle does not leak nor consume oil let alone 3.5qts in a couple weeks so now guess who gets to pay to get my motor inspected

Wouldn't even give this Walmart tire center a 1 star. Brought my vehicle in because my tire kept leaking air. Said it would be 1.5 hours until they could look at it. I said no thank you, but went in to grab a few groceries which took about 30 mins. When I came out the workers had no cars so I asked if they could still look at my tire, they told me again that it wouldn't be done right away. I had asked if I could make an appointment and the lady told me no, but the second time I went back she offered to make me an appointment for the next day. I wouldn't recommend coming to this Walmart for tire or auto needs.. the people seem lazy.

Terrible place with terrible customer service. Multiple employees just sitting around talking to each other. We went there and zero car in the shop. Took them 50 min to get the car in the shop to change the tires. All together it took 2 hours and when we were waiting to check out Deb was on her phone when multiple shoppers were waiting to get checked out. She shoved our paperwork and keys to the side and checked everyone else out first. Maybe because we are not white. She kept giving us nasty look and dismissed us. Felt disrespected and not well taken care off. Do not come here and spend any money.Service: Tires

My tire blew out on the highway next to this Walmart. I had it towed to the auto care center as soon as they opened. Dave was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient with getting four new tires on my vehicle. He immediately offered me the cheapest options, and I appreciated that I was not being pressured into buying the most expensive tire. Having to replace four tires is not something that anyone wants to do on vacation, but these guys made it completely bearable. Thank you to all involved!

They will tell you that your car will be done in an hour and then get it done in 30 minutes Then claim they tried to call you but you didn't answer the phone. They will play dumb when you show them that you received zero phone calls. This will always happen to everybody 100% of the time no matter what.

I was told 1 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. 3.5 hours later and I'm still there, held hostage. I waited for an hour until they pulled it in. I waited an hour while it sat in the tire bay. Turns out, no one could drive stick and they never asked me to move it even though I was sitting there. They couldn't do the fuel injection service, the whole reason I went there, because they couldn't get something apart. Greasy handprints all over the truck. Refused to give any money off despite the whole afternoon wasted. What a nightmare.

Yes you can buy American made tires at Walmart! My quest to buy American took me to many websites and stores. I was surprised to find what I needed for my SUV at Walmart and of course at a good value. Look for the DOT numbers on the tire for manufacturing date, place and company.

This was the first time I visited the super Walmart in Kent, had ordered a tire and it was delivered to this location went there after confirmation that the tire had been delivered I scheduled for the tire installation and a oil change, after being at the store discussing why I was there I wasn't found in the computer for my requested needed service there was a younger male and female in attendance at the desk one went to locate the tire and the other tried to figure out how the schedule wasn't entered correctly, long story short the tire was found and they were able to accommodate all my needs which made me one happy camper I even added more service for my as for I was preparing for a long road trip for vacation

This Walmart is a loser. I had a bad battery and they did not want to honor the warranty. I sit the other day for 2 hours waiting to have new tires on the cat. I watched a they turned away business. Then it was my turn to be turnedcaway. You see it was Friday night.

Went in for a standard oil change, but the person at the counter strongarmed us into buying synthetic instead, stating that it's required for our model of car. It's not. He also said using conventional oil will "tear up the engine." It won't. He may have thought he could get away with it because we look younger. We cancelled and left and won't be coming back.Service: Oil change

An hour before closing, they couldn't be bothered to put a new tire on a new rim in my backseat. All three employees sitting outside. There wasn't enough time. Said even for an oil change I needed to be there an hour and a half before closing. Every time I tried to speak I was spoken over again. He was trying to push past me to go sit back outside for the hour before closing. All three were middle aged and past, not kids.

Oh boy, where to start:Due to construction and no signage I had a hard time finding this place. Once in the lot, I found that the contractors were taking up most of the parking spots. I was immediately corrected for parking in front of a bay.(*that was the quickest anyone moved) The service writers need to be trained on basic customer service:wear a name tag, speak clearly, project your voice, pretend you want to help, make eye contact, say please and thank you, greet your customers, hang clear signs. Where is the manager???

Very quick with their services here. Prices are fair. I like that they call to tell you your car is ready.The woman that took my info for an oil change was nice but the grumpy older woman that was there when I got back watch out for. Felt like she wanted to take my head off. Glad there's cameras every where lol.

I was hit with a carry in fee for my tire installation all four tires. This fee is $10.00 each so an extra $40 that I had NO idea about. We have had tires installed from this Walmart with all our cars and this is the first time I m ever seeing this fee. I was not told the price before. I had a appointment at Goodyear for the same day but I decided to go with that Walmart because it s always cheaper we ll I guess not. Goodyear gave me the price of $100 and I m also able to get military discount on top of that so it would have been cheaper to go with Goodyear. I would sure like my $40 back especially since it was NEVER discussed. I m very disappointed. I hope Walmart will rectify the situation but I won t hold my breath. Not to mention they made a mess in my car with grease on my leather and liner and didn t even clean up my rims.Service: Tires

I went in after work with a flat tire. They helped me out even though it was close to the end of the day and they couldn't take appointments anymore. The wait wasn't bad at all considering they had to help the people who made appointments first! They ended up having to put my spare tire on. Very grateful. Awesome job!

The workers are really friendly and they were really fast, we have been to other locations and has sat for hours and hours, and we went to this particular location on a SATURDAY, and they still did a great job, and got us in and out, time will tell on the oil change, but they were priced RIGHT! They did not charge us for the extra oil (they offer 5 quarts for the price, and they gave us 6) and changed the oil filter. We usually go to take 5, but not having the money for a 40 dollar oil change we went here, out the door was 22 dollars and some change, and it was worth the 40 minute wait!

Gotta admit, after reading reviews on here I was hesitant and nervous about going but I was very pleasantly surprised. All the staff was very friendly, and put my new tires on fairly quick. I was first in line so that helped but it seemed to get busy quickly which is probably why people complain about the wait, but you would have that anywhere you go. Would recommend getting there 20 minutes before they open and being first in line if you dont want to wait. Will go there again in the future.

Needed 2 new tires really bad the day we had the really bad snow storm. Went in close to closing expecting to not be able to do it that day. I was wrong . The rotated my tires and put 2 new ones on on no time it all. They were so helpful and fast. Thank you ladies!

Terrible service. I bought my tires here because I want the free service. I came today to have my tires rotated and they said that my tires were unable to be rotated because the front tread was in the red. I knew this wasn't true so I made them measure the tread in front of me and it was not in the red it was in the yellow. They just didn't want to do it. And they were trying to force me to buy two new tires. Don't buy tires from Walmart when it's time to get the free service they can refuse you for any reason they can come up with. I recommend Ken's auto in lakemore. Also the tires I bought at Walmart wore out so fast it would have been worth it to pay a little bit extra and go to a real tire shop in the first place. I guess the old adage is true you get what you pay for and Walmart tires are junk. buyer beware!

Went for an oil change. Marked price was affordable, but they had a few hidden fees added so when the bill added up to almost $30 more, we weren't happy. Then we had to come back up because they didn't reset the car so the engine light stayed on and it still said oil change needed.

Was Bad...the girl that was on duty had a very bad attitude...no customer service skills at all...she was dismissive...then when I finally got to talk to her ..the tire they said would be there where not. I was there for 4 new tires..will take my business elsewhere

Went to get a simple oil change and a spare tire moved from the front passenger to the back side until I could get it replaced under warranty. Was told told it would be 1hr to 11/2. Apparently it was lunch time and they dont have enough sense to stagger the their lunch between the 8 guys they had working to keep things moving. Have never seen guys moving so slow with no sense of urgency at work. After 2 1/2 hrs of waiting and watching guys stand around i asked how much longer and the manager was completely rude and told me there were ppl in front of me that's why the wait was so long but there were only 2 oil changes ahead of me. The frustration of waiting that long with my 2 yr old who was ready for a nap got to me so just got my car and left. I recommend going to a valvaline or 10 min lube and save yourself the hassle.

Extremely disappointing. After waking up early to be sure that I was the first person there on a Friday morning I was told they could not help me because they needed three employees to open and the third guy failed to show up for work. It was 45 minutes until they could find somebody to stand at the desk and check cars in. Poor service.***UPDATEAfter finally getting my car into the shop for a standard oil change they informed me that they had to use synthetic oil on my vehicle. I again requested a standard oil change and was told they could not do that due to the vehicle requirements. This is not true. I have used other walmart auto centers and have never had an issue with getting a standard oil change. I will not be returning.

Needed to purchase and have installed a new battery. It would have happened if only someone would have answered the phone. From noon til about4:30 I tried every 20min. Same at another nearby Wal-Mart. Don't waste your time. AutoZone price- matched their battery and installed it within 20min

Went into replace a tire they said it wouldn t be problem. Then they talked me into buying a 2nd tire. I agreed to do 2 tires. Twenty mins later they call me up and say they can t put 2 tires on because I need another. They refused to rotate the 2 new tires. It was against their policy. I said just forget it. The buying and rotated of tires was too complicated for the staff. As I was getting paperwork and keys to leave one of staff (300 lb obese male) made a smart comment. My husband started to reach across the counter. What business starts fights with customers? So UNPROFESSIONAL. Obviously the staff & mechanics are not very experienced. If just need a battery test or bird feces cleaned off your windshield then this is the place to go. Otherwise I HIGHLYRECOMMEND going to a tire store that does this every day. Sometimes tires need to rotate to the back or front, or you may need new tires all together. But whatever you do make sure it s a 1 step plan otherwise it is over their head.

Will the Walmart auto part in Fairlawn. They did not answer the phone for a whole half an hour. Very disappointed , all I wanted was a price check on a car battery. I end up calling Brimfield Walmart that what I wanted less than 10 minutes.

I've had 2 warranty issues with my tires [not WM's fault] and both times this Kent Walmart has gotten me in and out quickly . Their Service Manager is very courteous and helpful.
