everyone was super friendly and polite! really helpful and informative of what would be done on my 01 Rav4, asking if i would like different services my vehicle needs done today or another day. i was super happy, especially being as shy and meek as i am in new environments.all together, a wonderful experience!

$112 for a synthetic oil change for a vehicle with 5 quarts of oil is ridiculous and not competitive with any other shop or oil change. I even used a coupon. I was expecting $75 because it was a drive thru that is quicker. When he told me $112 I regretted going there. Going to a cheaper shop that charges half the price for the exact same serviceService: Oil change

They were fast, and communicated well. I had an issue with the cover over the oil pan coming loose. They fixed it no questions asked. Super friendly and really try to please.

I had a great experience at this valvoline location. the guys working were really friendly and easy to talk to. I originally pulled up just for an oil change but as luck would have it my battery actually gave out while I was was in the shop they got a new one put in and with the oil change it took about 25 minutes. Best of all, they didn t try to convince me to get unnecessary work done they let me charge my phone in the shop, too.Services: Battery, Oil change

I've been going here for years for my oil changes and routine maintenance. The manager Allen is very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Recently, my mother asked me where she should go for her oil change....she's no longer comfortable pulling her car into the bays and wanted to know if I knew a place. I sent her to this Kent Valvoline and I'm so glad I did. Allen was there, like always, took good care of her and pulled her car in for her. I went for an oil change today and told him how much it meant to me. Thank you to all the great workers at this Valvoline!

This is the only place I go for routine maintenance on my car. Everyone is extremely kind and knowledgeable and I always feel well taken care of, and never taken advantage of. This has always been my goto place for my car maintenance. My last visit was for a routine check but realized my car is not due for servicing after they checked all that is needed. I usually have good experience visiting in general.

Do not recommendI went here to get my oil changed. I do not know too much about cars but I can generally handle an oil change. I purchased an oil change off of Groupon and thought I was good to go. I arrive and immediately they start hounding me to buy other products. I said no. He asked to check some filter in my car and I said yes sure. He checked the filter then told me I ll get this changed for you I thought it was very sweet they were being so nice and roping off my fluids but the hounding was making me rather anxious. After they finished they then charged me $55 for a filter that costs them $8. I was confused because he did not mention a price to me when he changed it I assumed it was part of the package like when they fill up the wiper fluid. I was wrong, I feel stupid and like I was taken advantage of. Sadly, I learned I should not get my oil changed by myself because I will be taken advantage of without even knowing it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had such a pleasant experience with Alan the assistant manager today. He was kind, efficient and most importantly, so caring and communicative to his employees. We overheard him check in with them several times during our oil change and he showed such emotional intelligence!

In first visit, my coolant levels are same as before exact at lower level, just topped up the washer fluid , God knows about ATF. May be I visited at end of day.For some reason may I shouldn t visit this place, My second visit was good and suggested a air filter and cabin filter replacement, I said no and when I was replacing my air filters,it was not fixed properly, what if someone does same with engine oil filter !!!!Service: Oil change

My daughter took her car to this place and not only did they charge 82 for an oil change they also damage the air filter box in her car I called customer service and they file a claim for me and this guy Evan from this location called me telling me they didn t damage anything and that they aren t paying for any repair. What a coincidence that she takes her car for an oil change and they check her filter and the next day her car is acting weird. She couldn t drive it we had to towed the car. Professional, proved anything that was needed. They was very thorough and pointed out serviced that were needed that has to be done at a full service garage. The Manager Angelica did a wonderful job meticulously taking care of my vehicle. I hope she is there for many years to come. Great job to the entire team as well. They worked well together to get everything accomplished correctly and quickly.

We were greeted quickly and taken care of quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable service gave us an excellent experience. They explained everything they were doing and let us know the price of all services before they did it. We will definately continue to go to Valvoline.

Took my work truck in for an oil change. These guys and gal did a great job. Inspected the whole vehicle and changed out my oil in no time. Great service. Their shop also has a camera in the oil pit so you can see what they are doing underneath your vehicle. Great touch, all quick change shops should have them.

FYI -The Kent Valvoline shop where I had my oil and transmission fluid changed ripped me off - they charged me 165 for transmission fluid change but did not do it. I thought as much as when my dad replaced the CV axel - but Jim's confirmed me that they didn t do nothing to it, and I would never frequent the Valvoline shop again.

Changed my oil, checked tyres, wipers, washer fluid, and everything at good price. They have got synthetic, semi synthetic and regular oil for your vehicle. And they are also really fast.

The service was timely, and impeccable. I was very impressed. I drove through, without an appointment, and with less than a minute wait, I was out the door in 10 minutes, they were very thorough, and caught my headlight out, I am very grateful, I had no idea it was out. I received a first time discount, and a military discount on top of that. I am really pleased with my experience. They gained me as a customer, from that day forward, and I will be recommending their services.

Very please with the Assistant Manager that assisted me. She was very well trained and impressed me with her knowledge. Seems as though the crew worked well together as a team. I was given a timetable for the maintenance schedule of my 2020 car and will be back to stay on tract. Good experience and sat in the car was worked on including a live feed from underneath the car.

These folks were GREAT! There was a problem (no fault of theirs) discovered during our oil change and these guys did not give up trying to resolve it! They went well above and beyond and we are so pleased we'll never bring our cars anywhere else!

26 APR 2021.Welcoming, professional, helpful, respectful, and task-focused. My trust in them only grew throughout the visit and every staff member I came in contact with seemed like they wanted to be there and make sure the job was done right.Received oil and filter change, air filter change, tire rotation, wiper change, fuel treatment, fluid checks and more. I went to get a oil change on sept 2 nd then yesterday my car was acting up acting up then my oil pressure light came on here to find out this whole time my oil filter Was leaking . I toke it in a closer shop an they they put on a cheap wrong filter for my jeep.So i like how you ask for my info to make it look like you fix your mistake an nothing now my car is still messed up cuz of you guy i brought it brand new an with 70,000 miles it messed up now thanksService: Oil change

I came in for a quick oil change - they gave me a run down of every service they suggested be done to the vehicle, along with every service the manufacturer suggested based on mileage or vehicle age.They gave me lots of good info and very clear pricing, but stressed to me that everything they offered was optional, and I could do it whenever I wanted - no pressure.Prices seemed pretty standard and fair. I was in and out in 20 minutes (without an appointment) with an oil change, new air and oil filters, air in the tires, fluids topped off, etc. Never had to get out of the vehicle. Give em a shot - they give a discount for Kent State students or military if you bring your ID.
