Very happy with my tire installation here. Most tire shops shy away from servicing any Tesla but not TireMax. They did an EXCELLENT job and had everything needed to install new Goodyears on my Model Y. Jim was also great at explaining the origins of the company and their focus on quality, cleanliness and serving the customer. I have never been to a tire shop so clean and with a waiting room so comfortable and equipped if you need to get work done or have young kids with you via the playroom. Looking forward to my return!

I'll be coming back here for all my vehicle needs. On the drive to a family emergency I had a tire issue. Not only did they get me right in but they also didn't charge me for fixing my rim! Very clean and comfortable waiting room. This business definitely left a lasting impression on me!

With the technician Tom's guidance and knowledge he was able to find a solution that saved me money and time. We have gone to TireMax for years and they have given us their honest opinion from tires, brakes to exhaust work. We highly recommend them.

Excellent experience. Great tire knowledge, helped me make the right choice for my vehicle. Got me in at my appointment time, and got me out within an hour (they specified up to 2 hours for the tire change and alignment). On top of all this, they found my car wasn't out of alignment very much, so they didn't charge me for the full alignment. Awesome. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for tires.

Outstanding service start to finish! From the time I called in, until I picked my car up Tiremax was supportive and kept me in the loop for everything!! Very fair in pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure I got my car back same day so I can make it to work tomorrow!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We're a TireMax family. I bring my persoonal and work vehicles here for all my maintenance and some repairs as well. Professional and personable, James was very helpful throughout my recent oil change and full tire replacement. The showroom is also comfortable and inviting.

They worked on my girlfriend's car. I dropped it off, unfortunately at the time I dropped it off it was raining. Upon doing the work she needed them to do, they did not take precautions to keep the PCM dry. The PCM therefore became damaged. They couldn't reach all six spark plugs and got the firing order incorrect and it started back firing. Now I'm stuck doing more work to the vehicle than what I brought it in for.Response to owner. I know it was worked on inside your garage bays. But your mechanics did not take the precautions to dry the wet hood and wet parts surrounding the PCM before doing the work. I took my car to my Ford Dealership, and found out your mechanics are retarded. They got the firing order backwards, and the vehicle ended up cracking a piston ring, because of this. I have the paperwork to back up my claims and would advise anyone to not take their vehicles to your shady business. Be thankful I'm not taking legal action, because I don't have time for liars.

James and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was on my way to work and picked up a bolt in the front tire of the work truck. I was out front prior to them open for business. They came out and started looking at the front of the truck without me even asking. Within 15 minutes they assured me they could handle the job but didn t have the tires in stock. A phone call later and a trip south I was back on my way to work. Customer service is a lost art in my experience. These gentleman are the exception! I highly recommend them for any and all work you need done. I will be doing my personal business with them from this day forward. Thanks again

Fantastic service. Great communication from staff. They have placed tires on 2 cars for our family in the last few months as well as performed an alignment on one. Their prices are reasonable.They have a nice waiting area for customers and an amazing coffee machine.

James & everyone in there were so so genuine and had amazing customer service/care. I am a young women in undergraduate school and live far from home. They treated me with respect and made sure I was safe. They also spoke to my mom over the phone and made sure she knew with full transparency what repairs they had to do on my car. 100% recommend for all car troubles.

I've taken both my vehicles (Ford F-150 and Toyota Sienna) to Tire Max numerous times and always had a great experience. The shop is exceptionally clean, plenty of places to spread out comfortably if you are waiting there, and the employees are helpful and friendly. I've had tires and oil changes done there, and also larger repairs like brakes and front end work on my truck. Their prices are always fair and they explain the needed repairs well. I'll definitely be back.

TireMax in Kent has shown multiple times on different occasions to be the most honest shop around. Myself, my wife, my son and daughter have gone here with different vehicles and they ve always given us honest and fair assessments and pricing. My daughter just had an appointment for a rattle in her RAV4 and the fix was literally $35.00. It s great and we re very thankful that we have a place that our whole family can trust. 10 out of 5 stars.

So far have had my car in twice. Once for a serpentine belt replacement and the price was right on. Took it in for them to check my brakes and they took the time to take it for a ride and told me that everything looked fine . Never tried to steer me towards getting something fixed that didn't need fixed. I'll be taking my Corolla down to these guys in the future !! Thanks guys

My daughter was in town recently and was having an issue with a valve stem in one one of her tires. I called to make an appointment and Jim was kind enough to schedule me that afternoon for an appointment. They got the car in at my scheduled appointment time, and within 20 minutes, replaced all four tire valves, even though she only had an issue with one. Seems the original out of town installer may have tried to resuse the old valve stems with her new tires and did not have a good fit on one. Tiremax felt it best to reinstall all new to error on the side of caution. There was no charge for time or materials! I have used their services since they opened the Kent store, and will continue to be a loyal customer. Jim has always treated me with respect and I would highly recommend Tiremax with all your vehicle maintenance needs.

I used to take my car to another place to get my tires done, but they were closed when I decided to look at where I could take my car to habe my tires changed. I decided to try another place. I will not be going back to the other place. TireMax in Kent is a locally-run business by people who have been there and done that. They even called me back to tell me my car didn't need new tires, when they could've just done it anyways and charged me. Honesty speaks very loudly in my family, and we will be taking our things to TireMax now. I strongly recommend checking this place out.

Being from out of state, it s always difficult to find new places to take care of important services. I was recommended Tire Max and I ve had nothing but a great experience. They are efficient, personable, trustworthy and reasonably priced! Great services provided by them, definitely a place you want to go for any of your vehicles needs.

Went for an oil change and an abs light diagnostic. Was told my wheel bearing is in shambles and my breaks need changed totaling almost $700+ I left and got a second opinion ended up being a $50 sensor I will never go back to this place. If you enjoy being lied to and throwing money away this is the place for you.

Tire Max in Kent did a fantastic job on my Honda Pilot. They were very accommodating when our vehicle broke down without warning and got it back to us the same day. They were very thorough in checking the vehicle and with communicating with updates. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful with any questions. I will be back and recommending them to my friends.

Very impressed by the new TireMax in Kent. I had brakes/rotors done and a tire replaced on my Toyota Sienna. They were helpful in explaining everything and were able to get the same Goodyear replacement tire in the same day. When I picked up the van they were also able to get my F150 in for a quick oil change while I waited.The place is spotless inside with a nice waiting room with TVs and wifi. The whole crew was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Great, friendly service! I will not take my cars anywhere else! Taking your car in can be stressful but they turn it into a relief because I know the problem will be fixed and I won't need to worry about again for a long time. They are efficient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend for anyone to have their car worked on here!

TireMax in Kent is my new go to for anything tire related. A few months ago they repaired a flat tire and despite it being an acoustic foam type tire that some shops say they will not touch, TireMax repaired it quickly and to this day is the same PSI as all the other none patched tires.Then last week was back for an alignment. Scheduling was flexible and convenient. The waiting area is quite nice and comfortable and entire staff was super friendly. The work bays are spotless and with the massive windows in the waiting room, easy to see how things are coming along on your car. The alignment was slightly off in front and rear as confirmed by the nice before and after printout confirmed, and car tracks perfectly down the road now.10/10 would recommend to a friend.

The technician are the best in the business and competent of completing any task in a timely manner too save you money. TireMax is Great! I took my car to get looked at because of starting issues. They found the problem, ordered the part, and my car was ready to go like 5 hours ahead of schedule. I couldn't believe the price! It was a lot less than I expected. They are a very honest company, I definitely recommend them for fast, reliable work!!!

Great place! Had a piece of metal stuck in my tire, and they removed it free of charge! The metal was not lodged in too far, so there was no damage to the tire. I highly recommend them!

TireMax has been great to work with. Several times they have diagnosed issues and recommended a review with the dealer versus doing the work. No charge either time. Once was an engine replacement.
