Took our 2019 Ram in for an oil change, and check engine light. Joe Hillard is our point of contact in service. After talking with Joe he indicated that our truck was not quite done, so instantly Joe asked me if I needed a rental. I did when I got to the car rental, Joe had a reservation made for me and plenty of time on the reservation. Our truck was fixed less than 24 hours after getting the rental. Picked up our truck and Joe informed us that an update was completed (we did ask for that) but glad it was done. After we completed our paperwork and payment. Joe took us to our truck which was also freshly washed. Joe had always been good to our family and our vehicles.

I recently had to take my vehicle in for service, and I have to say I was very please with my service representative, Joe Hilliard. It was so refreshing to work with someone who actually understands customer service. I worked with the public for many years & understand how challenging people can be at times. I had tried to get a copy of the owners manual for the certified vehicle I had purchased approximately 10 months earlier. I even attempted to contact Jeep directly. I was not able to obtain a copy of the owners manual for my vehicle, I was provided a link to download a copy or should I prefer an actual paper manual I could purchase one for $50. I however did not think I should have to purchase the Owners Manual that by all rights should have been in the glove box when I purchased it. There is a point to this little rant, I promise. In our conversation when I had dropped off my vehicle I had mentioned it to Joe. When my vehicle was ready, Joe was walking me to the service department cashier's office so I could pay my bill. When much to my surprise he said that I would receive an email when my owners manual arrived so I could come in and pick it up. He did not have to do whatever it was that he did to make this happen, but he did. My salesperson had the opportunity to do what Joe did, but didn't feel it was all that important. Again, I truly appreciate what Joe was willing to do (and did do) to make me feel appreciated as well. So thank you Joe Hilliard for going that extra mile to provide outstanding customer service. What a blessing it was to have had you as my service representative.

Had a standard appointment today - oil change, tire rotation, etc. Been taking my cars here for a while, so the service has always been satisfying to me.Reason I'm posting a 5 star review is because the service representative, Colton Murdock, was informative about things to keep an eye out for on my truck. He also noted that the service center does drop offs and pickups - Guess I didn t realize that before, but I ll be taking advantage moving forward. Glad he was able to assist, good dude.

Melissa was so awesome and easy to talk to about how to get my vehicle in for an alignment and a recall. She also advised me when my recall parts arrived. I ended up working directly with Logan. He was amazing and very knowledgeable. I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up the same day in the evening! Thank you Klaben, for having such professional employees and keeping me on the road.

Casey was out goto guy. Having worked with him before and appreciated his efforts, we wanted Togo back to him.In a poor situation where we had ended our previous lease early. Casey did everything he could to help us in the situation we were in and we couldn't speak highly enough about him.

I needed an oil change and my check engine light was on. My service advisor, Joe Hilliard, told me the codes and what I needed to get done. He was very helpful and I am very pleased with the service and also how nice Joe is. I m lucky to have him as my service advisor.

Just had my 2023 Dodge Durango serviced at Klaben Dodge. Oil change and tire rotation done in a timely fashion on Friday and a call from my service tech Joe Saturday morning to make sure all was good! Can't get better service than that anywhere!! I'm a 25 year customer of Klaben!

Amanda Davis took great care of me on my last service. The part needed was on back order and she reached out periodically just to check in and keep me up to date. Once the part arrived, I was contacted immediately and they took care of the install even quicker than they promised. I ve always had a great experience with Klaben Jeep Service.

I ve always had a great experience at Klaben Service. Joe Hilliard has been my advisor for more than 10 years and is always super friendly and helpful, which makes for a more pleasant service. I m always updated on what s happening and never sold on services I don t need.

Have had issues over the past 6months. Was in at least 5-8 times or so with my vehicle and diagnosing what the cause could be and Logan was beyond helpful throughout the entire experience. He always got back to me with updates in a timely manner and made sure I was set up with a rental whether through enterprise or given a loaner through Klaben. The service manager was also very helpful during this time. Highly recommend going through Logan with any services you need done.

** Update 6/7/23 **If you EVER have a problem with any service from Klaben guve them a chance to rectify the situation. I left a review a couple weeks ago, which is below this update. Within an hour of leaving that review I was contacted by Tim B., the general sales manager. Tim was upset to hear about my experience and asked what he could do to make it right. From there I took my car back to them. As soon as I pulled in I was met by Mike V., who is the head of ALL of Klaben's auto services, body shop and repairs. I was also met by Dennis the service manager and my service adviser, Amanda. The amount of respect that I was shown and the help that I was given was on a level that I've never experienced before. They took care of all of my car's issues and at a price that I swear could never be beat. I started my original review saying that a year ago that I would've given a 5 star review. Well, my faith in Klaben has been fully restored. If I could leave 6 stars I would. Seriously, the whole team at Klaben, from sales to service, went above and beyond anything that I could ever had hoped for.Thank you so much Tim, Amanda, Mike, and Dennis. You guys are AWESOME!Last year, this would've been a 5 star review. Unfortunately things change. I have been using Klaben for my 2016 Chrysler 300 3.6 AWD since I bought it and used to have nothing but good to say about them. Recently, that is not the case. I took my car in 100k maintenance and everything seemed fine other than I asked them to check my rear brakes because I had thought that the person that replaced them for me may have not done the job correctly, I had been experiencing some vibration and squealing coming from them. Was told that they were fine and couldn't find any issues; I still have the noise and vibration. 2 weeks after the maintenance I had noticed that my car was leaking oil after it had ran for awhile and I called Klaben to bring it in. Amanda was great about getting me in unscheduled. Unfortunately, when the car was looked she wasn't in. Again, I was told that they couldn't find the issue but I was told of some other problems, expensive problems. Advised them that I had an extended warranty. The service manager, Jim, told me that he had called the warranty company and that the repairs would not be covered. Something didn't seem right so I went over the contract with the warranty company and, low and behold, those repairs would've been covered. I even called the company the next day to confirm and they said that yes they would be covered and that they had no record of speaking with Jim the service manager from Klaben. So to recap, my brakes still vibrate and squeal, my car is still leaking oil, and Jim the service manager lied to my face about speaking to my warranty administrator. The only reason that the issues I reported were not found is because they obviously did not road test my car. To be lied to by a supervisor that a warranty would not cover certain repairs is absolutely reprehensible. I used to trust Klaben, now I wouldn't take them my sons power wheel. Professional and clear understanding of repair needed. Even provided transportation to and from home so I didn't have to wait onsite. Excellent service, AJ was great. Would definitely use again.

Joe Hilliard has always been my go to service coordinator. I ve lost count of how many vehicles I ve purchased from Klaben, but I don t really trust anywhere else to work on them. Scheduling is easy, work is always solid and crew is very personable. Keep up the great work and you ll have a customer for life.

We scheduled our Jeep Grand Cherokee for a recall. They were very helpful and they got us in very fast. The gentleman that helped us Albert Klaben was very informative and knowledgeable about our Vehicle. They were very fast with getting the parts and fixing our Jeep. When Kalben called to let us know our Vehicle was ready. We let Albert know that my husband had to find someone to get a ride to Kalben Service due to me having surgery. The gentleman was so nice and offer to drop our Vehicle off to us. We are so thankful for all the wonderful service that we received.

I have been brining my vehicle here for years and working with Joe Hilliard in the service center. Klaben and Joe have really taken care of my car, and Joe helps guide me in any decisions I needed to make on my vehicle. I have over 216880 miles on my car, and equate the longevity of the vehicle to the great service and care from Klaben and Joe.

My Mojave has been in service off and on since Aug 2023.Management eager to help but it didn't align with solving my problem. Seems disconnect between Management and Shop and my Gladiator Mojave still has not been fixed and my warranty is out of date now. Shame as the Jeep as a concept could be great if they could solve the reliability and customer service issues.

I really appreciated my recent service experience. My jeep was fixed faster than I expected! Thanks especially to Kara for expediting as much as she possibly could, she is so helpful! Would recommend Klaben and Kara to anyone with a Jeep!

While waiting for my serviceman to check me in another member was going to quote me for 3 different tires, which I thought was PERFECT 5 stars, however he had shown up and she let him take over and he only quoted me one set as she had mentioned what she was going to do and why. I was only in for an oil change. My receipt states a 16 point inspection was done and attached, I can only assume it was actually done, but no paper proof for us to have to document and plan for proper maintenance. I m a newer customer to this dealership for service as the last dealership we left started giving us less service. I know it was just an Oil Change but next time it could be Tires, Brakes and much more.

My jeep was involved in a major accident with just shy of $8000 worth of damage. The Klaben body shop along with service and a wheel replacement place did an amazing job putting my Wrangler back in pristine form. They treated my Jeep as though it was their personal vehicle. I hope I never have to see the body shop again but they will definitely get recommendations from me

Danny went above and beyond with the service for my 2017 Jeep Renegade. He was able to find me great tires at a great price. I am a big advocate for preventative maintenance and he was able to get the full service needed on my vehicle. Thanks again for all of your help and great customer service Danny.
