Quick Lane helped me out with the works on my jeep for a price that cuts other offers in half if not more. It was my first time here and Justin was really helpful, running prices and other work that could be done either now or in the future. Thanks guys!

Justin was amazingly helpful! I was driving by the building when my tire went flat. With 20 minutes to closing, he stepped up to help then went above and beyond by calling around to get a matching tire! I ll definitely tell others to come here for car repairs!

This business was great to deal with. I had the biggest inconvenience and needed my car done quickly. I was in and out very fast on a very short notice. All the members were awesome to deal with and very helpful. Justin helped me from start to finish and had everything organized for me before I arrived. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Kent/Stow area!

I wanted Thank Justin Russell for his patience and kindness in helping me purchase two new tires when my tire and spare went bad! Emergency, Quick Lane in Kent has always been honest and kind! A shout out to Brandon also and numerous repair specialists! Prices are important but customer service means a lot to me and this staff are very much Appreciated!

I can t say enough positive things about this business. I live in Indianapolis Indiana, and I was helping family member in Kent with several car problems that needed to be addressed. Working with Ali, we were able to arrange for all the repairs to be done in a very expedient manner. I have complete confidence in Ali, and her supporting this long-distance task was the best. I will keep their contact information if I ever need it in the future.

They are always personable and take good care of all our vehicles. The wait has never been long and they do a good job. I interacted with Justin Russell today and he has fantastic customer service! He was polite and informative. I highly recommend Quick Lane to anyone!

As soon as I walked in I noticed Justin being very attentive. Gave me I contact and listen to what I needed done to my truck.. He got right on bussiness and made sure my truck was taken cared off. I'm on the road 90% of the time so he made sure I got the correct tires and correct PSI for them. He kept coming in to let me know every single detail that was being performed on my truck.. Kuddos to Quick Lane for having such a 5 star individual like Justin Russell.. thank you buddy

We were stuck on route 76 just east of Akron on our way to upstate NY. It was Saturday afternoon and the eclipse hordes were about to descend. All the auto shops were closing down and by some miracle (and the towing talents of Cody) we found our way to Quick Lane and the Amazing Ali K!! The crew diagnosed a mysterious electrical problem and Ali tracked down the needed parts in the nick of time!! Unbelievable team!! We are so grateful for the energy, expertise, and enthusiasm they showed us. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome experience with QuickLane! They fit me in super quick and got the job done quickly as well. I was made aware of all of the issues with my car, and given the option to fix it all today. Justin was super helpful at letting me know the importance of getting the stuff fixed, but did not force me into anything! Would definitely recommend coming here for any car maintenance!

Well run auto shop across the board. Ali Kight saved my butt and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in Kent or traveling through. I had a mysterious problem with my truck where the battery kept dying while I was driving, and after being towed twice and 2 diagnostic checks from two other places that came back "all good to go," I found myself stranded on 76. Ali got me in immediately and they diagnosed the problem, finding it to be an intermittent alternator issue. Ali was able to get a hold of the part and have it fixed faster than I could have hoped! Much better than having to stay in a hotel over the weekend like the Toyota dealer across the street told me I would be. I thought I'd be stuck in Kent, but I was lucky that I called Quick Lane and their very helpful, knowledge, efficient and no nonsense kind staff!

I went to Quick Lane on Friday when my battery died out of no where. They were able to fix it within a few hours!! Very thankful for this as well as my light that they replaced for a very responsible price!! I will definitely be going back here to see Ryan D Achille next time I need help as we was very helpful!! My Volkswagen bug is all repaired now!Service: Battery

I stopped in to get my tires rotated. I asked that they use hand tools to take off my Subaru's lug nuts as other shops have not. Then it becomes easy for it to get misaligned and then it's stripped/breaks the next time it's taken off. Justin made sure to pass this request on to the shop which I appreciate! I will be back for other car maintenance.

By far the best Quick Lane out there! Justin Russell and the rest of the team are top notch. I no longer live in the area but I am back frequently to visit family. I try to time my visits up to drop off my car for service. I visited a quick lane in my area and they did the bare minimum at a higher price. When I asked about fixing any issues, they simply told me to take it to my dealership. Anytime I have issues or need something replaced at this location, they give me a call and they get the job done!

Really appreciate how things were handled this past weekend. I brought both of our SUVs in for service received superior customer service! Ally and the Kent team handled the additional things that came up with serving both vehicles in such a professional and personal manner and the whole team for that manner did such a great job.

Ali went above and beyond helping me with an issue I was having with a misbalanced tire. It s refreshing to see an employee that takes the time to explain the issue and not treat you like just another customer. I ll gladly recommend all my friends and family to see Ali for their service needs .A very satisfied customer

Whole experience was easy, direct, and what I want out of an auto center. Brandon got my car looked at fast and did a great job explaining the issue to me (bushings going bad). I'll be back again!
