Mike Uzl from the sales team did an amazing job. He found me the PERFECT Lincoln Corsair! I know with certainty i would not have purchased this vehicle without him. Buying my Bronco through Klaben was a great experience. I purchased it when other dealers were putting huge markups on the Bronco s because they were still scarce. Klaben didn t do that, I got my Black Diamond with mid package for a fair deal. Luke Deegan made the whole sales process a breeze. He exemplified the outstanding customer service that Klaben is known for. I would highly recommend visiting Luke at Klaben if you are looking for a new car.

I will definitely be going back!! Huge shout out to Rich Klaben at Klaben ford in Kent, he took the time out of his day to come meet me and talk! He took his time to explain things and told me he would get me into a vehicle I wanted! He did exactly what he said! Also, thank you to the salesman Luke! Luke, thank you for not only being patient during the process but also dealing with my pickiness! I didn t give much wiggle room and even still we were able to find something I m happy with! Thank you for your help after my purchase as well! My new 2020 ford explorer had less than 12,000 miles on it and it s in perfect shape! To the lady I worked with in finance, I can t forget about you! She was very nice and I enjoyed my interaction with her very much!! Looking forward to working with all of you again in the future!

Roscoe and Scott went above and beyond and brought two cars to my work so I could see both cars side by side. I was so grateful because I had to work and could not come in to see them. When I finally got in on my day off they had everything ready! They are the nicest people to deal with! Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent is the only place I will go to purchase and service my vehicle! They are exceptional!

March 16th, I turned in my first lease (pic #2) that I purchased from Tim Sterling and purchased my second lease (pic #1) again from Tim Sterling. Tim isa phenomenal salesman, he always checks on me and makes sure my vehicle is taken care of. This makes my 4th lease from Klaben and my 7th personal purchase. I absolutely love my Klaben family and all the entire team. I have been coming to Klaben 28yrs and could not imagine purchasing a vehicle from any other dealership. My truck was no longer safe to drive and I really needed a car. But my budget was REALLY tight. Thankfully Scott helped me get into a car in less than 3 days! He helped walk me through the process and even helped me by making the payments more affordable. Scott made my first car buying experience actually enjoyable. If youre looking for a new car whether you have something to trade in or not I would definitely recommend working with Scott!

Recently had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle from Klaben Ford Lincoln in Kent. If I could rate my experience higher than a 5, I absolutely would. Working with everyone from my sales Rep Scott to everyone in the back offices Jenn, David, Rich, Louis, etc was amazing. My car was charged up and ready to be driver, my phone was synced for me by Scott and he showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles before I left the parking lot. This is my second time purchasing from Klaben and I can say I will never go anywhere else. They treat their customers above and beyond just like I would in any setting. I ve been blessed to work with Scott BURGHARDT again at Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio. Have had the opportunity to drive the Mustang Mach-E and of course feel in love. Out of the blue reached out to Scott and asked my questions.Scott returned my call within an hour after speaking with Dave Klaben. This is the 3rd time we've gotten a leased vehicle from Klaben Ford and I can't praise them enough for all the hard work and genuine care they put into a transaction. No pressure. No worry about wanting to look at different options. Just real customer service without any of the dealership hype you may get from other dealerships. I can't say enough good things about Klaben Ford in Kent! We worked with Luke D. and he was absolutely a top-notch salesman. He listened to all of our concerns and he took all of our needs into consideration. He assured that our buying experience was going to be seamless and he was absolutely correct; from start to finish. Doug (our sales manager) and Angela was also a great addition to the team that helped make our buying experience exceptional and fun. Klaben will be our home dealership from now on. Bo was a pleasure to work with. In all our years of buying a car, this by far was the best experience. We didn t feel pressured. He explained everything to us & was very knowledgeable about the car. I am a wounded veteran who served our country for 20 years. In 2012 I lost both my legs in Afghanistan, and did not know how I was going to go forward in life. So many times throughout my journey, I ve had bad car deal, after bad car deal, and then I met Louis. All I can say is wow! Louis was such a blessing to our family that I m still not quite sure if he s an angel or not! For Veterans like myself and so many others it s refreshing to see and meet people like this. Far beyond sales and the bottom line of making money, he insured that our family had dependable transportation. First let me say Klaben put trust back in me and my family at buying from a dealer. We've have had less then stellar experiences buying our last few cars at other dealers. Our sale's man Louis exceeded our expectations by a longshot. He went above and beyond and even stayed past closing to make sure my family and I got to drive and look at any vehicle that we wanted. We ended up going with a Lincoln Nautilis from a GMC Terrain that was starting to become a headache for us. I even want to give a shout out to the amazing finance person Jen they made it one of the easiest experiences. Lastly I want to thank the Klaben family as well for taking the time to talk to us and get to know us.. Thanks agian Louis.

I had an unfortunate incident and ended up having to replace my car. Tim Sterling came highly recommended. Upon contacting Tim, he was very attentive and concerned about my situation. Upon providing him with my list of requirements, Tim went to work. He made the whole car buying process seem like a dream. Tim found a vehicle for me, brought it to me to test drive, worked tirelessly on the financing aspect, delivered the vehicle to me at my home in pristine condition. Tim continued to check on me and the performance of the vehicle. After service visits, he followed. Tim has a great sense of what customer service looks like.
