I had some scratches and paint transfer on my black truck. Craig and Mike got me in quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning up my truck. They even gave me a small container of paint for future touch-ups. They were very nice and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

I purchased a Gold Certified 150 from another Ford dealership last summer. After purchasing the truck I noticed some paint blistering on both the front and rear bumpers. I didn t notice this prior to purchasing because I bought the truck at dusk- my own fault I figured I d have to just deal with it on my own at some point. I mentioned the blistering to my detail guy and he told me due to the mileage and the fact that it was a gold certified that Ford may fix the issue. I reached out to the dealership that I purchased the truck from and they told me I d have to take it to a Ford dealer with a body shop. I reached out to Klaben and spoke with Craig Hutchinson about the situation. Craig explained that this should have been addressed prior to me buying the truck since it was a gold certified. He worked tirelessly to help me get Ford to warranty the work and replace and repaint the bumpers. He was extremely thorough, communicative, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. Craig was also able to get Klaben to work with me on my out of pocket costs to make it more manageable. I appreciate all of his help and efforts, as well as what Klaben did for me when I didn t even buy the truck through them. The bumpers came out great! I highly recommend them if you re looking for great customer service and body work.

Car looks great and interactions during the repair process were always pleasant and informative. Great communication throughout the time Klaben was fixing our vehicle. I always knew what stage we were in. Very honest and tried hard to make sure we have the best results.

Generally speaking, I'm highly skeptical of any business that might have affiliations with a dealership. However, after my wife's car was keyed, Klaben came highly recommended by one of our neighbors so I elected to get a quote from them as well just to get a sense of what the average price was going to be. As it turned out, they were cheaper than one of the more popular local shops by about 50% and could get the work done immediately as opposed to the several month wait I was looking at elsewhere. Craig was our point of contact and provided a few options to offer a bit of flexibility in pricing. My wife's car had been keyed on the hood by somebody who clearly wasn't fooling around as this was straight down to the sheet metal. Once it was repaired, you never would have known it had been there in the first place.We were pleased enough with that work that I elected to have them look at some rust that had started forming above the windshield of my 22 year old truck that otherwise was in very good condition. Craig immediately suspected that my windshield had been replaced and I confirmed that it had been about 2 years prior. His suggestion was to contact the auto glass company before hiring anyone to do the repairs as the cost may be covered by their warranty. He provided some insights to use when having a conversation with them and while the glass company wouldn't budge on a large portion of the damage, it did end up saving me about $600 off the repair, so I'm very grateful for that.In all, our experience was very positive. Craig kept us informed throughout the process and on several occasions had offered to set up a rental car for me while the truck was undergoing repairs. I was also appreciative that they agreed to keep the truck stored indoors prior to work beginning as I was concerned about my catalytic converter being stolen given the ease with which they can be cut off of this truck.We'd be quite happy to use their services in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Thanks to Chris and Artie at Klaben body shop. My truck bed was in shambles, dents, bad scratches and both sides if the top of the bed were damaged from a falling tree. They took the time to make sure the truck looked like brand new. Chris kept me updated thru the entire process with calls and even sending me photos as the work progressed.. If you need work done give them a call. They are professional, and personable with every customer which is hard to find now a days. Thank you Chris and Artie. Bad weather caused me.to put my car in a ditch and need body work and an alignment. Klaben and Chris Fritz took care of me and got things fixed like new. Highly recommend

Not sure how this business is for a paying customer, but for a non paying customer, I highly recommend them! Let me explain. My daughters were in an accident and of course the worst call a parent can receive, but everyone was safe, but the vehicle wasn't.I called Klaben's to verify they took my insurance but they went one step further. They assured me they would help my daughter's and they did just that since i was 2 hours away. They arranged for a rental car, helped coordinate getting the estimate, taking care of insurance and communicating all of this with me.Now the non paying part. Unfortunately the vehicle was totaled by the insurance company since the air bags went off, so repairs weren't possible. They even arranged for a time for us to come to clean out our truck before the salvage company arrived. Ultimately, they didn't receive a dime from me, but they did receive the eternal thanks from a father who couldn't be there for his daughters in a moment of need. I highly recommend them for their caring spirit from a thankful Dad. So the bottom line is, if they treat their non paying customers this well, imagine how a paying customer would feel!

Derek was so great to work with!! Our car was rear ended and had a lot of damage. Everything was repaired perfectly. It took a lot longer than expected due to parts availability- but Derek kept us informed all along the way. Also- a large coffee exploded on the interior when the accident happened and Derek himself performed many more checks and cleaned it more, taking everything apart and making sure all the buttons worked- and this was after the detail company had finished. He went above and beyond to make sure it was back to normal!! We highly recommend the team at Klaben Body Shop and we will definitely go there again if the need arises for body work!!

I ve always had a 5 stars experience with the sales and service departments at Klaben, but this was my first time having to go to the body shop. My whole experience with the staff at the body shop was great. They were knowledgeable and very helpful during the entire process. Not to mention, my car is fixed and looks good as new.My service advisor was Derek T. & he was awesome! When my car was ready for pickup, he even offered to fill my tire when he saw it needed some air. It s the little things!I will always be a happy customer at Klaben.Thank you!

Exceptional service. Had Tailgate replaced along with painting. Quality service with quick turn around. Very nice staff, and Techs are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any service needed, and if I need to again I will gladly drop it off at Klaben.

Craig and the crew at the Klaben body shop in Kent are fantastic. Thank you for replacing the passenger side window in my 2021 F-350.. I was told it would not take more than an hour and before I could finish the cup of coffee they offered me the new glass was in and I was back on the road. If you re looking for a body shop consider Craig and the crew at the Klaben.

I went to Klaben this afternoon to get an estimate on my Kia Sorento, as I dented bumper when I hit a deer. The guys in this shop were behind helpful! Before Chris even thought of running off to do an estimate, he asked if I just wanted the dent popped out, and ultimately that was all I wanted. So Chris, with a little help from his associate, Derek, took all of 20 minutes and we re able to pop the dent out. It looks almost like nothing even happened. I can t recommend these guys enough! They didn t have to get on the ground and wrestle my car, they could ve just looked at it and given me a number but instead they were so kind and helped me out without having to go through insurance or pay $xxx of dollars to get the whole front bumper fixed. Update-We had another vehicle in for repair and again, Klaben did an awesome job! They are fast, friendly and reasonable. Used Klaben to fix our 2003 Ford Ranger after an accident and could not be happier with the experience. Craig Hutchinson went above and beyond and kept us in the loop through out the entire process. They did exceptional work and had our little work truck back in perfect condition. Stopped in with no appointment after being backed into. The reviewed the damage and offered a no-pressure estimate. They called me back after my insurance called them to confirm we were getting it fixed. We made arrangements. Kristen arranged to have the flare painted ahead of time to shorten the time I would be without a car. She also had someone pick me up to get my care when done. Awesome service. We love Klaben!!!

Dependable. Reputable. Genuine. Principled.These are just four of the words I would use to describe my experiences here at Klaben Body Shop with Artie, Derek and the team.January was a rough one, and I had the mishap of a tree falling on my Ram Truck. Being four hours away in Cincinnati, I had one place and one place only in mind for the repairs. Contacted Artie/Derek and set up to have my truck brought in, rental car scheduled. Seamless. While they had the truck for several weeks and it became a huge job, the truck turned out beautifully. The communication was on point, collaborating with extras I had asked for while the truck was in the shop. The work done was top-notch and there s not a doubt in my mind, when someone asks, it s Klaben!Thank you guys for all your assistance! Klaben customer for life!

Had an issue with a new vehicle I had just purchased. My driver s side door wouldn t latch shut randomly. Derek was awesome in facilitating the process of getting a new part over night and having the issue fixed within 18hrs. My vehicle was fixed before noon, on the day the part arrived. Great customer service and super quick service overall!

I'm so appreciative to the whole crew! I needed to have my car repaired fairly quick due to having a rental that I had to pay out of pocket for. They were able to get my car repaired in 5 days & it looks as good as new!! They guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle. I will always take my vehicles here. I was in a fender bender where another person passed me & ripped off my bumper. I took my truck to Klaben Auto Body and they did a fantastic job!! Craig Hutchinson was the employee who took care of me. He was very professional, courteous and kept me updated on repairs. I would highly recommend them for all your auto repairs!

I recently went to Klaben Ford Lincoln to purchase a used vehicle, and my experience was perfect! The employees are super welcoming and kind, and they make everything super easy. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and so I was a little worried about the process, but Gary Iuliano was perfect! Kristin Bruner and Denise Miller were also perfect, and made my experience better than I could have imagined. Kristin helped me get a couple scratches buffed out of the car at the Auto Body shop in Kent making it look good as new, and Denise did a wonderful job answering any questions I had. I am super happy with my experience and my vehicle, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

I took my '01 pickup into Klaben Body Shop in a few weeks back for some dent/body work on the rear quarter panel and tailgate. The job was a tough one, and required some hand painting as the decals/parts are no longer in production. The final result is exceptional! The team at Klaben was accurate in their time-to-completion estimate, and their price was very fair. Additionally, Craig Hutchinson went above and beyond and fixed a dent in the forward section of the bed, without being asked at no extra charge. I cannot recommend Klaben Body more! You will not regret working with these fellas!

A few weeks ago my door was blown open from strong wind and started to get stuck when I shut and open it. I stopped into Klaben Body Shop 30 minutes ago to have them see what it would take to fix it. Derek Tenney is who looked at my volkswagen beetle, I went in thinking it would cost at least $100 to fix my door but he came out and told me he fixed it after 10 minutes and that I didn t owe him anything for it. I am now happily driving my bug again with a working door!!! I definitely recommend Derek he was super nice and really helpful!!! I will definitely be going back to Klaben if I need to get my car looked at while at school!!Service: Body & Trim

Derek Tenney, Did a tremendous job from getting our rental set up to ensuring our Van was washed and cleaned before we picked it up. We have used Klaben prior and have always had excellent service.
