Excellent prices, went above and beyond on multiple occasions, very friendly. If you're wary of so many 5 star reviews, thinking "that can't be, they must be fake", I was skeptical too, but these guys are the genuine article.

Visiting from GA to visit family in Ohio. Needed to top off the air on the new SUV after the long drive; googled up this local business - glad we stopped in! Mark was awesome and filled the tires perfectly; my Dad needs help with things and I'm not exactly "car savvy" with big vehicles (this monster is a 2022 Dodge Durango vs my little 2006 Chevy HHR back home) so! Definitely helped us out in a bind out of state! Y'all are awesome! Thanks! Friendly staff, Professional establishment, clean, and helpful! I always try and support local businesses!

I am new to the area and was looking for a mechanic, and I am so glad to have found these guys. They are kind and professional. They charge really great prices and get the work done quickly. I ll be getting all of my auto work done here from now on.

The best customer service for auto repair that I have ever seen. Prices were extremely fair. Great honest people. I wish they were closer to me in Cleveland. They fixed my daughter's car ( kent state student) Highly recommend. I left firestone for Dillon.

Had a great experience my first time here. Came for an oil change and had no issues whatsoever, did not wait long at all, and they have very fair prices. Staff is very kind and the waiting area was clean!

Dillon Auto is a family-owned, class act. First referred to me by my father years ago, I have gone to them for many a tire repair. When a local dealership quoted $358 for a new tire, I checked with Dillon who put on the same tire for $177. The dealership said they would charge me $35 for each new wheel well fastener and said that I needed a brake job. Dillon replaced the fasteners for 95 CENTS apiece & told me I can wait on the brakes. While the dealership was going to take me to the cleaners, Dillon treated me well, as they always have.

I can not say enough good things about the team at Dillon Auto Services. The team here is kind, welcoming, and works hard to make their customers happy. I was passing by Kent when I discovered my tire was losing pressure, so I pulled off the interstate. After visiting a few different shops that said they could not help, I called Dillon Auto Services, and they stepped up fixed my problem quickly. What could have been a lousy day stuck on the side of the road away from home turned into a great morning. If I lived close by, they would get all my business from now on.

I had a wonderful experience with Dillon. I got a flat tire nearby and happened to see their sign and pulled in. I was 8 months pregnant at the time. Tina at the front desk just said "sit down and we'll take care of you." They sure did, $20 and 20 min later I was back on the way to work. Easiest flat tire I've ever had.
