Dean's Twisted Wrench is a top-notch car repair shop! Dean himself is a gem - he's honest, straightforward, and provides fair prices compared to other places I've tried. What really impressed me was his willingness to explain everything in detail, from what needed fixing to how it would be done. I feel confident bringing my vehicles here for any future repairs. Highly recommended!

Dean is a talker but does not like people asking for advice repeatedly. I am recommending him for automotive work, but not for free advice. Luckily I knew what was wrong with my car and asked him to buy and install a starter for our honda. I could wait a week, so he was able to get a better deal on the part. It was done well and for about 50% of the cost of a chain place. Important to note it would have been much higher if I needed it fast. I will be using his services again.

Dean did an awesome job on an engine replacement for a vehicle we had recently purchased. The price he quoted me was very fair and much lower than other shops in the area. He took the time to explain everything to me. If you want an honest, no BS mechanic, this is your place! I will definitely be returning to Dean's Twisted Wrench for future car issues.

Very honest , I dropped off my daughter s car because the brakes were making noise , told him I think it needs new brakes , he texted me within half hour telling me the car is ready, he told me it doesn t need new brakes it was a caliper bolt fell out . I called about a faulty o2 sensor and my car was fixed and running great just the next day! I paid less than i expected and I will be bringing my car back for any future needs. I would highly recommend anyone to get their car fixed by Dean!

Excellent mechanic and transparent businessman. Took in my wife's car that was smoking, Dean quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it within one day. Dean got my car in his shop in a very timely manner. The parts for my car are fairly hard to find, and I usually have to find them before other places will work on it. Dean found the parts in a very timely manner. He did the work in a very timely manner and hade on the road on no time. His prices are very competitive and he was very friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. He has definitely earned a new customer.

I've trusted Dean with the repair of all of my Jaguars for over 10 years. From routine oil changes, to air conditioning, suspension, electrical and engine work, he has done it all extremely well and at a fair price.When he diagnoses a problem, he thoroughly explains what the repair entails as well as giving options as to what can be done to fix it.I guarantee you won't ever visit another auto repair facility once you've taken your vehicle to Dean's Twisted Wrench!

Dean is an excellent master mechanic. He is honest, reliable, responsive and efficient. He explains what is broken, what is needed, and fixes it fast. There are no surprises or hidden expenses. There is nothing to gain from taking the car to a stealership instead of taking it to Dean. His prices are a fraction of what I used to pay at a stealership. Dean s expertise and service are well worth it. Above all, he is a great guy.

Definitely my go to automotive repair man in the Akron area. Went to Dean for multiple different repairs and he has always done an amazing job working on my car. He specializes in Jaguars and Mercedes Benz but he'll work on any car. I was constantly amazed at how he always found a way to save me some cash and had lower rates then anyone in town. I even had some small run of the mill issues and he wouldn't even charge if I just stopped for 5-10 minutes and he fixed them so I could be on my way. He even took the time on numerous occasions to give me a better deal while giving me higher quality parts. Very nice and respectful small business and would recommend it to anyone.

Have Jaguar XKR V8 supercharged. Had lots of items needing work. Suspension, convertible roof, change plugs. Oil lines, fuel filter, etc. Dean did a fabulous job on all! Highly recommended, and much more reasonable than dealers. Will bring both my high performance vehicles back to him.

Dean helped me to figure out my issue was merely a leaking power steering pump. He topped it off for free and saved me a ton by not forcing me into a repair like other shops would have.
