I had an immediate emergency with my exhaust system, I pulled directly in and they help me immediately !! Within a half an hour they got me back on the road. I highly recommend this Business!

Not surprised, just disappointed. Had a few friends say they d had work done there, so I gave it a shot. I had NOT seen all the trash reviews, and that s MY bad. Dude gave me the run around to even LOOK at the car, took a week before he had time. Then ordered the part which took another FULL week. Acted surprised that I couldn t just, LEAVE the car there for a week. Then, when the part finally GOT there, took another 3 days before he could get to it. Then when he DID get to it, called me at work to inform me that something else had broken and it would be well over $1k. I freaked out and had my dad, a retired mechanic, talk to the guy. The thing that broke was the guys fault. So my dad worked it out that Dad got the part and then the guy at the shop only charged us for the initial part, but still way too much for time and labor.SO.Unless you have a mechanic or a guy with a good lawyer, maybe don t give them a shot.AND.God forbid.Don t go in there and be a lady and not have any dudes for backup or he WILL try to grift you.

This place is ran by a bunch of con artists. They quoted me a $150 to repair my exhaust. When I went to pick up the car. They told me my total was $230.00. They said the car ended up needing more work done, but they never call to authorize the difference. I have been a mechanic at a dealership for over 20 years they told me the second visit. I had that I needed a whole exhaust system replaced. I ended up getting a second opinion and got it done for $130.00.

Needed a rusty muffler and tailpipe replaced. The shop got the parts in, had my vehicle on the lift as soon as the shop opened at 8 AM, and the job done under 1H. No nonsense, straight to the point techs. Parts and labor prices very agreeable for the work performed.

The guys at budget muffler in kent charged a family member $1100.00 to replace 1 out of 2 catalytic converters and scab in an 8 piece of undersized pipe. Aftermarket catalytic converters for that vehicle range from $250-$375 and they probably get them cheaper than that. So where is the $700.00+ in labor at? I went in and asked for the pricing and what they charged for their shop rate and was told that s just what it cost they refused to give me any explanation as to why this job cost $1100.00 I ll be attaching pictures of this great restrictive undersized pipe they welded in because they were being nice and got rid of a piece of flex pipe that was there. They ll never get mine, my family s or my friends business after this experience. Not only do they make money off the exhaust work they do they get to turn around and sell your factory catalytic converters to recyclers and make a good chunk of change off of that as well. Update as of 9/25/23 these guys are still in business and still scam artists. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle else where to get worked on. Every vehicle that gets taken there needs a new catalytic converter these dudes are trash.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

I went here on the recommendation of a family member and was not disappointed. I went in without an appointment and they had my truck in the air in less than 5 min. They looked it over and gave me a quote and were able to fit me in their next business day. Work was completed sooner than expected, a few dollars under the quoted price, and it looks and sounds great! Phil and Frank took great care of me and I recommend this business. This is a great place to take your car if you need your exhaust fixed!!! They fix what is need to make your car safe and so very quiet!!! My Monte Carlo SS Supercharger is so quiet I can barely hear it running!!! So fun to drive my car again when I can hear my radio again and not worry about getting pulled over for loud exhaust!! Not to mention they welded my exhaust so it will never come loose again! They are so affordable that they will have all my business!! I think they do more than exhaust if you ask. Absolutely love them!!!!! They are the best!!!!

I went there yesterday because my car was missing an exhaust. Also the resonator needed replaced. Also the tube from the catalytic converter to the exhaust needed replaced. They told me they would call me when the parts are in. They called me today and I went in at 2:00pm I was done in 15 minutes. It was the fastest service I ever had. Good price also charged me $450 plus tax. Especially for everything that was wrong with the car. Phil was so nice and did a great job at fixing my car. I recommend them to everyone!! I was glad they were able to fix my car and now it s nice and quiet!!Service: Exhaust

My car needed several larger repairs. I was quoted over $3k and a week turnaround elsewhere. Called Budget Muffler and they saved me $2,000 and had the repairs done same day. Hi Mr. Mike, I hope you can see my review here. The time was on Saturday, 03/05/2022 at 11:30 AM, I walked into this place, asking for help, because I spotted something hanging at the bottom of my beaten car. Mr. Mike, with the cut on the top surface of head , took the initiative and put up the car on the support, fixing the problem in 5 minutes. He pulled out of the car and said "you are all set" without asking any budget. Before signing off, I shook his very coarse hand, and I felt his pure kindness. Given life has been hard to his appearance, his good will is not compromised. People like Mr. M that we can trust and we are willing to do business with any time in later life. They were very laid back down to earth got me a good price on my alternator and got it done the same day I brought it. They are deffinitely a good place to take your car in for their work. Ill be back forsure when i have another problem with my vehicle.

Please save yourself the time and money. I went to have a new power steering pump installed, the pump worked for 1 month if that then went back to the old problems. Them when I returned to have them fix the problem they would not help me as if they did not do the work. And the whole time we were talking about the problem the employee was steadily smoking cigarettes in this tiny office with me and my wife after asking to put it out.Terrible customer serviceService: Steering & suspension repair

Went in at 9:30, Looking to see what was a matter with my muffler it was loud prompt service was able to get right in when negotiated their price problem solved was in an hour there in less than an hour at a very good price and great service would highly recommend this place very very pleased honest and considerate and they got the job done

My catalytic converter was stolen & I called the next morning. They told me to bring it in, so i did. They quoted me & fixed it in the matter of 45 minutes. Very helpful & kind in a stressful situation.

This is a great shop to get your car fixed right. I was very pleased with my experience. They are honest men who give you a fair price. I got work done that would have cost $150-250 somewhere else. They charged me $100 plus they found I had an evap leak and they fixed that for free. All in all I would go back.

These guys take exhaust seriously! On the rack and out same day! Fixed something the Ford dealer was charging $1000 for 2/3rds the price ! Highly recommended!

The guy seemed good and knows what he's doing. However, I took my vehicle in Friday and took him the whole weekend plus Monday to decide that he can not do the work. He never kept me in the loop and I had to run to his shop three times since he was ignoring my calls.
