The guy knows his stuff. Works on all three of my cars when they need it. I have recommended him to everyone who needs a vehicle fixed.

Hello, I don't do estimates over the phone for cold calls, Waist of time. I am a 1 man shop. Leave a message I will Call you Back. For the people that left bad reviews, Most I have never Met or even talked to. Had a Pool guy stiff me for 8000$ dollars and I'm sure He left several of the bad reviews. I have a sign in my shop that my daughter made that reads, "An emergency on your part is not an Urgency on our part . Any one that knows me, Knows I will do What ever It takes to get a customer back on the road at the best affordable price for the the repair. I don't Upsell. I fix what It came here for. I am very straight forward, and don't beat around the bush. I work on Mostly Diesel, Trucks and American Cars. Not BMW or Saabs...Been in business over 20 years. I never Knew this "review" page existed till Today. Have a great day !

Aggressive and poor communication. I came in to get my car serviced and after poorly servicing my vehicle, WITHOUT FIXING THE INITIAL PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH, I noticed a dent on my driver's door and he went ballistic on me to the point I had to call my husband to help me.And despite all this, he proceeded to speak to both of us in a vulgar manner with a wrench in his hands while calling us derogatory slurs..... we are both Caucasian to begin with.What is going on in America today

This guy Aaron harassed me both on the phone and when i showed up at the shop. He could not help me, tried to take me to his office, and made extremely offensive comments to me. I was scared for my life. I thought i was going to be overpowered at one point. WORST SHOP EVER. STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY!!! They are liars!!! Steve told me that my car had extensive damage to the engine and would require at least $1,500 to repair it. Since the business was highly recommended I trusted that Steve was being honest. My car is a 1981 Buick so obviously spending 1500 would not make any sense. He recommended that I sell it for junk. He also assured me that he would shred the tags for me. The tires on the car were brand new. I asked him if I could take them and he said that the junkyard would not give me 300 if the tires were not on it so stupid me left the tires. About 3 weeks later, a co-worker of mine saw my car at a gas station in Johnstown with my tags on it. I called Aaron's and spoke to Steve. He told me that he fixed the car and resold it. He outright lied to me. I question now just what was wrong with my car. Steve and Aaron both know that I am a police officer and they were still brazen enough to allow some woman to buy my car and drive it with my tags on it. I suggest using strong caution if you chose this business to fulfill your automotive needs.

I do not recommend! in an emergency situation, we dropped the car off after hours with permission and he neglected to call us back for a week! after that, he said he would order the part and have it done on a certain day. On that day we received a call from another mechanic saying he had our car and the "other guy" doesn't even do the service we needed. BAD BUSINESS

Russell automotive does a great job ! His prices are reasonable and he doesn t try to upsale you just fixes what needs done Thanks for the honesty and job well done !!

Not recommended, terrible business. good luck getting them to answer their phone, or actually quote you a price, or getting them to call you back lol.
