Great to do business with. We purchased our RV from them 2 years ago and they did a great job on our units requirements and accessories we would need. We left there fully prepared and they were spot on with what we would need as we have had everything we needed at some point over the last two years. We had a follow-up service visit as we purchased a new tow vehicle and adjustments were needed. Fast service and great staff. Highly recommended.

We took a gamble on buying a pop-up camper that needed rope replaced. We were quoted $179 per hour to fix it. The same day we dropped it off they called for us to come in so they could show us something. They had found more issues. Knowing that we had only spent a few hundred Dollars on it, they didn't want to keep working & occur more than we bargained for. We agreed, ask them to close it up and said we'd be back to pick it up the next day. When we return the next day I was presented with a $700 bill! Supposedly it took 3 hours to "open" the camper & they "did not charge us to close it". I was shocked by this amount as nothing was really done. They were non-negotiable telling me that I could not not pay their guys. She said "well it would be $600 if we replace the cords". But they didn't! How could you charge as much to not replace the cord? That confuses me. Becoming extremely frustrated and in tears, I told them I would sign the title over & they could keep it. She said absolutely not! We walked out upset (without our camper). Mr Potts was supposed to call & discuss the situation with us.

Simply the best service out there. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for service, sales, tires, or hitch work. Chuck and Larry are extremely knowledgeable and the the rest of the staff make you feel at home right when you walk in.

My wife and I purchased a new MPG bunkhouse from Ron Potts Rv. Best major purchase/shopping experience we ve had. Our Salesman Russ Conley spent a Saturday showing us several campers until we found the right one, even stayed a couple hours after the dealership closed finishing the deal. The owner Ron Potts also spent a hour so on the day we purchased the camper malting sure we were satisfied with everything. Really made us feel like we were part of the Ron Potts family. On the day we picked up the camper, Mary Lou in parts and Larry and Chuck in service walked us through buying supplies and doing the walk through to make sure we knew how to operate everything. Ron Potts and Russ also ensured we were satisfied. Great product and a great team to work with. Best experience ever.

Wanted to replace the "China Bomb" tires that came as original equipment on my 2020 Flagstaff travel trailer purchased new at Ron Potts RV after two failed (one exploded on I95 returning from Florida - not their fault). Previously had a second air conditioner installed and winterization done twice satisfactorily. Was quoted a price $90 more per tire than I paid elsewhere just for the tires and they flat out refused to install them for me during winterization. Had them installed at a nearby tire shop for half again what I was quoted at Potts RV even if I had bought the tires from them. They are unfortunately not about "service after the sale" . . .

Worst communication with customers. The owner talked with me and was rude, condescending, and had no answer for the poor communication we recieved when our unit was being worked on.His arrogance and quoted remarks are too belittling to even write on here.He made it very clear that you are only considered a customer if you buy your camper from them. I do Not recommend this place. I would recommend looking at other options.

We had an amazing experience with the entire team at Ron Potts RV! From beginning our search, to finalizing the sale, they were nothing more than amazing! Courteous, professional, accommodating above and beyond! Not only did they give us a fair price, they gave us over two hours of education regarding our new purchase. Russ our salesman is particularly knowledgeable as an RV owner for many years he had really good tips and info. The owner Ron, was there everytime we came in, and helped a long the way. The service team and sales room team were also excellent! Do not hesitate to visit here if your goal is to purchase an RV!

The only reason I m giving two stars is because the buying experience was actually great. They walk you thru MOST things you need to know in your training and help weigh options between campers. Additionally, phone calls for help on questions about our camper were answered and I received a call back most of the time. However, we recently took the camper in for what I thought would be simple warranty work. I developed holes in the roof of all my slide outs where the caulking connecting the roof and slide out had failed and pulled away. I immediately filled the holes with silicone caulking due to incoming rain, I went to Ron Potts the following day to express my concerns and then brought my camper in a day later for warranty work. Well Ron Potts refused to fix the roof of the camper saying it was normal wear and tear we should be inspecting, however we were not told this in our training. Additionally the camper was brand new and purchased in April so it would be under the one year manufacturer by warranty, I m not sure why they refused to fix it. They didn t mind charging me $159/hr to inspect my roof and slide outs (two separate charges). Additionally, a part of a slide out was separated and they said they fixed it under warranty, however they did not fix it and just put several dents in the trim of my slide out. Lastly, they asked if I would like my camper winterized, and I told them if they believed they would have it for more than a week to winterize it in anticipation of freezing temps. Before inspecting my unit for repairs, they winterized it and had me pick it up the next day which was nearly an additional $300 charge. All in all, my bill was $800 and nothing in my camper was fixed. I have heard of others having poor follow up experiences as well, stay clear from this faith-based establishment

All I can say is WOW! Rarely have I had such a wonderful purchasing experience. My husband and I just bought a camper trailer from Russ Conley and we could not be more pleased with the camper and with the personal service. Russ took so much time with us going over every trailer and every option to help us decide on the best camper for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient with our mountain of questions. When we finally decided on the best fit for us he thoroughly went over the purchasing process (and was NEVER pushy) and the price was better than anyplace else we had checked. Because this was our first camper, the day we went to pick it up, Russ took hours going over every detail of the camper. As you can imagine, we had a lot of questions and he again, was very patient and he never made us feel rushed. These days it is so hard to find service like this but Russ made it look easy. We are so pleased with our purchase and we will most definitely be customers for life. Thanks Russ!!!

On July 14, 2022, you have defrauded me and my family and have jeopardized our safety by selling us a 2017 Primertime Avenger ATI 27DBS (the Vehicle ) and concealing the fact that the front end was completely rotted out and covered in black mold. In addition, the structure of the camper is completely defective and unsafe, including rotted wood and separation of the seams that hold the camper together. In addition, we paid an outrageous $1,400.00 for an inspection that your employees said was already in progress but have never received the results of. Our family had already spent 2 full days exposed to black mold. This included me, my wife, our 1- and 5-year-old, my wife s pregnant sister and her 1-year-old.It has been nearly a year since we were defrauded. No action has been taken by Mr. Potts to right this wrong.

We had an absolutely incredible experience getting our first family travel trailer here!! Russ Conley went over and above to make our purchase super easy, fast, and extremely educational!! We never felt rushed or that we were asking too many questions; we were even given a complete walk through of our new unit and he showed us how to properly take care of and use everything! Everyone was so nice and we loved such a family-oriented business/atmosphere!

I had my back against the wall chasing a 50amp extension cord. Called and Russ Conley said the had 1 for me. I drove 3 hours to get it and like he said it was there. Drove home hooked up got power . Thank you Russ and Ron Potts RV you saved the Day!!

Purchased a MPG toy hauler in July of 2020 from this dealership. I also purchased the most expensive warranty and was told by the salesman "It covers EVERYTHING"..That is false! Dropped the camper off 4/21/22 mainly for some electrical/fuse issues in the bathroom. Along with a laundry list of other concerns that were apparently not covered under false warranty. Including but not limited to manufacturing defects..nothing was covered. Not even the floor ties that Broke while I was hauling my motorcycle. Buyer beware! They will up charge you on a warranty that covers barely anything structurally this camper. I was obviously upset by the overpriced bill and when I tried to understand why it wasn't covered the MANAGER on duty called me a jerk and told me to never come back. That statement sir is redundant! Your customer service is horrible and I will never shop here again. RV dealers are a dime a dozen.... I also filed report with the Better Business Bureau

We love our new RV! We had been looking for the perfect pull behind for several month. We finally found it at Ron Potts. By the time we found a truck the Rv had sold. Ron and Russ called the manufacturer and found us one that had just been built. I know Ron spent a lot of time on the phone to get it to his lot within a week. Russ, our salesman was in constant contact with us. Before it got here Ron went through the store and talked about the things we would need and why. There was no pressure to buy it right then or even buy it from there. When the RV arrived Larry went over the whole thing, from front to back and inside and out. He answered every question we had. In the meantime Chuck was working on the hitch and stabilizing bars. He showed my husband how they worked and how you put them on and take them off.Larry and Russ then had my husband back the RV several times then drive it around turning left then turning right till he was comfortable with it.I can't say enough good things about �veryone that works there. Their all great and ready to help even if their not your sales person.

My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer from Ron Potts RV, and our experience was outstanding! Our salesman Russ did a great job of showing us trailers with the options we were looking for within our budget. Thank you Russ. Once we found exactly what we were looking for Ron was there to walk us through the business side of owing a RV. Thanks for all the advice Ron. Next came pick up day. This is where I believe this faith based company separates themselves from the larger dealers. The ladies in the store were very helpful with the accessories we would need. Finally Chuck was the man who got us from "not having a clue" to "still clueless but ready to try" He did an amazing job showing us everything about our camper. He got my truck set up perfectly and answered all the questions we had for 3 hours. Thanks for your patients Chuck. Thank you to the entire team at Ron Potts RV. If your ready to start your adventure, I recommend Ron Potts RV

We visited a larger dealer when we began looking for a travel trailer. However, we didn't feel comfortable with them. I visited Ron Potts RV and by the end of that visit, I knew this is where we would buying our trailer. Simply put, Russ was outstanding. He spent over 2.5 hours educating me on the trailers and basic financing. Having never owned an RV before, his sharing of his knowledge with me was greatly appreciated. No mention of making purchase, he just wanted to share information with me. My wife returned with me 4 days later and he spent just as much time with us, answered every question that my wife had. He even stayed well past closing time with us to make sure we were fully informed. Basically he spent like 5 hours, total, maybe more, showing us around. Unlike the larger dealer, we felt very comfortable. When we decided to purchase, he, and others, went above and beyond training us on all aspects of our new camper....inside and out...and, once again, past closing time. Russ treated us with honesty and respect. Something that seems to missing all to much in today's society. If you are thinking about purchasing your own RV, you owe it to yourself to visit Russ at Ron Potts RV before you make a final decision on where you are going to purchase.

Our experience at Ron Potts RVs was superb! Our salesman, Russ, took the time to walk us through each RV we wanted to see and he answered all of our questions. He is a wealth of information due to his extensive camping and RV experience. He was not pushy at all and allowed us the time we needed to explore our options. After our purchase, their team conducted a thorough training with us so that we would know how to operate all features and functions on our new RV. The team of mechanics and customer service specialists were also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had an opportunity to meet Ron who was so kind and took the time to answer any additional questions we had. We are highly impressed with their entire operation from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, courteous & professional and their dealership (including the garage and service bays) is organized & immaculate. They go above & beyond!! We highly recommend Ron Potts RVs!!

Terrible experience, I don't recommend. My father took his RV in to replace an awning. They claimed it was an easy job and should be complete in 2-3 weeks. They received the parts in, kept it for a total of 8 weeks and couldn't do the job. They never even called to provide updates. We had to continually call them and they gave us the runaround for weeks. My father eventually had to say give me the RV back because they couldn't figure it out. They broke the new awning parts they attempted to put on and charged him full price for an incomplete job. My father gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue by telling them to order the new parts they broke during installation, they can keep the labor costs, and he'll take it elsewhere. In typical Ron Potts fashion, they never responded. We took it to someone else and the job was done in 2 hours. Never again Ron Potts, they're thieves.

We re do I begin, there are so many good things to say. We purchased a 2021 mpg travel trailer from Ron Potts. We drove 2 hours to get there because they had exactly what we were looking for. After looking at the unit we were interested in, we purchased it. Russ is phenomenal, he goes above and beyond what we could have ever expected, I could get into personal details, but you ll just have to experience yourself. We feel like he is a family friend, (if that gives you a idea of how we feel about him), and no we never met the man before we got there. So I highly recommend when you go there ask for him, you won t regret it. Now it doesn t end there, Mary Lou, Kelly, Carrie, and the guys in the service department, and yes Ron Potts himself, treated us with respect and professionalism. And yes, they all help with questions about everything camping, even the dumb questions for beginners like us. So, I highly recommend these folks, they go above and beyond. Oh, one more thing, after we left I told Russ we were going camping that night, I said to him please keep your phone buy you, I m sure I ll have questions, turns out because of them being so thorough, we didn t have any questions whatsoever, but guess what, my phone was ringing that night. You guessed it, it was our new friend Russ, calling to check in on us. Unbelievable As far as service after buying the travel trailer and storage, how they treat us after the deal is done, I will keep you posted and give reviews accordingly. Thanks again, everyone at Ron Potts. We love our camper, better than our expectations, which is a blessing.

Met with salesperson Heather was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and offered suggestions. I had the service department do my hitch work, the unit tows great. After having the rv out several times it is perfect for our lifestyle. After checking out other dealers in my opinion Ron Potts RVs is setting the standards others try to meet.

Amazing experience! One of the smoothest vehicle purchases I have ever had. Everyone there was smiling and more than helpful. We are first time RV ers and Russ made this so easy for us. We found a camper online, called Russ, and 3 days later drove to OH to pick it up! When we are ready to upgrade, I will be heading back to Ron Potts without a doubt
