They did a really nice job on our visit. We were greeted upon arrival cordially by both service people. We needed a variety of parts from plugs to oil to a filter and a belt for a very unusual car. All were in stock except the belt and they went the extra mile to order it in. All parts were accurate and made the installs easy. Would definitely recommend. Prices were in line with the surrounding competition so no financial surprises which is always a win.

Matt and Ashley have great customer service! However, whoever this Travis character is... He has 0 people skills. No greeting, extremely dry communication and it's the polar opposite of the experience that I get when Matt and Ashley answer the phone.

Went in for an air filter. The only employee there HAD NO CLUE! I drove across the street to Auto Zone and bought the air filter.I know good help is hard to find these days BUT IT WAS A HONDA AIR FILTER! Waste of MY VALUABLE TIME.

After AutoZone across the street told me my battery was too special (Jeep Wrangler 2018) for them to replace I was worried that I was going to be stuck on a Saturday without an open mechanics shop nearby.Decided to stop at OReillys just to check (and beg) for their help. My battery was replaced within 15 minutes.Will keep returning here from now on!

I love the friendly faces here and they are always willing to help you out with your car or lawn mower needs. Usually has all the parts needed for a quick job done. Prices are great and they do price match competitor prices so nothing better than that. Check them out next time and you won't be disappointed

Great experience here. I was frustrated when I pulled into the O'Reilly's parking lot and happy when I left. They sold me a battery for less than the other auto store, put it in my car (the other store would not), and saved me from having to get a jump every other time I turned off my car. And the whole thing took less than 10 minutes. BIG shout out to Vinny who went the extra mile and then some!

The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and even helped me replace a part on our suv in the parking lot when it stalled trying to leave. He didn't have to help but went out of his way to lend a hand. It fixed the issue and I'm forever grateful. You guys just got another faithful customer going forward. Thanks again!

Do not trust this store. I had gone in and asked about a cabin filter for my car. They showed me it on the computer at $24 for pickup at 3pm. I asked if they would price match Walmart. The employee checked the Walmart website and said absolutely as it was showing $14.94 . So I had it ordered in for pickup. Came back later that day and was told by a different employee that since it was now not showing in stock at Walmart that they would no longer price match. I even told him earlier it showed but it didn't matter. So wasted my time. Luckily I learned how bad this store is before I had any major purchase so I know not to ever give them my business.In short was lied to and then treated rudely. There are 4 other auto parts stores in Johnstown. Pick one of them first.

Usually they have what I need but didn't have my oil brand in stock. No biggie across the street,but they were friendly as hell.

Had the parts that i needed but the staff seemed bothered to look up my parts and collect them. Seems like Advance, Napa, or Autozone would be the better choice next time.
