Typical body shop jacking up the prices and doing unnecessary work when it's ran through insurance. I've always taken my cars to their service center and had nothing but good experiences, so I decided to use the body shop when a had some minor damage to my bumper. It took a month to get an appointment to bring my my car in. I was told it would be done within a week so I got a rental (out of pocket). When I called to get an update early on the guy I spoke to went on and on about how everyone was out of the office and they were having trouble finding coverage. Yes.. that's exactly what a customer hoping for quick repairs wants to hear. Then they wanted to go back and forth with my insurance company about this and that. They added frivolous work to the list of repairs that I ended up paying for. They refused to return my car until what they deemed necessary to be done was complete so I ended up paying a grand over what my insurance had already paid (not including the deductible). After it was all said and done, they had my car for a total of 3 weeks. Huge lesson learned, I would never recommend.

I was in an accident last year, and the person from my insurance company that I worked with told me there were two Tesla-approved body shops near me: K-ceps and another company. I made the mistake of trying to work with the other company instead of K-ceps because the other company was closer to me. That was a mistake; the other company was challenging to work with and insisted that they would not work with my insurance directly - I had to be a middleman. When it became clear how much of a hassle it would be working with the other company, I decided to try K-ceps. I wish I had chosen K-ceps first. They were able to work with my insurance company directly and took my car right away. I received regular emails, and phone calls keeping me up-to-date on the repairs and the status of back-ordered parts. Brittany was always helpful and quick to respond to my questions throughout the process. I got my car back a few days ago (because we had to wait so long for Tesla to send the required parts), and it looks brand new. If I hadn't been in the accident, there's no way I'd be able to tell the car had had any damage. I highly recommend K-ceps. Their work is professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Someone hit the back of my Tesla and K-Ceps did a great job with the repair. Kept me up to date, very professional and every interaction I had with their team was great. Would highly recommend using them for your auto repair.

They had my car since last Thursday, I have tried calling them everyday to find out the status of my vehicle, however they never answer the phone or return a message. I am going to find a different shop to repair my vehicle

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. We waited 4 months for a quote and another 4 months for them to fix mechanical issues. They will not call you when your car is fixed or send you final payment bill without the customer contacting them. My experience with KCEPS was amazing and unexpected! Adam, Dan and Nick went above and beyond. They kept me apprised of the details of my repair, and even negotiated with my insurance company. I took my Tesla here since they are one of the few Tesla certified bodyshops in the area. Terrible mistake! Small dent to the car needed fixed, ended up taking 1 month longer than the estimated time they have me initially. I had to call regularly to get updates because the communication was terrible. The car was constantly going back and forth from the Tesla service center, once because one of their employees damaged wiring while performing repairs. I eventually picked up the car and when I got home I saw the rear emblem was missing! How can you be a body shop and have such TERRIBLE attention to detail. And now 1 year after the paint job, the paint is chipping away from the corner of my panel. My experience was terrible, good luckServices: Painting, Body & Trim

K-Ceps is an outstanding company to work on Tesla s. There s not many companies in the Columbus area that can work on these cars, but I m definitely glad these guys are in business. They went above what would have been expected to get my vehicle repaired. Compared to the competition in my experience, they had outstanding customer service and know how to negotiate with insurance companies. The car looks brand new again, and I couldn t be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently use the GRANVILLE location for a vehicle repair.They had terrible terrible customer service. From never answering the phone to not communicating via email.They charged an outrageous prices along with mechanics getting paid $170 an hour. Terrible terrible terrible company.I strongly suggest you take your vehicle somewhere else.

Kcepts has been top notch from the very beginning. They made everything easy for me. From the appointment process, to making sure my rental was ready even if the rep was out of the office at that time and getting things squared away with my insurance company. Their customer service was great. Every interaction with every employee was excellent. They even want me to bring my car back in 30 days to take a look and make sure everything is still good and my paint job has completely cured, free of charge. Including a free car wash. I have never had a car repair shop ever care enough to ask you to come back in 30 days just to make sure everything is as it should be. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Adam, Nick, and Jason for being amazing. And of course, the body guys for doing all the hard work. Thanks K-Ceps!!

I have nothing but great things to say about K -ceps. The open lines of communication between Jim/Nick and I was amazing. They kept me up to date on everything and explained the process in great detail. The body work completed by Ricky is amazing. I have full confidence everything will hold up long after the car is out of my possession. They negotiated with insurance to make sure repairs were done to factory spec. While I hope to not need their services anytime soon, they will always be my first call for these repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

K-Ceps was wonderful to work with! We were super picky about who we selected to repair our Range Rover and they were the only body shop our car dealer recommended. They made the pick up and drop off process of our vehicle super easy by coming to our home. They were wonderful about calling with updates along the way. I highly recommend their body shop!

Kceps sent a tow truck & gave me a lift to kceps so I could also get a rental car right there.Trinity helped me through the whole experience. Unfortunately my insurance totaled my car, but if they wouldn't have kceps is the only place I would have it fixed at. Most people know they can do quality work, but people also need to know how great their customer service is. They are so busy, but I felt like I was her only customer. They went above & beyond.

Very professional organization, well managed. They did a fine job in the repair of my car. I had the front and rear bumpers replaced. It looks wonderful. I really appreciated the VIP pick up and delivery service.This is my follow up post repair. We attempted on three occasions to schedule the free detailing offered by K-Ceps and additional buffing of the rest of my car (at my expense). The issue was scheduling, and I offered to bring my car in for that since they do not offer VIP service for that. I was fine with that, but they said they would make an exception and provide VIP service anyway. It never happened, they either cancelled to said they would be out next week. Then said people were sick. I can understand that but throughout my experience with them, they portend to be your greatest advocate, only to disappoint by either not calling when they say they will or making up some nimble excuse. I know that it is tough to please the public, just be honest and do what you say you will do. I worked with Jason and Adam.

K-Ceps was great with my 2018 Tesla. The customer support we received was above and beyond, even with the supply chain issues. Would definitely get my car fixed here again.

I came in for an estimate as it was recommended by a local dealership. $4-5k of work on my truck bed so you d think they wanted business. Wednesday morning I showed up and employee Nick took pictures along with notes to know what all needed done. I was told he would email my insurance company and myself a copy of the estimate right away. I didn t hear back. By Friday morning I hadn t received word or email so I called a receptionist asking about the status of my estimate. The receptionist told me Nick was the one working on the estimate but he was on the phone. She stated she would have him call me right back when he was off the phone. I never got a call. All day no return call. They are closed Sat/Sun.I called Monday morning and Nick answered directly. I asked why I wasn t called back on Friday and what the status was with my estimate. Nick told me they were on a skeleton crew and he would try to get it done by the end of the day. At this point I had very little confidence in their company to actually get me scheduled in and fix my truck given that they can t even complete an estimate or even call their customers back. I understand being busy but lacking common courtesy to even call back and tell me anything is completely unacceptable for any company and seemingly the new wave of disrespect to customers.I told him to forget it and I would just go somewhere else and lighten his load there. He actually sounded relieved to not have my business. If you don t care about being treated like your money doesn t matter and they don t need your business then this place is acceptable for you.

They did a wonderful job with my vehicle, communicated throughout the time they had my vehicle. They have a Hertz right in their store. I dropped my vehicle off and had my car rental ready to go. K-Ceps is one of the most professional and customer friendly auto body shops I have dealt with. Their knowledge of Tesla cars is excellent, something that can be hard to find. They pay attention to every detail and do what's best for the customer. My experience with K-Ceps has been nothing short of excellent and I would highly recommend them for auto body work.

Kceps committed insurance fraud with my vehicle after submitting photos of another car (similar to mine) to show more extensive damages to my insurance. When I confronted them, we never heard back. I soon found out this is a common thing! The quality was terrible. Stay far away.

They repaired my car was after a tree fell on it. Was satisfied with the experience so far. The car looks great. I do feel that they should rethink their affiliation with Hertz. I am having to dispute charges that I feel were fraudulent. This reflects badly on K-Ceps because they are in the same building and Hertz is convenient.

K-ceps was so helpful. Dealing with a car accident is never easy and they were able to help through the process. It was nearly hands off for me in regards to managing the insurance company, which was nice. My car looks amazing and better than it was before. Thanks again! I highly recommend this place.

We had a 2012 Honda Accord repaired here. The work turned out excellent. You can't even tell what work was done and K-Ceps is a Honda certified repair shop. Adam was great to work with and has helped us out since then by looking over a truck I ended up purchasing for free. Thank you K-Ceps if we ever need work done again you will be our first call.

K-Ceps has been fantastic. They have fixed my vehicle after a crash in a very timely fashion. There was also another time I thought I needed new brakes and they inspected at no charge and gave me an honest answer that I wouldn t need service done til the future.

We have used KCeps several times and have always been very happy with them. They always work with the insurance company and make sure the car is repaired to it's original condition. The car is always returned cleaner than when we brought it in. We have never had any issues with our cars that have been repaired by KCeps.

K Ceps is a great source when you need body work done on a vehicle . Their customer service is outstanding. The staff is professional and helpful. And having a Hertz rental office on the premises makes life easier.I would highly recommend them
