This place is an absolute train wreck , 80% of the parking is paid . The fast food places are closed on weekends! The country pride full of rude and hateful people who don't really want to work. Someday close the TAs already they are a disaster and old/run down

Reserved parking is $18 per night. They went up on their products inside the store, significantly! Their little breakfast sandwiches are a dollar more. Even the employees are telling customers that they went up on everything, without saying a word. So, make them suffer for their greed: DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANYTHING!!

TA service shop saves the day as usual. Needed my fuel filters changed and they got to me right away I was in & out in about an hour and a half on a week day!!

It's another one of those Ta's that is huge but 90% of there parking is reserved! Don't support them. Go across the street to park or go down to the loves

Stopped for dinner with the family on our way home from Christmas. Cook was playing his music rather loudly with lots of use of the N word. Completely inappropriate for anyone to listen to that kind of music let alone at a family restaurant. Left to go to Bob Evan s down the road.

TA Rochelle IL was outstanding. The tech found my problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. I was back on the road in no time!

The guys and gals here to a great job of helping me maintain my truck as well as repairs when needed. Always helpful and friendly.

Just for a inspection u'll spend all day here, both DOT techs where here when i checked and after they over herd that i needed a truck and trailer inspection they ran for a road call. It takes 30-60 ish for a inspection. Its not hard, stop being petty and do ur jobs hiding out on a road call all day is not ur job. Sure their are road calls that take most of the day but really both techs out all morning. DRIVERS!! Go to a place u trust this is not the place!!!

Most of the pumps don t work at all, they re taped off. The keypad doesn t work on the one I m using and it s pumping slow. And there s no water in any of the window washing buckets. Come on TA, you re better than this.

Took them 7 1/2 hours to get out to repair a tire. I got one excuse after another. Tech had to go to a different place on his call, tech would be out to me shortly, tech had to go home for family emergency I m calling in our tech for the next shift. He called in the midnight tech .A HALF HOUR EARLY! Then when the midnight tech got there it took him almost an Hour before he left to come to me. I was about a half hour away and it took him nearly an hour to get to me. When the Tech finally got to me he had a junk repair truck. The air compressor took forever to air up my new tire and the tire guy had to use my tire pressure gauge. Don t waste your time here, they are not worried about their customers.

Too bad they don t repair or have tires for small tandem axle tires. I was stopped for a flat and this big giant shop couldn t do anything though they didn t bother me for my stay.

This used to be one of my favorite stopping places, but now I rarely ever stop. If you're a truck driver like myself, you better be prepared to pay $18.00 to park overnight. At least half of the spaces are reserved, maybe more than half. I take my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do that as well. There's plenty of other places that will appreciate our business.

Stopped here while traveling. No problems. Can not get back into highway 35 at the same place you get off at. The place was clean. We ate at the Popeyes Chicken. Service was fast, friendly, professional and accurate. They are not allowing dine in service at this time.

Had an ultimate oil change and well they did not change one of the fuel filters and could not replace the windshield wipers because they could not get them clipped on. Very slow and for almost 450 dollars it was not worth it.

We were just tooling around Columbus & we decided to stop in Popeyes!!! I got a chicken breast & a biscuit & my husband got 4 thighs & a couple of biscuits. The chicken was hot, fresh & awesome!!!! They have the best biscuits of any take out chicken, too. My husband had part of a piece of chicken left & put it in a baggie (we carry a few in the car now since so many restaurants are still closed to inside dining & we can put left overs in them) & took it home to our dog Trouble!!! She was really happy!!!!

This place has a wide variety of food options, the restrooms were clean, and it is easily accessible from the interstate. They only had one cashier working on a Sunday afternoon which made for long lines at checkout. A manager eventually stepped in and opened a register.

The man running the register 3rd shift, he was really rude, mean and racist towards me and my deff cousin. WOW. they let ppl like this work in costumer services.

This was our first time having Popeye's and it was amazing! Seriously this place had everything you could want in one stop! Popeye's manger was awesome! Very friendly guy.

My husband and I are truck drivers and stopped here for a reset before our next load pick up in Columbus. This place was about 40 miles from our next pick up and is in a wonderful area in which you will have a wide assortment of food and shopping to choose from, as an outlet mall is just across the street with several restaurants along the main roadway. There is a Starbucks, KFC, Long John Silvers, McDonalds etc across the street with truck parking . Most of the parking here is reserve parking. They do have non-reserve spots, but they are a tad tight, and some are blind side, so you need to be very cautious when backing in when it is full. We used the showers here and found them clean, hot and with very soft water (this is why I prefer TA/Petro showers, their soft water is AMAZING!). The shower attendant was very helpful and very nice! We interacted with the personnel at the fuel desk both day and night, and each of them were kind and helpful. We ate at both the restaurant and the Popeyes and the service was good at both. The TA food was ok. We really wish TA would up their game on their food, but it is what it is. We did pay for truck parking because I wanted an easy spot that should not have been difficult for other drivers to park near us. When I paid, the attendant informed me that I didn't need to put the receipt in the window as they have a person that keeps constant watch on the parking and they have a way of identifying the vehicles that have paid and they will boot those that haven't. This is good to know for when/if you reserve a spot before you arrive as not all truckstops do this with their reserve parking. We will definitely stay here again. By the way, we had no need for the mechanical services here, so we don't know how their shop is.

Wanted popeyes chicken and they was closed. I missed them by 10 minutes. They used to sell the extra chicken boxed up a couple years ago when I got there and was closed but now they dont sell extra chicken in truck stop. Bummer . Chicken is great but of course you pay extra because its s truck stop and as everything at a truck stop you pay more because these companies like to gouge the American truckers because they think truckers are rich with loads of money to pay extra for everything. Just remember everything in a store has been brought there by a truck.

They are the nicest people at T/A.....They are sooooo helpful, one night I had a flat tire and they had a tire ( plug ) kit. They are very, very nice and have a great store inside plus Popeyes Chicken and a Country Pride restaurant with the best steaks and soup and salad bar!

Well . not good the waitress was ok other then not checking on us.. The food was the worst. We had breakfast. everything was cold.just like they took it out of the freezer. For 32 dollars should have been hot.. Needless to say will not be having dinner there to night...

I stop here when I travel because TA has clean restrooms, a great choice of coffee and other knickknacks for the road. If you want to stop by for a bit and enjoy a relaxing meal, it's great for that to.

I stopped to pick up Krispy Kreme Donuts for the grandkids. I was pleased to see them boxed up so they wouldn't be handled individually. The restroom was spotless as usual. Pleased to be able to buy individual pieces of fruit.

Got here had to get shop repairs done was told it would be 5 hours before they bring me in and that was around 6 pm. So I figured I'd get reserved parking and here it is 243 am still not in shop yet. If I woulda known it would be this long I woulda stayed in my free parking spot I originally had
