5 out of 5. My wife and I were looking to upgrade into a new camper. We met Stacy at the Wilmington RV show. He was very knowledgeable and confident when talking about their inventory. We had been to several RV shows in the area speaking with many sales professionals. We knew after speaking with Stacy that Buckeye RV was where we wanted to take our business. We actually went a couple weeks later and met with Stacy again. He sat down with us and discussed our desires and were further informed about their lifetime warranty offered at Buckeye RV. We told him up front that we were not ready to buy today but that didn't deter Stacy from beating the cold weather to walk us around their inventory. He walked us through several different options and was very open and honest about his opinions for each camper. After looking at the different options we knew which one we wanted and told him we would be in touch with them once we are ready. This is where I really applaud the associates at Buckeye RV. Stacy contacted us one time and was not pushy to get the sale just wanted to check in with us. We went back on February 16 and purchased our new camper. During this process not once did we feel pressured to buy all the add-ons. They were open and honest throughout the whole process which was nice and made the purchase even easier. Everyone should check out Buckeye RV. They are good honest people, not just the typical salesman trying to make a sale.

Buckeye RV made buying our camper an easy and pleasant experience! Ryan was awesome! We were traveling from another state to purchase and he was always available to answer questions and take our calls, he had everything ready for us when we arrived to make a smooth and easy purchase! We will definitely go back to Ryan and Buckeye next time we are in the market!

We had a wonderful experience at Buckeye RV, Smitty our salesman was top notch and went above and beyond to get us in the camper we wanted. The whole process from arrival to delivery was outstanding, i encourage everyone to buy a camper from Buckeye and let Mike walk you through your delivery. what a great experience from Buckeye RV.

Our introduction to Buckeye RV was at an RV show. Sales rep, Ryan, helped us find the unit that had the features we wanted. We did not get the unit that was at the show, but he hooked us up to get the same model that was arriving at the dealership a few days later and gave us the show discount. Financing, trade-in, walk through, and purchasing all went smoothly. I would recommend working with this dealership.

What a great experience purchasing our new travel trailer from BuckeyeRV! Ryan our salesman was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with sincerity and patience. No high pressure or extra costs that would have sent us on our way. Nick the finance manager was also straight up with us and made our deal very comfortable to understand and process. Donnie, the service tech, took his time and explained everything to us about the operation of our new RV, answered all our questions and even invited us to call him if we had any other questions down the road.We definitely recommend Ryan Trapp and his team at BuckeyeRV.

We purchased our second travel trailer from Buckeye. Ryan helped us through the process. Picked up the rv on December 21st, and stayed in it for a week. So far the communication has been great, but now I have items that need taken care of. I will update with more info, as soon as I hear back from them. I ve left a message, so we will see how long it will take to get it taken care of.

Buckeye rv made purchasing a camper easy and stress free. Stacey was fantastic at answering all of our questions, even on his day off! Mike that did our walk through on the day we took it home, was so knowledgeable. Everyone was fantastic from beginning to end!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We dealt with Ryan and he stayed after hours so we could switch out the hitch to our new camper. We also were able to do this inside since the weather was bad. They also were available for questions even after we left the store. Thanks everyone! We are excited about our new camper.

I can t say enough about Stacy, Nick, and Mike at Buckeye RV! I think our situation is pretty unique, as we drove all the way from Massachusetts to purchase our trailer after not having much luck at local dealers. We knew the model we wanted, and Buckeye happened to have it at a much lower cost then the local dealers. From the moment I spoke to Stacy on the phone, we felt good about the decision to travel over 800 miles to purchase our trailer. Stacy was patient, attentive, answered all of our questions, and was completely transparent. The financing application was super easy with Nick. When we arrived to take delivery, we were instantly greeted with a smile from our technician, Mike, who took his time to go over the outside and inside of the trailer and answer all of our questions. It was nice to meet Stacy in person. He was professional, polite, helpful, and even gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation for lunch! The financing was quick and easy with Nick, who was also great! Making a large dollar purchase always carries some amount of stress, but Stacy and Nick really put us at ease. I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a trailer, even outside of Ohio, take a look here. It s definitely worth the drive and we would do it again without hesitation.

Stacy has been wonderful with working with us to find the RV that suits our family the best. The whole process has been so easy. I have to say Joe and Scott were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so comfortable. Starting with the entire staff greeting us the moment we walked through the front door to walking out those same doors with smiles on our faces! They stayed late to accommodate our needs, very informative of the inventory, worked within our budget and just made it happen!If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! When you see happy employees, you know the management is doing something right.Highly recommend the Jeffersonville location!

I drove all the way from Chattanooga, TN. to work with the folks at Buckeye RV on our 5th wheel. The entire sales and finance team were a pleasure to work with, and we were able to do the entire deal over the phone. Taking delivery was a nice experience, and they walked me through all the details on our very first RV. This is how RV sales should be done. No bull, no messing around, just straight to the point courteous business.Thanks for the awesome experience, and making things super easy y'all!

Joe, John, Nick and the whole crew at Buckeye RV were great to work with. I highly recommend purchasing an RV through Buckeye RV. We went from a 2005 Pop-Up camper to a 2021 Hybrid camper and we could not be more pleased. We like the openness feeling of tent camping with the Pop-Up and that s why we chose to stay that route with a newer Hybrid camper.

Great experience with Buckeye RV. Stacy was willing to show me additional pictures of the trailer I was interested in and was completely transparent with the 5th wheel I was looking at buying. I ended up not making a purchase due to living across the country but he was completely willing to work with me.

We had a great experience at Buckeye RV! Joe Finch was very kind and helpful! He was also patient. We brought our 4 kids and they were able to play ping pong and watch TV, so that was nice! Joe was able to answer our questions and explain exactly how the loan process worked! Thank you Buckeye RV!

The team at Bucky RV are great to work with! Our sales person Joey helped us find the camper that best fit us and took extra care in walking us through the process. The guys in the finance department worked hard to get us where we needed to be. Mike was great to work with on the camper walkthrough on being new camper owners! We love our camper thank you Bucky RV!!

Great place to buy a camper! The sales representative, Stacy was great to work with. He answered all our questions and was very processional. We drove 500 miles to do business with Buckeye and Stacy. Definitely worth the drive and Ohio is beautiful.

Michael was extremely helpful to us as we were on the road with our motorhome and had no heat. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with no apt free of charge. Highly recommend this place for sales or service.

We was greeted with a very nice sales man, Ryan Trapp. He was very informative and listened to what I was looking for in a camper. He took us to several campers, making sure we d see exactly what we were looking for.We picked a camper, came back not being positive it s the one we wanted.The manager Scotie, called Ryan to see if he remembered if there was a camper I was totally in love with.. Ryan, immediately let him know what Camper to take us to. Another salesman, Stacy Trissel immediately took us to that camper. I walked in and said, Ryan is right, this is the camper I want! I appreciate they want to make sure you get the camper you want, Without any second-guessing.Best RV dealership I ve ever been too!!Also, you get a lifetime warranty & none of those extra fees the other places charge you.. Joe Finch my sales repp was vey helpful and friendly. Never felt pressured and upfront with the process. Buckeye RV was very competitive in pricing and did not charge any extra fees. They took at least an hour to go over everything. I was very happy with the process and the camper we have Ozark 24bhs.

Highly recommend Buckeye RV!! Everyone is extremely nice. Not pushing or trying to sell you extra stuff you don t need. Stacy was very welcoming from the beginning and helped us through the entire process, listening to our needs and wants in an RV while also being mindful of our tight budget. Went to several other RV dealers with pushy salesmen, where I didn t want to come back and deal with them for the rest of the process. Completely opposite experience with Stacy at Buckeye RV! Was able to leave our first meeting, to think it over and shop around, without any pleasure to buy that day. Nike in finance, no pressure to buy anything extra. Mike was very knowledgeable on our walk through. The whole team, A++ highly recommended. Other RV dealers could learn from Buckeye RV.

What a great experience we had at Buckeye RV with Ryan. We had a very thorough walk thru with Mike, very knowledgeable !! All of the staff were very friendly, we drove over 8 hours to purchase this camper, well worth the drive! Top notch RV Center!
