I recently had my brake pads serviced at AM Ford and was thoroughly impressed by their customer service. The new management is very welcoming, and the staff was exceptionally polite from the moment I arrived. They clearly explained the service process and completed the work promptly. The environment was clean and comfortable, making my overall experience very positive. I highly recommend AM Ford for their professionalism and commitment to customer care.

This place did an awesome job with getting us into a nice vehicle, Terry and Courtney worked their magic and got us into the same kind of car I seen in the lot and like (2020 Hyundai Palisade SEL, I would highly recommend to anyone to come here!

Vehicle was taken here for service Nov 2022. During their service they broke something in the transmission, which resulted in them having to replace it on their dime. I have a saved voicemail dated 12/21/2022 from Kevin in the service department stating what had happened and they were going to take care of it. He found me a USED transmission with a 1 year parts and labor warranty specifically. I got a phone call 01/11/23 that my vehicle was ready. I picked it up and asked when I signed the paperwork if there was any paperwork regarding the warranty, I was told no. Fast forward to 9/13/2023 vehicle breaks down and transmission won t shift. I had to have it towed to the dealership after hours. I called the very next morning and spoke with John in the service department and gave him all the details about what happened. I received a phone call the day after that from someone stating that I left my car there with no explanation on what was going on with it so I called back and politely explained actually I did call the very next day, talked to John and he knows what s going on. Oh, ok then First communication issue. John then called me on 9/15 stating I was going to need another transmission and it needed taken apart to verify. I asked what the cost was, if any, and he said oh nothing because it was still under the 1 year warranty from the transmission they just put in in January, less than 8 months ago. Thats when they gave me a service loaner since it was warranty work. I hadn t heard anything for a while but I didn t think that was unusual considering the time frame from when it happened 8 months prior. I got a phone call on 10/18 from someone in customer service/service dept (I can t remember her name) asking how my service was, if I was happy with the vehicle and if it was running ok? I kindly told her well you still have my vehicle she politely apologized and said I m sorry they don t tell me these things , second communication issue. She was going to have someone call me right back for an update. Michelle, the service manager, called me shortly after and told me I needed a new transmission, which I already knew, but that it WASN T under warranty any longer because I drove over 12,000 miles already. I said wait a minute, you ve had my vehicle for almost A MONTH I thought it was being worked on but now your telling me it hasn t been touched?! Was anyone going to call and tell me this?!!? She said oh I thought someone was in touch with you 3rd communication issue. She said I now need a remanufactured transmission and that was $8,200. We said absolutely not, we were told TWICE it was a 1 year warranty and NOTHING about mileage. She then responded the next day with we will pay for labor but you have to pay for the part and fluid which is $3,400 . Again, we said no. THEY broke my transmission, put in a USED one because it was on them and now aren t standing behind the one they chose for my vehicle. Why wasn t a remanufactured one put in the first time when you broke it? Because it s more expensive than the cheaper USED one you found and you were trying to cut corners to save money? But now all of a sudden since you think your not responsible for it I m being told I need a remanufactured one, which is more expensive? I was told TWICE by 2 different employees 1 year warranty, nothing about 12,000 miles. If it is on paperwork somewhere then it was never disclosed to me, even when I asked about it, and it s somewhere where I would not have noticed it, which is very sneaky. We had much better service the first time around, I don t know what happened if they got new people or what but this time is just awful. It was recommended to us to reach out to the GM and talk to him direct to try and resolve this, which my significant other did, and that didn t go anywhere. He was rude and acted like we were stupid for just not automatically knowing everything has a 12,000 mile warranty. Well why the hell would I know that I don t work in the car industry, I m going off what YOUR employees told me

Just took delivery of my new 2023 F-150; what a beautiful truck! Had the pleasure of dealing with Emilee in Sales and she and her Team did a wonderful job! Answered all my questions, did all the paperwork in a timely fashion. Vehicle was delivered to my doorstep in immaculate condition !! I never set foot in the dealership!

We had a great experience with the Victory Ford team, Tristan, Terry, and Emilee. They helped us get into a truck for a great price. The team had great personal service and attention detail. We drove from Indiana to check this truck out. They made sure we had everything we needed for titles, trades, banks and then printed duplicates! Definitely recommend for future car and truck needs.

Great experience, no pressure. Michael Baker did a great job in getting us in the right vehicle at the right price, with great financing.Would recommend Victory Ford in Jefferson, Oh to family and friends. The service program (Car Doc) is deffinitely going to save us money on maintenance. If in need of a car or truck give Michael a call.

A well kept secret in the auto dealership world! This shop lets schedule the appointment online. They are ready when you come in, the service writer is a fantastic person, the former showroom is a carpeted, warm waiting area, with a variety of complimentary snacks.

Chad was very helpful with helping me find the SUV I wanted. I had called about a Palisade and unfortunately to had sold earlier that day. He let me know there was another one coming in a couple weeks. He was great to work with and listened to what I was looking for and did not push me into buying something that was already on the lot. Highly recommend!

I've been going to the Nassief dealership in Jefferson, OH since my first vehicle purchase in 2015 and a lease in 2019. Great service all around! Very friendly staff (especially the phone operator) and the sales team does a great job of not coming off as "too pushy" when attempting to make a sale.

Emilee at Nassief Auto Group made the process so easy, I regret not having gone there sooner. After exchanging several emails and phone calls over a few days, I was able to send my husband in with my old lease and get the car that I wanted for a fair price. There was no bait and switch or haggling, and my new monthly payment is exactly what I was looking for. In this new market of many cars being reserved or sold before they hit the lot, car buying is more stressful than ever but Emilee and Nassief made it easy. They were also especially appreciative of my husband being a firefighter- and that is something we always like to support in a business. We will certainly return when it is time to upgrade my husbands car later this year, thank you again Emilee and Nassief!

Was looking to get out of my lease early, knowing that it probably wouldn t happen, I stopped at Victory to see what my options were. I was treated like garbage by Terry-asking me questions like why do you want to trade your car in, when I told him I wanted something bigger, he asked me why I just didn t get a bigger car last time-I told him all they had was the smaller vehicle.He than came back with an astronomical monthly payment-which I could not afford.When I told him that was too much he repeatedly asked me why it was too much, and that the car was worth that payment.I felt almost bullied by the guy, anyway I left and went to another dealership that was able to accommodate the payment I was looking for. I am so happy to say I will never have to return to that place again!Stay far away from this place!

After a long stretch of having bad experiences with car salesmen and dealerships I was skeptical when I first arrived at Nassief to purchase my new car. However they proved to be the best dealership I have ever been to thus far. All of the associates on the floor helped me with everything that I needed! I specifically would like to shout out Carl McElroy as he was professional and personal at the same time and was able to answer all of my questions! After purchasing my car they proceeded to make sure I had everything I needed (knowledge wise) to ensure my car remained in tip top shape. This company is fantastic and I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends! You truly deserve all 5 star!!!

Love this place!! Went in with my husband one day to look at a new car, as we are expecting our first child We were greeted pleasantly by Carl M, he helped me with everything and answered all of my my questions. No matter how silly they were!! Very nice man and VERY nice company. Will be recommending to my girls from book club! Might even be worth a mention to my maternity group! They definitely deserve these 5 stars

They took a lot of time with us and even stayed after hours one day while we found what we liked. No hassle on price or financing. They were straight forward, kind, helpful. Mr. Michael Baker is a man of his word. He made my car buying experience seamless through his professionalism along with the reassurance and confidence that he could make it happen and he did. As always my scheduled oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. IT was also great that they do an overall check over of my car, because it turns out my battery needed replaced. Glad that caught that before winter hit and I was stranded. The staff was very friendly and professional. My car always runs much smoother after service.

Bought a used cargo Chevy Express cargo van on October 31st they wanted me in there to make their end of month sales well now it's nearly a month later and I still have not got the van fixed or repaired according to their contract and they keep giving me a runaround nothing like buying a vehicle not to be able to use.. Guess next option will be contact better Business bureau and company attorney

not impressed with the new victory Ford. had a 8am appointment for oil change & tire rotation. It took 2hrs, then they wanted to charge me when I told them I was using my Ford pass points b4 they even started. they don't even top off fluids as a courtesy.

My husband and I have leased 2 vehicles and purchased 1 from Nassief in the past 4 years. We live in Willoughby but don't mind making the drive to Jefferson for the top notch service and buying experience at Nassief. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable but what earned them 5 stars is their honesty. I enjoy walking away from a car buying experience with confidence that I was given the best deal available to me. I appreciate their involvement in the community, as well. Job well done...see you when our lease is up!

I bought my first car with Nassief back in 2012; and I was really impressed with the way they worked with my small budget, finding a bank willing to finance me with no credit experience.I drove my Cobalt for about 4 years after buying but experienced a little bit of car trouble. (About $3,000 in repairs, laundry list of issues) and Nassief really affirmed my faith in the dealership after working very hard to make sure I found a car that fit my budget and was more reliable.Again, I was happy to feel like a priority and that my safety was paramount. I didn't have to buy from Nassief that day, I could've gone anywhere or continued to drive the Cobalt and deal with issues BUT my faith and trust with Nassief allowed me to drive a wonderful 2010 Toyota Camry.Marybeth Nassief and her staff have another satisfied customer. I won't buy anywhere else.
