Worst experience ever! Wouldn t take fault for leaving overspray and buff marks all over my car. I called up their superior at Montrose in Ashtabula, since the manger at the collision center in Jefferson wouldn t take fault for the damages left on my car. He told me that there must ve been a mess up and he ll get me in touch with a different manger at the collision center, that would schedule me an appointment to get my car fixed. So I scheduled an appointment, I pointed out the obvious buff marks and overspray and they said they d get it fixed in a couple days. A few days later I show up to get my car and now it has MORE buff marks! Not only did they look at me like I was crazy when I initially told them they left damage on my car but I had to jump through multiple hoops to even get them to admit fault for an obvious accident that could have been an easy fix. Now I m left with damage on my car that I have to pay for out of my own pocket. I would NEVER recommend this place FOR ANYTHING.

Had a horrible experience. The manager Eric is not good at his job and bad with customers as well as the new office person. They will tell you lies to make sure it sounds like they are doing everything they can for you but in reality it's the. Trying to cover up them dropping the ball I mean the didn't even have me sign the agreement to do the work until I pick up the car I would never recommend or advise someone to deal with placeService: Painting
