They fit me in for new tires before I had to leave for a trip. Always very friendly. Always give estimates and notify of all issues they come upon. Efficient and reliable!

We have used Busch Automotive for many many years, and have always had the best service from Tom and his family. Even since Tom has retired, his son has continued carrying on the excellent service expected and he works hard to keep the costs down despite the ever rising cost of parts and long wait to even find them. Great Family run business!!

The staff are friendly and professional. The work is quality and fair priced. They were kind enough to help me out my first visit, without an appointment. I've rescheduled with them for some work on my 2nd vehicle. They've earned my trust.

Terrible communication. Said they'd call/text with updates. Never did but went off without consulting me and did extra work that wasn't asked for.Took 3 weeks to get 2hrs of work done. Not because of waiting on a part(s).Way overcharged for amount of work/time.

My car was horridly out of alignment after some shoddy work done at the dealership.The staff at Busch Auto was kind and extremely welcoming unlike many of the typical corporate owned shops. They were happy to answer questions and explain the work done in an easy to understand way without talking down to me.Everything was resolved in a timely manor and I couldn't be happier with the service that I was provided.Highly recommended,I will happily be back again for future auto work.Service: Wheel alignment

My husband experienced a severe problem with our vehicle which made it dangerous to drive.Upon taking it to Busch Automotive they were able to identify and repair the issue, (turned out to be the alternator) Work was done promptly and reasonably priced as well. Very courteous and professional service from start to finish. Glad that they are here close by in Jefferson. Highly recommend their service.

Tom and Connie go above and beyond ...always! They are fair, they take time to explain the options, quick to get me scheduled for service and back on the road. I have enjoyed working with them very much over the years. They greet me with a smile and are very knowledgable, taking time to ask the right questions so they get the job done right. I 100000% recommend them.

They forgot to tighten the lug nuts after doing a tire rotation. Got two blocks away and the front tire started coming off! One would think the service would be better being that they charge astronomical prices. Over $100 for a oil change and tire rotation. That's $30 higher than the dealership!

Pretty good service, specialized skills for foreign cars. Prices seem a bit high, but that may be everywhere? Usually identify and fix the issue quickly. We ve taken several vehicles here for service.
