My wife and I got an oil filter and jug of Castrol here after having a bad experience at the store in conneaut by 90 (left a 1 star review for that location.) This store is a little out of the way (why we didn't leave 5 stars instead of 4) and we wish our local location could have employees who are just as awesome and RESPECTFUL as the kind folks in Jefferson!!! Keep up your awesome efforts!!!

I stopped into the Jefferson location with my 2014 Ford Escape with backup camera and radio not working for a free diagnostic plugin. 2 awesome boys found it was an $11 fuse that needed replaced.I had been to 2 Ford dealers quoting $149 diagnostic charges.These 2 boys were fantastic to work with and saved me money - THANK YOU!Jim Basen

Super helpful and friendly staff. Robert Bloomer went the extra mile to check out which of my taillight bulbs needed replaced, what type they were, and then changed them out for me, making sure everything was back in working order before sending me on my way. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely go back in the future.

It's an ok Store. The staff is very friendly and though I didn't personally need help I heard them offer it to several people while I was browsing. Prices are a bit high. But then again isn't everything now. I paid almost 40 for one Rainex wiper blade. What the heck. That's double what I paid for the same blades not even a year ago.

Update 12/04/22 Tried called yesterday and Today to place an order. Phone just rings. Perhaps yall should update the hours of operation.Took forever to get a hose for my car. The kid maybe didn't know what he was looking for perhaps. Then I had to cut the hose myself. That was something else.

The staff was verry nice and took care of me as fast as they could. The only reason the store didn't get 5 stars is there was only 2 guys working and they were busting there butts to help people and trying to put the new stuff on the shelves . HAY AUTOZONE CORPORATE THEY NEED ATLEAST 1 MORE WORKER!

Thank you, Eddie so much for putting my headlight in my 2013 Equinox. Chevy you did a great job of service and for helping us at no charge. You're the best. I love the Jefferson AutoZone. We used split payment when buying a car part. Partial on a credit card and partial on a gift card. Refused to refund the core deposit when we brought the core in to the credit card and literally gave us a gift card with it instead. Go to the chardon or middlefield one- worth the drive and better customer service !

Just left Auto Zone and Robert fixed my issue within 5 minutes. Also Jesse was right on top of things too, nice to go in and not feel dumb asking for help when they make you feel like it was a pleasure to help!

Love the Auto Zone in Jefferson, Ohio Ashtabula County. . they are very helpful and friendly. They go out of they're way to help you. Abby and Taylor are super nice and know they're car's. They've helped me several times, when I was in a pinch. .I'd rather go here then anywhere else. Keep up the good work. Jefferson and Ashtabula people appreciate you all

Bought. 1 gallon .of bondo there 40.00..bucks... a few weeks ago. the hardener was garbage.old....hard. I used mine up I had they don.t rotate there stock for sure.next time i go to orielys

Salesman ignored me waited on every man that walked in after me instead of me! Prices are triple what they are at oriellys. Example- two pack of bulbs $16 same two pack at oriellys $3

Stopped in to get a low beam headlight for my 2008 Chevy truck. Abby (Abigail) installed the light for me. She did a wonderful job! She was very friendly and very knowledgeable.

They always got goodies I need for my Jeep projects. I go in for one thing end up buying tons of stuff lol. Friendly curtious staff and tons of stuff my my ride. Bought a little something decorative for my wife's car while I was there she loved it.

I had a great shopping experience here recently. My battery was nearly dead and they were happy to swap out the old one for me immediately after purchase at no extra cost. That service keeps us going back.

I needed new headlight bulbs. I got them for a great price at AutoZone and then two of the employees put them in for me. They were both so kind and accommodating. I'm so glad I stopped there. Thank you so much AutoZone.

Most employees are very knowledgeable . If you treat them with respect they will work hard to find what you need. Most parts are priced OK . Look for specials and open box or returned items. I found a Battery for my Subaru XT Turbo that was $169.95 full retail. They told me a girl bought one and that her problem was not Battery. They sold it to me for $46.99. Not bad!

Every time I go in here (which is only a couple times of year due to living out of state) I get bad service, the employees are half friendly and half rude. They never want to honor the warranty of the parts they sell at this location, every other auto zone I've been too gladly warranties their parts without an argument!! Its worth the drive to avoid this place and drive to ashtabula.

This auto parts store, unlike the O'Reilly parts store in Middlefield, listen to me and checked my battery. My battery was at the Level of almost being completely dead. O'Reilly said to me "Oh your battery is just fine on.". the O'Reilly manager in Middlefield never even checked the battery assumed that it was okay. The person at the cashier at AutoZone and the one installing my battery at AutoZone were very very nice treated me with respect and did not treat me as a stupid woman. I certainly would go back to this AutoZone even though it is not in the direction I'd normally travel. 3-7-22 update March 7th 2022 Trinity helped me and determined my battery alternator and starter are good I have an electrical problem so she did not sell me a battery I really appreciate that she is a diesel mechanic and knows fully what she's talking about.
