I wanted to give a big thumbs up to all the people who work at Ricer In Jackson Ohio . The boys in the service department have been great to deal with and the girls in the office Especially Lisa who has spent several hours in Finding me the right tractor for my use . I primarily use my tractor to mow my yard with but wanted the sliding arms on the backAnd the new model 4060 has what I need and thought I would try one with a cab this time. Lisa did not have one at the time but when it came in she called me So I went over to check it out and purchased the tractor the cab the front end loader and still waiting for the backhoe And front bale spear a BIG thank you to Lisa in guiding me in the right direction. I LOVE THIS TRACTOR!!!

The few times I have been here. Mainly for someone else. But this last time. Was going to buy a new excavator or backhoe. I thought I would start out by looking at some of the parts. Just to see what they offer in replacement parts. Same as always before. Whoever they were. Did not even acknowledge I was there. I bought a termite backhoe. Amazing machine! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Have dealt with Ricer in Jackson and it is a class A place. Especially Lisa in the office and Mike in service. Good people who go the extra mile to help out their customers.

Great service. The picked up equipment for maintenance and brought it back fully serviced within the week. Everyone, from parts, to sales to the drivers, was awesome and professional.
