Went in a week ago to get my truck ready for our annual vacation, I was really disappointed when I found out my buddy Ross quit, he was always my go to guy for things. Service now is not good unless you get Lovell. Think I'll be shopping somewhere else for my parts.

I'd give it a -5 if I could. O'Reilly's was always my go to place in Jackson but the new lady in there needs fired or a whole lot of training. I ask if they carried a hose 1/2" ID and all she could say is we carry fuel lines.(this isn't the only time I had trouble with her) I've talked to other people that had the same experience and some quit going there and others just hang up because she seems to be the one that always answers the phone

Went in to by detailing product and an older woman working the desk was off her rocker and needs her attitude put in check, poor customer service do not recomend...

I was on a hunting trip 17 miles from the nearest auto parts store and my brake line broke. I had a hunting buddy take me to auto zone because it is a store I am familiar with. They did not have the lines I needed or did not want to take the time to help me. So we went to O'Reilly Auto parts. Robert asked if he could help. I explained the situation and tried to explain what I needed. With a lot of patients and thinking Robert got me every thing I needed in 1 trip. Thank you Robert!!!

Horrible Store manager! Should NOT be in charge of getting out of bed in the morning, but yet some goof hired her as a manager. Her and the person who thought it was a great idea to hire her should be fired.

By far the best place to do business. They are always very honest with you and will help you out tremendously. I have did business with them every since they opened and I do not have the first complaint about them.

Went in today and had a lifetime warranty on my spark plug wires. They switched them out no problem and saved me $85 on expensive German Plug Wires. I bounce back and forth between this and autozone.

Definitely go here and get your parts very friendly I go here all the time they do price matching and most of the parts are lifetime stop by and look around prices are awesome I use them all the time and have never had an issue with their parts I know from experience if you do they'll help you fix it

The only place my husband go to get his parts I love the little gift thing to say send us $5 off here $10 off there helps out a lot

call with specific part #. told part was in stock 49.99. drive 15 miles to purchase part, not in stock, but they can offer me a 70.00+ part that is in stock. second time i've had problems with this specific location
