My experience has been with the service department. All that I can say is that everyone in the organization who I have come in contact with has been absolutely top notch. When my truck was in for a major service, they loaned me a brand new one to get around in. You can believe that when it's time for me to get a new truck, I'll be shipping at Mark Porter in Jackson.
