Thank you to everyone at Leonard! I had a great experience - everyone was helpful, very friendly and informative! Keith and Matt were fantastic to work with. I appreciate the care that me, my truck and trailer received. And Elliot had a great time too!Update 1/24 - Leonard goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are very well taken care of. 5 Full Stars WE LOVE OUR DELUXE, LAID-OUT EPIC E40-FL Custom Cart from LeonardT&T!We LOVE the four forward facing seats and all the high end options that come with an EPIC!Before The Sale...5 Full Stars AFTER THE SALE:10 STARS !! Ryan, our customer service guy is fantastic! He's gone out of his way to contact the manufacturers directly and expedite a couple of manufacturer service related updates that needed to be done, as well as a few adjustments to our front end. The updates and repairs were done quickly and expeditiously. He facilitated the sourcing of the parts, direct from the manufacturer, EPIC CARTS, who shipped them right away! Ryan is an excellent contact person between the customer and the service department at Leonard truck and trailer! Highly recommended!Sam, the service department manager and his crew of techs did a great job getting my custom cart in and fixed quick and back to me in time to enjoy the fallTom Gamble, our salesman is a really great guy and the entire place is full of helpful people and really good deals on trailers and they have a TON of LSV's or low speed vehicles in the lot, many of them are STREET LEGAL in Ohio, liked ours!!At the end of the day they washed my cart and cleaned it up and got it back to me ASAP!Thanks Guys!

Leonard Truck &Trailer had the exact toy hauler I was looking for. I made the trip from Colorado to Ohio to check it out. I met Keith Riley and he went over the features of the trailer and I was sold! Keith and the staff were fantastic to work with and we love our new trailer!

The good is that they have a good selection of trailers. But what I don t like is the lack of customer care from the sales team. This is my second trailer I ve purchased there within 6 months. And during both purchases it seemed bothersome for them to answer any questions. It s pretty much you should know everything about all the trailers before you buy go there. The service and parts crew is OK, the go the extra 1/4 mile I d say.. if I need another trailer I m not sure I d buy from them.

The sales process with Joy was great. Doing a remote transaction everything went smooth communication was good and trailer was delivered ahead of schedule.There were a couple minor issues that popped up after delivery but Ryan in the service department was all over it and had it handled well. Would definitely recommend them.

Bought 2 bikes but after we got home my wife noticed that we were over charged $576 and called them and they made it good but it should have never happened. Bentelli bikes are fantastic so everything worked out good in the end.

I had James Walker at Leonard Truck and Trailer design and install my rear window decal and he does amazing work. Great design and very prompt. Pricing was amazing. I even met Clint Leonard, the owner. Very nice guy. No surprise that all the employees are friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I drove 4.5hours to look at a trailer. When I walked in everyone treated me like we were family. Very nice place. Definitely would buy from again.

I drove eight hours one way to look at this trailer when I got there. I was treated very well. They took my truck back got it all prepped for the trailer and they made absolutely sure that the truck was ready and the trailer for me to leave very impressed with a place.

Absolutely an amazing experience. Drove 6hrs to trade in and upgrade my horse trailer. Mike was wonderful to work with. It was painless and quick! Would recommend them to anyone!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not stand behind their products. DO NOT do business with Joy!!! She is very unprofessional & lied to us through out the entire process of buying the trailer. Inquired about the trailer on 3/4. She informed us that the service dept would be releasing the trailer on 3/6. We were told that everything was in working order & the trailer would be ready to ship by 3/8. That never happened though. Almost 3 weeks later we were told by Joy that the trailer was FINALLY ready to go. I had a gut feeling that she was hiding stuff from us, I requested to see the forms from the service center. Both Joy & the service department dragged their feet until I finally got stern with them. Unfortunately the trailer has 2 pages of items that were wrong & they told us they were not going to fix it or make it right. I had previous asked Joy if we could pay to get anything that was wrong with it fixed before it shipped & she said no, we don t do that. So thankfully I had all the phone calls recorded (business phone) & text messages so we will have to deal with it through the court system. I tried talking to Mark which is one of the managers & since I am a woman he decided that talking down to me was appropriate & acted like I knew nothing. Then hung up on me. Very unprofessional & I would not suggest dealing with these people unless you are looking for a stressful sale & being treated like dirt.Edit to Owners response.We were told March 6th that the trailer was ready & would ship the following week & that the service dept was done with the trailer & found nothing wrong with it minus the normal wear & tear like the floor & we were ok with that. Weeks later Joy dropped the bombshell that it had cracks in the black water tank. Why were we told one thing but then weeks later another. I was not abusive to your employee (Mark) but I will not allow a man to talk down to me or degrade me. If those are the type of Employees you like to hire, kiddos to you. But I will not tolerate being called names. After Mark spoke to me like that, I told him not to contact me again. He must of felt some remorse because he called me 2x and I refuse to talk to him & once you are asked not to call someone that falls under harassment so thank you for confirming that. No one else has called us. After a month with dealing with you, I have no plans to step foot on your location. We will fix the trailer & have our attorney handle it from this point on.

Received outstanding service, selection, and value at Leonard Truck and Trailer. I had been shopping for a two-horse trailer in Northern, VA and was disappointed in my options. I did much research and decided upon the HAWK brand for safety and reliability. There wasn t much of a selection and the prices were excessive for both new and used. I expanded my search to include VA, MD, WV and Western PA, without luck. I came across the Leonard Truck and Trailer web page and was impressed with their selection and availability. I was able to find a Hawk trailer with the options I wanted and it was on sale. I was able to purchase a new trailer for a little more than what I would have paid for a used trailer in my area.I contacted Mike McKinney a sales person in their Horse Trailer Division. He was great to work with! He held the trailer that was on sale until my husband could pick it up. He was also able to add addition lighting and padding. We drove to Ohio to pick up the trailer and everything was ready. Mike was able to accommodate our schedule by coming in on his day off and completing the sale. He walked us though all the options of the trailer, arranged to payment of out of state taxes (VA) and got us temporary license plates. The service department even helped my husband program his Toyota Tundra s electronic trailer braking system before we left.If you are seeking great service, selection and the best price, Leonard Truck and Trailer is where you will find it. It was well worth our time, traveling from VA to OH to purchase our beautiful, new (2024) Hawk horse trailer.

I can t say enough great things about this place! Zack was my salesman but so much better than the average one, he explained each feature and gave me some priceless advice. Kevin helped out with financing and my rates were lower than buying used through a bank. Tyler at the firearms area answered all of my questions.I ll never go anywhere else. Chances are they have whatever you need! These guys all deserve a raise. You can tell they love what they do and they are great at it.If you want reliability, my questions were answered on a Sunday. You can t beat that!

Wonderful experience at Leonard Truck and Trailer. Keith was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The entire staff seemed happy to be there and eager to make it a great customer experience. Definitely recommend, I knew when I pulled up and saw the US Flag this was a great place!

The service department was extremely professional. Ryan was knowledgeable and very good following up with status reports on the repair of my RV. They went above and beyond the call of duty when I pick up my RVThey found a small issue with the landing gearWhen hooking up the trailer to my truck. They took the time to fix it and get me on my way quickly.

Overall great experience with everyone I interacted with at Leonard Truck & Trailer. I worked with Danny Dunn, who was able to promptly answer all of my (many) questions. He was very knowledgeable about all of the trailers I was interested in and genuinely wanted to make sure I was able to get what best suited my needs. Finance personnel and the guys working behind the scenes hooking up the trailer were respectful and made sure I had everything I needed.

This place is GREAT! Salesman Tom is Awesome and everybody was friendly and their selection of LSV Low Speed Vehicle carts and trailers is fantastic!I would highly recommend this company. They are fair priced, easy to deal with the managers are cool and the salesmen are awesome!Update: 1/1/2023Tom the salesman is a really great guy and the entire place is full of helpful people and really good deals.Going back to buy the car tomorrow morning, can't wait.Really down to earth quality people!Five Star and I highly recommend them!

Just bought my first trailer and they were wonderful people to deal with. Danny dunn answered my multiple questions, multiple times! 10/10 would recommend. They held it for me until I could get there to get it. The prices are very reasonable also!

Just bought a used fifth wheel from Leonard Truck and trailer. Very fair and helpful. Went to pick it up today, and when they went through to hook it up and do a safety check, the replaced the batteries. They also found an issue with the trailer brakes on our truck. They fixed it for us for probably 25-30% of what the dealer would have charged. Would highly recommended them!

We bought a used horse trailer sight unseen from Danny. The trailer was exactly as described if not better! Danny was wonderful throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Leonard Truck and Trailer.

Had to buy a trailer over the phone and get it delivered sight unseen because my husband is in hospice and I needed a dump trailer. I was sent dump trailer with rust in it on the sides on the bottom. I would not buy a car with rust on it in paint chipped off. I m not going to buy a trailer like that either. I am waiting to see what this company will do for me. Well, the company came through not only did they get me a brand new trailer but the gentleman that sold it to me personally drove it to my house. I am just waiting for my paperwork so I could start using it. And I am reminded of why I came back to this company to buy something. Thank you for the great service.

Great company to work with. They went out of their way to help with finding financing. We were new to buying RV type trailers and they made the experience smooth. Remember to get some airbags for your truck because you will be able to buy more trailer at Leonard's Truck and trailer than you thought you could afford.

Great place. Never felt safer at a business. If you know you know.Bryan was great and made our purchase fast and easy. Even provide a great music selection during a golf cart test drive!!!We love our trailer and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Danny Dunn is a great salesman and so accommodating. He never lost his cool with all my nervous, new owner questions. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five, is because my trailer was so late getting to me. A trucking issue, not a salesman issue, but still an issue.

Convenient location right off the highway. Super helpful staff. Trailer rental for us. They made it super easy and even hooked the trailer to our truck along with providing correct hitch at no additional charge. They have an extensive store inside with every thing from towing supplies, animal feed to firearms section and golf carts. Will rent again when need arises. Great experience for us.
