We accidentally broke a window on our 5th wheel camper and Glass Garage was the first place I called. They were able to make itnout within a couple of hours and offered a solution to fix that afternoon. They traveled to me and were very friendly and professional. I called and ordered a custom sized dual pane window to be installed in a wall, and I provided the dimensions and all information over the phone to the gentleman taking my order. He said the window would come in from the manufacturer in about a week or so, and that he could deliver it to my place for an additional charge. I agreed, and he charged my credit card at the time of my order for the glass and delivery. After not hearing anything for almost 3 weeks, I called today and asked about the status of my order. The lady who took my call, Angie, was not aware of my order. I told her that they had charged my credit card on the day I called (March 4), and then she was able to find where they had charged me. She said she needed to check on the order and call me back. When she called back, she said that they had not placed the order with the manufacturer, and if I wanted, they could go ahead and place the order, and again, it would take about a week or so. I told her not to order it, and to provide me with a refund, which she did. So, they had charged me and then did nothing, just forgot about it. They didn't even apologize, let alone offer me a discount for my inconvenience, or free delivery or anything that a decent business would do to try to make up for their failure. I ordered it from a glass provider on the internet today (with free delivery), which I should have done in the first place, but I had wanted to give my business to a local establishment.
