They are the best mechanics i ever met , Ken was a life saver that night, it was Friday evening and snowing when my truck had a shock circuit and lost of my power, I was in west Virginia, the shop was around 1 hour and 15 minutes away from where I was , while others don't even wanna look at my truck he drove all the way over to west Virginia to fix my truck at a very very genuine price, where others said only the dealership can fix it they charged just 1200 for something the dealership may charge 10k , I can't thank them enough for helping me in that cold night . God bless ya all and keep the Good work and I am really thankful to you for helping me.

I experienced a wheel hub failure for the first time in all the years I've been transporting. Out on US35 West, 8 miles from Jackson. No one merges over, and there was a lost orange triangle that day. But DMK Truck and Repair came out, guided me to a safer location, and began work on diagnosing and repairing all the damage from that failed wheel hub caused to my client's tri-axle boat trailer. Thorough, professional, courtious is only some of the words to describe my experience with DMK. Thank you for your devotion to customer satisfaction and experience!

Ken is the best and extremely competent technician out there. I usually do not leave much reviews, but i felt guilty not do so. He is not only professional in his field but has huge human decency. He looks out for you, he makes sure you are taken care of and not over charged. One of my trucks got broken down near Jackson, OH. I looked up his reviews and had no doubt to call him first. He is upfront with his rate and does not upsell you. He helped us to secure the trailer and tow to the nearest dealership. Thank you Ken.

Want to take the time to thank the mechanics at DMK in Jackson Oh. My truck clutch and transmission went out on Hwy 35 in Oh and I contacted DMK. Received call back stating tow truck on the way. Very impressed with the knowledge of what problem was. Today my truck is fixed and riding fine and I recommend this shop to any driver in Jackson Oh area for truck repairs. I will be doing future business with these guys because I believe on there work. Im already telling other drivers about Want to sat thank you again for being there when I needed you.

Extremely knowledgeable in all things truck related. Was able to fix a clutch problem that was caused by another shop. The game changer came when Kenneth became invested in the repair stopping at nothing to get the job done right while adding a more adequate clutch. So here is part two of my two part review I had to go under a different email. Okay so Boom on January 12th Kenny completed my repairs!! First of all this man worked on my truck in the rain and had me back on the road within hours of the part arriving. On January 16th after resting the weekend I had a load took me from Georgia to Rhode Island and this babe rolled all the way there and back!!! Absolutely No issues whatsoever!! I wish I could have Kenny service my truck everytime. This man is heaven sent and definitely turned around a bad situation! If youre near Jackson OHIO looking for a mobile mechanic check him out he is every bit of a professional and reliable mobile mechanic.!! Thank You Kenny I totally appreciate your help!!!

I had an issue with my DEF system in Chillicothe and Ken was sent out to get me back on the road. He did a great job, he is very knowledgeable and an awesome mechanic. He kept me updated with what was going on and soon I was on my way. I highly recommend him.

This is one of a two part review. I dont know where to start but as a out of state driver it's scary to go seeking a mechanic when the truck break down but Kenny is definitely heaven sent. This man has gone above and beyond the duties of a mechanic. Can we start with how I called him after being on the side of the road for hours until dark with no help from the other local diesel shops and within minutes he was pulling up. Then told me what was wrong and assured me he could get me back rolling. Left and went got a wrecker and towed my truck himslef...wait theres more! Nexy day he spent the morning locating a radiator so that he could get the part and get me going. Yeah thats not all...my load had to be recovered THIS MAN LITERALLY SPENT HOURS Im sorry I lost count but tireless hours helping the other truck driver and myself transfer over 10k lbs from my truck to the recovery truck. Remember I said this is two part so Yep theres more!! Im patiently waiting for the part and everyone has been soo accommodating and willing to help. But Kenny this world need more people like you...hang on for part two of this review!!

Best mechanic I have ever seen in the States. Ken is a very good and honest guy. Not a lot of people like him in this world trust me your lucky if this guys helps you out. Guaranteed honest work. Very knowledgeable mechanic knows what he s doing. Takes his time and he makes sure it s done right I mean honestly it s hard to find a mechanic like Ken in this world.So I had my Turbo blown out. I called Ken he come out right away and stayed with me almost 5 hours and even helped the tow guys. And he didn t even charged me one penny that s how human being this guy is. Always trying to save you some money and always being honest. It s really hard to find someone like Ken in this industry man. I get my parts from Columbus and he worked my truck 10hrs straight in the cold man with no breaks this guy is a really honest hard worker. He finished installing my Turbo and I totally satisfied his work. This guy is a legend.Thanks A lot for your help Ken God Bless you man.

I would like to start by saying how I rarely post anything, but today I needed to share my experience I went through over the weekend. My truck broke down at Pilot in Chillicothe, OH., after several attempts calling road services in the area, the only one that took my call was Ken from DMK truck and trailer services. He took the time to come and diagnose my truck and pinpoint the problem. Ken worked on my truck all night, changing the fuel pump in the freezing weather. He had my truck running in the morning as he promised he would. I m so greatful, and fortunate for meeting Ken, I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Ken was great, he wasn t just there to grab my money and run, he did troubleshooting which most wont do, he took his time and actually seemed to care about making sure my truck was road ready. There is no need to call anyone else when in this area KEN is the man for the job. He takes pride in what he does and it shows, thanks Ken for your great work and amazing service.

Needed help with some equipment and he was on time and had it fixed quickly. Decent guy and had about everything in his mobile truck. Highly recommend if you are south of Columbus Ohio

I had my airbrakes fail due to a broken airline on US 35 West in Jackson Ohio. I called DMK and he was very friendly and courteous. He came and fixed my airline in less than 20minutes and got back on the road.He is a very professional mechanicService: BrakesService: Brakes

About 200 miles into pulling my 30 travel trailer to Myrtle Beach the front seal of my transmission decided it was going to let transmission fluid dump out. I packed just enough tools for the basic repairs like belts, pumps, injectors or anything else like that. I never planned on anything serious like a front seal so I was kind of in a jam. Not being able to do the repairs myself do to the lack of tools, my wife looked up mobile repairs and found Ken. He came right to us and was able to get it fixed quick considering none of the parts stores close had the seal in stock. Once he had the part he had it back together a few hours later and I was back on the road. The wife and kids got to enjoy their week at the beach and the truck got us back home with no other problems. I d like to personally thank Ken and I also highly recommend him if you find yourself in a jam like I did.

Ken went the extra mile for me! Definitely give a 5 star and 2 thumbs up for him. Showed up and got me back on the road like a champ. Needed a water pump and he got the pump and replaced it when no one else could get the part or would do it without being towed into a shop. Thank you Ken!

Our boat trailer broke at the leaf spring and Ken came out to where we were immediately and fixed the problem! We re very grateful for his expert diagnosis of why our spring broke. He was able to get it fixed quickly and offered advice on how to avoid it happening again!

He's a very knowledgeable certified diesel mechanic. Didn't LEAVE me stranded. Knew immediately what the problem was. Was back on the road within an hour. And his price was way below other shops I called. I highly recommend him.

We have used Kens services on a number of occasions, and would highly recommend his services to you.Given the terrible service and results from the likes of FYDA and also Cummins, we were so happy to find someone who could actually work on our fleet of trucks, fix things the right way, and stand behind his work. What a breath of fresh air.The first couple of service calls were spent correcting all of the problems caused by the "repairs" attempted by the aforementioned companies. The experience with FYDA was terrible. They took several weeks; I spent thousands of dollars; and they never properly diagnosed the problem or fixed my truck. Cummins did fix 1 of the problems, but their mechanic created a multiple of other repair issues as a result of his very poor work.Name brand companies and service from them, in my experience, has been and still is terrible. Call Ken. He'll take care of you.

What a great experience!!! I had some really bad characters out in California install a leveling valve completely wrong and was very lucky I didn t blow an air bag and even worse while I was underneath there trying to get it lowered. I called Ken about it and some water leaks on top of my trailer as well and he showed up and took care of business. Sealed my water leaks and got the leveling valve plumbed correctly. Them California yahoos had the air lines backwards( kinda like their politicians) I m truly thankful that there are still people like ken walking on this planet that you can trust. There s way to many that want to take advantage of you and your situation. VERY GOOD JOB KEN AND IM GLAD I GOT TO MEET YOU AND NOW I KNOW WHO I CAN CALL WHEN IM IN NEED HERE IN OHIO!! Thanks. Jeff

Awesome people and awesome service. I had a problem with the truck wouldn't go over 40mph I knew it had something to do with the turbo but I thought it was a coupler. They came out and a found out it was the turbo itself. Fortunately it's under warranty. The the gentleman that came to me was awesome and very knowledgeable. Thanks for everything!

I asked Siri for someone to fix my headlight in my semi. Ken s company came up! When I called he said he d be out in 30 minutes, and he was! Very pleasant to deal with!

Very knowledgeable work thru the night an got my freightliner fixed needed a new injector he did a deep diagnosis of my truck before just fixing something Kenny is awesome if you running thru Ohio I highly recommend him and guys they go above an beyond.

The guy is great..he knows alott and very creative my truck broke down on a very cold night at a warehouse in ohio..he came to rescue just on time he didn t have the ring that goes into a oil hose but that guy is clever he still fixed it would recommend undoubtedly
