Glockner always does a great job with my servic needs. I have always been very happy with this car dealership. Today I had an appointment to have my power steering checked and even though several cars were in the service bay they took the time to provide me with quick and personalized service (I was on a very tight schedule). I can't recommend these folks high enough.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Not impressed. Took 2010 Terrain in for recall notice received about headlight glare. They said it would take 20 minutes. It took 40 but I realize that it was just an estimate. The part that irritates me is the corrective fix for the glare. It appears to be two translucent stickers applied directly to the front cover of the headlights. The technicians did not even clean the headlights so the stickers are permanently applied over dirty covers. I was told it would be a coating. I would ve cleaned the headlights had I known it was just a sticker.

Had an oil change and tire rotation along with the oxygen sensor replaced on my 2017 Buick Envision. Great service! Very accommodating. Tina was very helpful and kind. Fast, stress free service. Everyone in the the service department was knowledgeable, courteous, and welcoming. I am very grateful for the people of the Ironton Glockner dealership (family) and will return for all vehicle maintenance, repairs, and future purchases.

I arrived at the dealership for our first service on the 2022 Terrain we purchased a few months ago. I was met in the service bay by Tammy Dotson who reviewed the service appointment with me and verified the full extent of the work I expected to be completed.Tammy was very professional and courteous, made sure I knew where the lounge and coffee were, and then said she would come and review the details of the service with me when completed.A scheduled forty five minute appointment was completed about ten minutes early, with no hiccups or hey, can I sell you this ?The total package was a very good experience!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Since I've had my Buick Encore, I have consistently brought my car to Glockner of Ironton for service. Mostly oil change and tire rotation every 5k miles. I make an appointment, show up, check in and wait in the comfy waiting area. From the time I arrive to the time I get my keys back is usually around 30 minutes, which is awesome in my opinion. Great staff and quality service. Other than the price going up, I am very pleased.Service: Oil change

I'm shocked this business has a 4.8 out of 5 star rating considering the lady that "helped" me today in service. To start, I was ignored while she was listening in on someone else's conversation. Then, when she did acknowledge me, she was clearly annoyed at having to help me. Perhaps it was that I stopped by 20 minutes before closing or my question about brake inspection and repair. I don't know, but her face and tone were unprofessional and unfriendly. According to her, they charge a service fee of $65 per axel for brake inspection plus whatever the charge is to replace the brakes. I've never heard of such a thing. I came here from Summit because of the wonderful ratings and comments. I'm disappointed to be sure

Recall on the headlights. I was called to bring it in over Recall. I spent over an hour before they called to tell me it was finished. When I checked in to pick it up they said they didn't have the right program to fix it. Looks like I will get to go back again. Also still waiting on the rest of the parts that were promised to me when I bought the truck.

I love the Glockner service department! We have all our oil changes done there and we ve had some engine repairs done under warranty and they were done in a timely manner. Today we had to have the water pump replaced on Miss Blue our 2018 Buick Encore. Tina always takes care of us and she is very professional. I am super pleased with the work done. Awesome experience. Found a flash issue with my brakes. Provided courtesy transportation to my home and worked the problem immediately. Offered to come back and pick me up at the end of the day. Bought my car used and it had a couple of oil leaks. They fixed and washed engine. A week later, was still smelling oil. They were quick to get me in and recheck car. There were no leaks, just needed more washing. People were very nice, professional and accommodating. Had no problems with making sure this old lady's fears were put to rest.

Going to Glockner of Ironton has been a great experience. From buying a vehicle to the service they have been great. Scott Wells was a great salesman and the service department was very thorough, they even noticed a ding in my passenger side door and asked me what happened. Definitely recommend them.

This service department is excellent! I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. There service representatives are always friendly and helpful. Tina, my service manager will take text messages and direct telephone calls to help expedite making appointments and getting service.Steve, an excellent mechanic and service manager is always available to discuss problems and diagnose more complex issues.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I m grateful for Tina s quick responses to my car issue. She was knowledgeable of my issue but confident in her staff to quickly locate and fix the issue.The most appreciative service was offering a driver to drop me off at my house so I didn t have to wait for the service to be completed. Upon completion of the service Tina had my car delivered back to my house. It s refreshing to see a business provide extra accommodations for people who need them.Service: Battery

Glockner is one of the best GM dealerships around and I trust them wholeheartedly. They ve had a loaner on hand when they knew I had to get to work. They took care of the problem that my car was having after they changed the water pump.Excellent Service from the service dept to Steve in management.I would direct anyone to go there!

Love my ironton Glockners always! They r clean an I can never complain, the Ashland Glockners staff has always been rude an stuck up! I had my transmission replaced. Everyone at Ironton, because I bought a GMC and that's where it was repaired and south point where I bought my Acadia we're so helpful and polite. If I get a new car or I know anyone who is looking, I would definitely recommend Glockner!

After my first oil change a transmission fluid leak was discovered and repaired, then in March 2023 after an oil change another transmission leak was discovered. I had to schedule service in a week due to a part being ordered. No one called to state said part was in and I didn t go for the service and it was a good thing as they didn t even have the part for repair and didn t bother to call and tell me. This is the second time this has happened. The other time was at Glockner Toyota. My friend had a repair at Glockner Chevrolet and they told her to bring her car in as the parts were all there for repair. The parts department didn t check to make sure they had the correct parts and she got her car back after 5 weeks. Nice people to talk with but the parts ordering needs to be checked.Service: Transmission repair
