Always willing to match prices if you find it cheaper somewhere else and the rewards program is cool,$20 bucks for every 20 you spend 5times then you get a gift card for 20 better than nothing

the people that work at AutoZone auto parts in Ironton are so helpful and they can be really busy but they always acknowledge that you're there they will walk outside and tell you what size wipers you need or anything they can do to help you they are awesome I have always been very happy with the way I got treated down there it is a good place to go get car parts in the prices are really good to sew make AutoZone your car parts store I know I did

Didn't greet when walking in or ask if needed help while roaming the aisles. Don't seem very friendly at this location.

Guys working there were great! Only problem was they had to order the part and it was an A.C. DELCO part when I went to pick it up they had sent a pioneer production which was about $40 higher.. guy at the register gave me a discount and did everything he could. Not a really big deal just think when I go in expecting to pay a price I was quoted then get hit with that it's kind of a let down... is what it is.. thanks Auto Zone

Updated my review from 3 star's to 4 star's because the last couple times I've been in the customer service has been a lot better. Welcoming and helpful. Good stuff.

LOVE my local AutoZone. Helpful people and good prices. They go out of their way to help when possible. Go to the Ironton store and give them a visit, guarantee you'll come back.

I came here last night (28 Jan 2019) after working all day.That morning my car wouldn't start and it was related to the battery.I went to work, brought my car here because it magically started and the person working said "if it looks like it will take more than 30mins we can't do it."They were so busy with one customer coming in the entire time I was there. They rejected putting my battery in after I paid $140 for it.So I woke up early today (29 Jan 2020) and took it to Walmart. They had it finished with 15 mins The reason I gave 2 stars is because the service was good enough and the person that waited on me let me borrow some jumper cables for long enough that I could jump my car to bring it in.I won't be returning here for anything related to my auto care needs.I'll go to O'Reillys or Advance auto parts next time I need something immediately. At least they're willing to help to the best of their ability.FYI: the reason I've uploaded this is because this is not the first disappointing experience I've had at this store.

It's a good place if you gotta have something right now but I would order online from anywhere else if it could wait it saves a lot of$$$$$_$_$$$$$__$______$$$$

THE YOUNGER SKINNY GENTLEMAN THAT WAITED ON ME LOOKED HIGH, WAS NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL AND WAS HE RUDE AS CAN BE!! HE ASKED AN OLDER GENTLEMAN TO HELP AND HE WAS ALSO RUDE. I WILL NOT BE BACK THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!

Never the seem to have the part that I need. If it is there and I usually have to return it. Would rather to go to Advance Auto for real car parts. For just bolt-on stuff autozone is the place

Now bye goly. The best car parts around .lowen tools .and free battery and antifreeze check. Can't beat it
