I absolutely love this place! It's always an easy time during what can be the most stressful happenings! I'm always in and out as fast as I can be, and my car has been in tip top shape when I've gotten it back the times I've come here. They even carry snap finance, which is a great way to get some work done to your car in a pinch if you can't afford the whole total outright. No interest if you pay it off within the 90 days! I 10/10 recommend to anyone needing tires or that wants their car checked up! Your vehicle is in good hands with these humans!

Went here to get my axels fixed my price was 762 for both front axels they only fixed one and charged me 762$ for just one , my car is making more sounds than it was yesterday! I would not recommend going here

BEWARE!!!!!!! I don't usually write bad reviews, BUT I would recommend not going to Van's in Iberia. We came once about 3 months ago to get an oil change. My husband drove to his job in Columbus and home. The next day there was a puddle of oil under the car. We called vans, and they came over and got the car. They took care of the issue. It was missing the gasket on the oil plug. They made it right. Also gave us a card to save money on our next service. Fast forward to the next oil change. They call and said we needed our brakes done and the engine filter changed. He picked up the car and as soon as he started it the engine light came on. We were told it was a code that needed cleared after the filter is changed. Husband drove it home and started it the next day, and the engine light came on again. He drove it to work and on his way home stopped at advance and it threw a code. Vans didn't tighten the airbox. So they tightened it and was on his way. He started thinking and on his day off opened the box. The filter was laying loose and was broken. So we contacted Van's in mansfield. We were told we would get a call from Iberia on Monday. 4:00 Monday still no call so we stopped by. They didn't have a new filter and are denying the issue of course. Now we are waiting in the parking lot for a delivery of an air filter they didn't have in stock. 2 times of bad dealings is just way too much. Beware as I said and double check your car. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to for your saftey.

Vans Tire of Iberia is the only place to go for absolutely all your tire needs. My first visit they mounted a tire for me and said No Charge! I said no charge? I was told if I felt compelled make a donation to the charity that they were hosting that day. I can t say enough about them, Professional, friendly, quality, and fast! I would give them 10 stars if I was able!! Every visit every time 5-stars

Amazing company. I was 200 miles from home and I got a flat tire. Not only was they able to give me a good deal on my tires, but was able to squeeze me in twenty minutes before they closed highly recommend

Amazing service! Had a tire with a slow leak. Gavin got me in quickly and they repaired it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service I really do appreciate it.. my tire went flat and I was helped right away they even stood open late just to finished the job.. i definitely recommend this shop to everyone thank you tanner and everyone that helped

Love this place!! Friendly helpful staff. Great service. Very fast and efficient. Nice clean shop and waiting room w tv, comfy chairs, keurig etc. Great prices!!

Called Vans hoping to get in and they were busy, ended up calling Walmart with no answer, got a call back from vans saying that they wouldn't be able to get me in at that location but one not too far would be able to fit me in. Honestly they're the first proactive tire place that has ever called back, they weren't expensive, they pulled me back to show me a few things about my car and explained it in a way that a mechanicly challenged person like myself could understand, I travel a lot but plan on coming back to these two stores specifically for other things as well. Great help very friendly and professional. Thanks guys!

Vans got our car in for balance and alignment very quickly. They did a multi-point inspection. Knowing that we were planning to leave on a cross country trip they recommend a brake job. They were quick, efficient and kept us informed of the progress. They even sent us a condition report complete with pictures. Impressive!

Started off good, went bad very quickly!!! My first initial interaction with Van s ever, I was a first timer. Eric and Gary, they were both very nice and personable. However, come to find out I think that. niceness was just a cover-up for the dagger they stab in your back. I ve been in sales/customer service for over 15 years. When a client asks for a price of a product. You give them just that, either the MSRP and or whatever sales price you re offering you don t include an after market add on warranty and quote that as the price. That goes against everything, a business should stand for. Trust, integrity, customer satisfaction/service you get the point. I will also say I spoke with Gavin. I believe he is the general manager there at that store. He was very nice, told me he absolutely understood and did not support what his staff did. He told me he would immediately get with them and re-train how to present the product properly. Gavin also told me he would go ahead and refund my money $50 plus tax.. However, that was last week, and I have still yet to have that happen. I initially left a good review, before I realize what happened.. I also want to point out. I asked the sales person Eric straight up. If the price he gave me was MSRP and the warranty he was explaining. A three-year fully covered warranty. Because I was always thought that if somethings seems too good to be true, it probably isn t. I ve also been buying tires long enough to know that kind of warranty doesn t exist from the factory. Eric told me yes that is all included in the price. I again confirmed that is not an aftermarket add on warranty. Which he replied no. I m very upset this happened. I was looking forward to making Van s my new, lifelong basic tune up and tire partner. However, honesty and trust are the two biggest things I value when doing business. When those go, so do I.

Found these guys back at the end of last year (2022). Turned out to be a great find. I'm back today (April 2023) for some tire balancing and an oil change while I'm here.If all continues to go well, I will continue use them. Honesty and integrity is very important to me and they have not disappointed.The only thing that would be better is Saturday hours.

As soon as you walk in your treated with the upmost care and respect as a customer, the facility is nice and clean and welcoming. Being my first time getting new tires I ll continue to use there services for future use! Great people very convenient easy parking (:

Quick and friendly service. After a disappointing trip to a compeditor, we made a call to Van's. Not only did they have my tires, but they got me in the next day for mounting and an alignment - something the other guy couldn't pull off. Van's has been out tire go-go in the past and they continue to demonstarte why they are the best tire shop around. And my daughter says they have the nicest bathroom; "there is even Febreeze in there". Thanks Van's!

Wile cleaning the grease off of my car I noticed a nice new dent that wasn't there before. I needed the transmission flushed. Now the pan is leaking more than ever. I went there for car care.

The team at the Liberia Ohio store have always been very professional and out going. I trust them with my Corvette, Sequoia and Civic SI. Despite supply chain constraints, they manage to still provide very timely tire supply. Gary is unique and very knowledgeable veteran of the auto business. Always finds creative ways to meet customer needs. Gaven is also very knowledgeable and knows the latest auto service industry.

I recently got a full set of tires from Van s as well as a new battery and I am HIGHLY impressed with the professionalism and willingness to help! Gary is wonderful as well as the entire staff at this establishment! Very helpful, not trying to convince you to go for the highest priced item (as I ve experienced elsewhere), and they re personable! Love it here! Will DEFINITELY be returning!

Vans in Iberia has been one of the best, most trustworthy shops I've been to in a long time. Their service was quick and reasonably priced as well, even gave me a couple things to keep on eye on but never pressured me to fix right then. I'd highly recommend them to anyone, especially if Gavin is there!
