3rd car a relative has got from them because each one they purchase has been bad. They say they are serviced? Well they are not. They give you 30 days but when something happens it takes forever to fix and if they do it still isn't rigjt.

Jeff and his staff are simply fantastic! This will be the only place I ever buy vehicles from from now on. My wife and I have two vehicles from Country Auto. Outstanding service every time! This is a truly great car shopping experience with great used vehicles and customer service! Thank you Jeff and your fantastic employees!

My previous review noted some issues we had with our vehicle. Jeff worked with us and did a fantastic job at coming to a resolution.Jeff was very helpful during the purchase process, the lot and office is very neat and professional. Overall it was a pleasant purchasing experience.

We have bought several cars from Country Auto. We have been treated so wonderful if we needed anything it was taken care of. Great customer service. Very willing to help out in anyway possible. I would recommend everyone to give them a chance. Absolutely a five star:

We've been going to Jeff for vehicles for almost ten years now, and he has always been good to us. He's got a good selection of vehicles and if he doesn't have it there he will see about getting what your looking for, for you. We highly recommend Country Auto for quality used vehicles.

Jeff the owner of Country Auto is fantastic... He backs his vehicles... I had some problems with a vehicle I bought from him,he brought me a loaner and fixed it. That was a couple of years ago... I just bought another one a week ago and I have a bad axil in it... He's giving me a loaner and fixing it. I think I am going to buy a truck from him next month to. They are fantastic people and treat their customers right...

We have bought 12 cars from Country Auto for ourselves and children over the past 20 years. We really enjoy the no sales pressure atmosphere....no one running out bombarding you trying to sell you something you dont want. Very high quality vehicles and the few times we did have an issue we able to resolve it reasonably. I would highly recommend buying cars here!

Got a van from them 2 years ago and it had some problems but the two major problems I had they worked with me to fix them and the others were just miner problems that most people have like tires and oil change and filters. other than that they are very nice and look forward to getting another car from them next month.

We have purchased 4 cars from country auto ! Whenever a issue arised there was never a hesitation to get it fixed . This is a very trustworthy and honestly family car dealer ship. Communication with them has always been great . Highly recommend them!

My husband and I purchased a car from here about a year ago and the prices are affordable which seems to be the only up side.From the moment we went to purchase it there was a misunderstanding on the agreement and how much we needed down on the car and the value of the trade in. So we didn't have enough money on us at the time. So the owner starts getting completely angry and switches out the plates saying " you know how this works and you should have came with more money" so we left completely able to purchase the car but to angry to get the money and come back. So silly us, we come back and purchase the car anyways because we liked it. Within thirty days the check engine light comes on and needs a new cat converter which is not cheap. And continues having problems, which these cars are not sold with any warranty what so ever. So then one week before our due payment recently we receive a phone call at 9am and didn't answer. By the time we woke up we had been notified by my husbands family member that we didn't pay our last months bill? She had gone in to pay hers and the owner said he couldn't get ahold of us and let her know. I find that completely unprofessional to tell other customers about our car bill. So we proceed to call back a couple hours later and said that we find that ridiculous and they simply say " we tried to contact you". ONE TIME THIS MORNING. We are completely 100% able to pay our payments on the spot it just happened to slip our mind because it isn't automatic billing. And I cannot believe a business owner would try to get ahold of anyone other than someone legally responsible for the ownership of the car. I will say them answering the phone has gotten better from a hello (so I have no idea who or what business this is) to a "county auto". Highly disappointed with this company's attitude and ethics. No confidentiality or privacy. From now on I'd like to make my payment, fix my car every month because it doesn't ever seem to be done getting fixed and pay this car off ASAP before my great aunt sally gets a phone call.

Love my car and this place! Only reason for 4 stars is because I had to pay to get both actuators replaced not too awfully long after buying it. Other than that, amazing place with great prices!

My husband and I have Bought 3 cars from Jeff at country auto he seems pretty good about getting your car in to be looked at ,or fixed for any issues you are having , soon after buying my pilot I needed a transmission flush which he payed for , I eventually had to have my transmission replaced Which Jeff also covered the expenses for due to the recent purchase of the vehicle Best Buy here pay here in Logan County.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, the woman and the man were extremely rude and didn t even act like they cared if I bought a vehicle or not . The flex they had me test drive had zip ties holding the radiator together , buyer be ware they said they don t guarantee anything and the vehicles were not up to par and if you ask for anything at all to be done to the vehicle before you buy they ll refuse , wouldn t even top the fluid levels off ... glad I decided to go to Tom Ahl instead !

Was wanting 1 of the 2 kia souls they had and test drive the first one and had a tick in the engine so I wanted to drive the second one and said no bc he had just cleaned it. Terrible service. No one talks to you about the cars or anything

I have tried on three different occasions to deal with this guy his prices are too high and he is extremely rude and obnoxious I would not buy a vehicle from this dealer if I was desperate
