Owner Matthew Fozio is incredibly rude. Will do my best never to have to come to this Goodyear again. I m sure he will type something back to this review and will try to shame me so check out the reply once it comes. It s all about how you talk to someone in my opinion and this guy came out heated and was swearing. If you want to support Goodyear go to a different store where you won t feel attacked by the owner. Told him I would be writing a review and he laughed. I hope nobody has to deal with him.

I have used Hudson Goodyear for all of my car needs for almost 10 years, and they have always taken care of me. It is a huge relief when you find someone you know you can trust and will take care of you. Matt, the owner, has personally made sure every experience is a positive one even when the situation is not. I've come here the last year on multiple occasions (all unrelated repairs). Went to a local dealership and had them look at a misfire in my Chevy Trax. After about 300 dollars and no success, I came here and had it fixed right. No problems with that car since.I have gotten both oil changes and tire replacements done here for a very good price compared to how much i would normally pay. If your looking for a place to fix a ohio pothole flat, then look no further than here!Great service and efficient!

I took my SUV for tire rotation. After inspecting my car and tires, Shawn kindly explained to me why the rotation was not necessary for my car and did not charge for the inspection. Instead of doing the unnecessary work and charging for it, this was a very honest act by the mechanic/business and I appreciated it.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Hands down the best experience I ve had with a repair for my car. I m new to the area and decided to try this shop out to fix the stabilizer link on my Chevy Spark. The owner and his staff were very professional and polite in explaining what was wrong with my car and how they could help. The next day I had an appointment and my repair was finished same day and within their quoted time frame. Overall, if you want to go somewhere that is reliable, fairly priced, and professional, this is the place I d recommend.

They were pretty awesome guys! I was on my way to Hershey and had truck trouble. I call them and asked if they could get me in to look at my truck. And they got me in and out and back on my way in less than 2 hours. It's sad I had to pay someone to put spark plugs in my truck but 5 hours from home and very few tools with me it was my only choice. I was just happy they were so helpful.

I had a tire puncture in the side wall, called the night it happened and followed up the next afternoon on my lunch break. I can't remember with whom I spoke, but he managed to get an exact replacement there within a couple hours and had it put on my Civic promptly. They got me out of a pinch in a timely way, and I appreciate that they were so helpful.

From the second that you call them on the phone, until you walk inside their stores, you will speak to the most friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were above and beyond with my oil change and brakes replacements at very competitive prices as well.If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am so glad we found this car service station when we moved here to Hudson!!! Extremely customer service oriented. They put the customers first. Matt, the owner will work with you directly anytime. Best I've ever encountered on all 12 places I've lived in the US.

I have been a repeat customer to this Goodyear for a couple years now and I have to say, I will probably never go back there again.My previous visit, I got my oil changed. This oil change took 3 hours as they didn t have an oil filter on hand and the one that they initially received was defective causing them to order another one. I do not have any background in running a mechanics shop, but I would think I d have an oil filter or two on hand for an oil change that is scheduled in the near future. However, I digress. I was told I would need to consider getting new brakes at my next oil change.Today, at my next oil change, they didn t advise me on my brakes. As a matter of fact, they were having a hard time getting my tires off for the included tire rotation. The mechanic came up to me and told me they would need to replace all 16 lug nuts which would set me back $365 EACH! I am young, but I m not an idiot. I know lug nuts don t cost that much and I told the mechanic, I can t afford $6k for lug nuts. He came back 2 minutes later saying he ll get it done for $36 for the whole set.At the register, I was not told what I was paying for, I didn t see a line item break down, etc. Once I did the math in my head of the oil change plus the lug nuts, the amount I was charged checked out and I paid. I received a copy of my receipt and saw there was a note of my front brakes wearing unevenly which I brought to their attention...Anyone considering going here, please go into it having a good understanding of what things cost and how often parts need to be replaced. I d highly recommend you go elsewhere or do the work yourself.

Correct to 4 stars I agree with some of the owners feedback, help employ those with disabilities and owner did lose money making this right. Oil Change comments I will disagree with based on my experience. I have a lift in my garage, have changed oil myself since 16yrs old, my teen has to change his own oil b/c I believe in that. Every filter I have ever ordered has a washer in it. It is recommended to change every time (Maybe not in the manual but common sense experience you mentioned), The oil pan is alum and cannot be over torqued, a new washer isn't required like you stated but experience tells us just to install the provided washer so we don't have a potential leak issue. Why not just do it right the first time and eliminate the risk for a $0.20 part? I try to give business to local places just to do it, at times it works for everyone and other times it does not. Sure you do well, I was just that one poor job I guess. oil change service. Nice people, great pricing BUT they didn't change the washer on the drain plug so oil leaked all over garage floor. Took it back and they changed oil again but forgot to chain washer on plug. Its an Audi Q7, you have to change the washer. Went back a third time and they finally got it right. I only gave 2 stars b/c if I was the owner I would fire (Correction: be upset) the employee who cost me 3 oils changes (2 free plus 1 paid) and a poor rating. Feel bad for the owner but seriously, its a simple oil change on a german car. This is why the oil filters come with a washer.....

I was surprised at how badly they treat repeat customers.My son called for a price and appointment for an oil change (which was to include checking and filling the tires and topping off the fluids) and new wiper blades - he's a repeat customer. They quoted $50 for the oil change and he made the appointment for a few days later. When the job was done, they told him he'd have to wait another 30 minutes while they got the wiper blades (they should have checked if they were in stock before then) and he didn't have that much time so he went to pay. They handed him a bill for $70 - because he was quoted $ 50 he asked if they mistakenly charged him for the blades and the person behind the register said yes and that they had definitely installed them.When he got home, he found the tires hadn't been checked because they all needed quite a bit of air. On a long trip the next day, he learned the hard way that Goodyear never changed the wiper blades either, because he couldn't see and had to find a place off the highway to get new ones.They refused to comp the job and only after considerable pushing, did they agree to take $20 off the bill because of the original quote. As it turns out, they didn't even do that, they only credited $16. Who knows if Goodyear actually changed the oil and filter, they didn't do anything else they said they would.I wouldn't trust this shop with my car.Response to the owner.No one yelled at you and no one was slanderous as everything I said was accurate and verifiable. We were civil but firm. You are a liar, didn't offer to make anything right, only agreed to take $20 off when I pushed, ultimately credited $16. As for the tires, they needed quite a bit of air, not just 2-3 pounds and its clear that the tires were never checked as the pressure has held steady since.Bottom line. 1) When you quote a price, stick to it. If you have an issue with the person who made the quote, deal with it internally and just live up to what was promised. That conversation never should have happened. 2) When someone says they need wiper blades, you've serviced the car before and know the make, model and year, have the blades in stock at their appointment time. 3) Don't throw words like slanderous around when they don't apply as doing so makes you look ignorant. 4) Your response makes you sound guilty of everything I explained you did and didn't do.Don't take your car to Goodyear Hudson. There are tons of other places that can do the same work that stand by their word, do what they're supposed to and try to make things right when they don't.

Owner is a nice guy. They did the brakes tires and other miscellaneous maintenance on my wife's Volvo xc90. I will go back when one of vehicles need service.

Took my vehicle in to have repairs done got the care back 3 times and 2 of those times something they caused made it so I couldnt even make it home they claimed they would fix the issue and give me my vehicle back charging me everytime for the repairs that didnt fix anything finally got my vehicle back and it still isnt running properly and when I call them to tell them they didnt fix my vehicle properly they called me a liarServices: Electrical repair, Electrical, Engine repair

I had a wheel alignment with this store about 10-12 months ago. I need alignment again but I am asked to pay the same cost. They are not Goodyear owned store. I wish I had gone to Goodyear Auto Service in Stow or Cuyahoga falls since they are more flexible to give discount for the second alignment.
