If you d like to loss 8 hours of your day and lose a load this is the place to come to. I checked in for an oil change at 12pm. Was told you check back in at 4 pm and was told to come back at 8pm. They finally told me that they didn t have the time to get me in today. I was told to come back tomorrow

Sounds very professional on the phone. Did very POOR job! Paid 600$ for fixing leaking trailer. Said their mechanic worked 20 years on trailers and he knows what he is doing. 2 days later in Florida - large puddle of water inside the trailer. Do not recommend them

Stay away for this place, this is professional shop, no regular parts, only going to store parts- mile 90$ , check and advise 70& , new valve 75.99 , replace pressure protection valve 140$ everything for trailer van, together price 460.80, after one week again leaking air, zero stars, worst place

This people is very bad people, one of our trucks had air problems to charge, the mechanic just said that had broken the air compressor and not check anymore, put our truck inside and take out any screws to put out the compressor to be changed, but not finish the work. 4 pm (Friday) they got it the new compressor and just said to driver that they continue working Monday... Truck loaded, all day waiting just to change compressor (estimate time to change 3 hours max.) Obviously we need our truck running to delivery so we ask to put out our truck to be fixed for a road service mechanic and this bad people said yes, you can put out the truck but first pay $821 for the (work) so what?? They not fixed anything, just said that the compressor was broken, they worked on this 1 hour and continue with another truck, is ridiculous, is very hard, is total abuse. So finally we must paid to can fixed our problem and can continue to delivery the load. My people, you know??? Can you understand? I felt like this boss put me a gun to pay for nothing... Jesus, what happened. But we lost the money. Is difficult when you are in your office in Charlotte NC and your truck is 600 miles away... And you know... FINALLY THE COMPRESSOR WAS NOT BROKEN.... Just the air dryer was stopped. Can you believe? Just air dryer stopped... So $200 the part and $200 labor of professional road service and go... can you believe?? Please not give them the opportunities to take your money without fixed anything. Please all time on any problem with yours trucks or trailer call road service. God bless this people, and bless our ways! Thanks for reading.

I got there just before they were closing because I had waisted my whole day waiting for a technician of a Love's truck stop across the street. Going to Boss truck stop finally, I asked the technicians to try their best. After they discussed, they decided to stay over one more hour just to order the part and to replace my front bulks. I can not say enough thanks to them.

Needed a brake canister. 3.5 hours and after a bit of a mix-up we were back on the road. They charged for an unnecessary parts run and that should have been on them. But, Other than that, It went ok.

Pretty good rate. Had a wheel seal, hub, brakes, and drum replaced for under 1k, in less than 2 hours.2nd visit I had all 6 shocks replaced, and a forced regen for 800- something. Parts run and regen took awhile, but still better than most shops. I'll be going back.

Took my peterbilt in for oil change. Wall said $336 semi synthetic.. bill came to $810.. took ridiculous amount of time got charged for each filter and the $336 for oil change .. got charged for them being out of stock on my filter and having to go get it. Will never come here again I could have gotten 2 oil changes for this price.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Terrible please dont not take your truck here. They let me truck sit there for 3 days just to say its the starter then come to find out it wasnt the starter. The guy tells me oh i only been doing this a year. This guys do not know what they are doing. Went in for a tire change and came out to my truck not running. Beware you have been warned
