I just ordered Pinnacle seats from Big Rig World and they were delivered in less that 8 days! Installed the seats on 2021 Renegade Verona and love them so far. Install was pretty basic, takes two guys to set seats in place. Dealing with Carson at BRW was professional and easy and their prices were better than other dealers. I highly recommend BRW and Carson in the sales department.

Ordered a few parts for my Rolloff truck with Eric and he was able to ship them fast and best price. No other place can match Big Rig World. Highly recommend!

Contacted Big Rig World looking for an obscure part for a truck seat. I was able to chat online with Carson and he not only helped me locate the part in their inventory, he went to the warehouse to verify the dimensions when the actual manufacturer had them listed incorrectly. ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service! 5 Stars and A++++

I had the pleasure of working with Carson Kesner to help me find a part that I could not find on the web site. He was very professional and nice and told me exactly what information I needed to help him help me ! :) My part is now on the way and I must say that Big Rig World is lucky to have such a dedicated associate on their team that responds quickly and solves problems for their customers like me. Don't order from these guys.. I ordered 2 wiring connector assemblies and only received 1 part of the 4 piece assemblies. I figured it was a simple mistake so I emailed cust serv and the sales manager said that's how they come. I explained that the part number they advertised and I ordered/paid for corresponds to an "assembly" containing 4 parts. If you wanted to sell just a single part you shouldn't advertise an assembly part number. So she sent me a return slip, worth $23 lol and they're keeping $16 for shipping when these little plastic things can't weigh more than an Oz a piece. So I made a last ditch effort and asked extra kindly for them to correctly fill the order I paid for, to which she kindly responded "let me reach out to my freightliner guy, please be patient." Apparently, they're a paccar dealer so "freightliner parts" are outsourced. Even though I'm pretty sure every truck uses splice packs, and theyre probably all from the same manufacturer. Anyway, that was 3 weeks ago, still no updates.. apparently responding to their customers isn't their strong suit either. Thank God it was only a $40 order as opposed to something expensive or something I needed in order to get a truck back on the road again.. oh well big rig world u got my $40. Enjoy it.Oh and they're still advertising that part assembly for sale, but they updated the picture to show that 1 piece of the entire 4 piece assembly LOL

Worked with Angie there, and she saved the day.. Found us a DPF bracket that was backordered from my local dealer, so we could get our customers truck back in service for them. Part came in exactly as described and when Angie told me it would be here. I saved Big Rig World to my favorites for next time.

Looked local and rims where just to high came across Big Rig World and even with shipping they was cheaper then local.. thank you for the great products and the great price $$$ Pete Wheels are perfect..

Called in to buy a part and spoke with Eric. Ordered it on Thursday and had them overnight so I could get it Friday. Shipped from Ohio to Nevada. Very smooth and easy process. All the parts are brand new, going to be buying parts from them here on out!

Do not bother wasting your time, placed 2 orders over $500, first part failed and was out of warranty by 2 days, second order they sent the wrong side part and only sent one of the three components of the "assembly" and said its all sold separately. Pictures are all misleading and the lack of description on items is a joke. And now get I charged over $100 for the restocking fee. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere.EDIT: They always seem to have a response to a bad review blaming the customer! NEVER once did you offer to send the correct side headlight housing, your customer service is horrendous and don't worry you'll never have to deal with me again, 2 strikes and I'm done!

I live in California, I have a 1990 KW W900 log truck. The local Kenworth shops in my area, were not helpful at all, slow and have experienced a shallow attitude, and prices were double or triple compared to BRW. I was amazed at my first phone call to Angie, gave her my vin and within minutes she had several parts ready for me to add to my on-line order. I created a BRW on-line account, and things could not be better. even though they are in Ohio ( I think) and im in California, I could not be happier with there quick customer service and no hassle return policy.They are my go to parts and customer service for my truck. Really love this place. Oh and did I say how great Angie is, super fast, helpful and very friendly, she is just great.

We were in desperate need of a shift acuator for the transmission on our RV. A few places we called were of no help. We called Eric at Big Rig World, after finding the part on their website. He sent me more photos and dimensions on the part since the part numbers were not exactly the same as our failed acuator to give me some confidence it would still work. He shipped it to us overnight and we believe we are now back in business!

Super helpful staff and easy to deal with. I've never seen anyone beat their price on anything Paccar. Eric and Angie have been helping us out for years. Nothing bad to say. They actually care about getting you what you need and they work fast

I ordered a new seat. First, the price was great, but second Michelle asked questions about the install and made sure that I also had the correct adapter. The next morning Michelle had already followed up with my order and informed me that it was due to arrive THAT DAY! Sure enough, about 3 hours later, my shop had the adapter and the seat. I can't wait to sit in it!

Not sure what customer support these other posters are talking about. I called twice to ask about an order and nobody picked up. Sent two emails requesting an update and received no response. Finally this morning left a message asking them to cancel my order and they shipped the item I didn't want anymore. They made the label at 4:55 pm. I don't know if this is their holiday squad, but it's absolutely terrible customer service edging on scam territory.I also find it interesting that all the one star reviews are mentioning the same or similar issues and yet the company always seems to call them a liar. Not once have they replied by copping to their mistakes or apologized for an error. Incredibly unprofessional behavior.ETA: If your team told you there was no message, then your team is lying to you and you should look into what kind of people you are hiring. I left a message at 9:58 Mountain Time instructing your team to cancel my order and refund the money that was happily charged to my credit card on December 13th or 14th. I left detailed information about my previous attempts to contact and instructed that my order be canceled by end of day or I will be forced to issue a charge back. Nearly 7 hours after leaving this message, a shipping label was created and the package was apparently handed to FedEx. This package will be returned immediately and I will expect a full refund. This is an unsolicited item at this point and I'm not falling for any kind of restocking scam. Thank you.
