I had another big name Viper shop build my engine and twin turbo kit on my 2017 ACR-E 1 of 1. After putting less than 3,000 miles on the build I had catastrophic engine failure. I do a lot of my own work and would consider myself an extremely capable performance car hobbyist. I was considering the other 2 big name shops in the Viper world but ultimately I chose to go with Marquis due to his customer service and helping me over the phone before I was even a customer and before I had paid him a single penny. I was going to pull the engine myself as I had done the first time with the other shop and send it to him to be rebuilt but I decided to send him my entire car at the last minute. I am glad I did. Once the car arrived and he started stripping it down, Marquis and his team found that the previous shop hacked up my frame and did not use POR15 or other rust inhibitors to prevent rust. Basically this other shop hacked my beautiful 1 of 1 ACR to hell as well as having sold me faulty ported cylinder heads, etc. Marquis had to give me a much larger bill than we first intended but he sent me videos and over 100 pictures to show what he was dealing with rather than just taking his word for it. He also helped me get some money back from the previous Viper shop because of their poor craftsmenship. We are still in the middle of my build but I have 100% confidence in Marquis and his team to finish the build on my car. We are going all out with the 9L Callies Stroker Crank, 6XD sequential transmission, etc. I am glad I sent my car to Marquis because he is very trustworthy in a line of work that is known to have bad players. I have been burned by other shops on other platforms such as my Mazda RX7. This is why I have learned over the years to work on high performance cars myself. What my ACR needed was beyond even my capabilities so I had to rely on a professional and Marquis and his team are not only 100% professionals but I would go a step further and call them artists or master Craftsmen in high performance automotive. Thank you Marquis, I am not only just a customer but also a friend now and I can't wait to get my car back to South Florida and show some of these exotic and import guys a nice view of a pair of American Supercar taillights!

I debated writing this review for a while but feel that Viper owners should know that I sent my gen v viper to this shop for a turbo build and ultimately chose to pull my vehicle due to my experience. I was promised pictures, checks ins at each step, and that they were ready to work on my car once it got there. Unfortunately the shop owner had multiple personal emergencies arise a month after delivery. I lost confidence during the subsequent months of non existent communication and minimal progress. I am upset about the fact that they did not start working on my car when they said they would, I did not receive any updates or photos of my car being worked on, the invoice for services changed 3x without my approval, and communication was extremely difficult during the time that my car was at their shop. Staff at the front desk were great to speak with when I could reach them but ultimately could not do anything to help me along the process and always referred me to the shop owner who was unobtainable for months at a time. The shop owner was extremely difficult to receive reciprocal communication with once my car got to their shop and it seemed like the best way to reach him was by writing a public comment on his Facebook page. Emails, phone calls, texts, and voicemails frequently went unanswered once my car got to the shop and afterwards when I was trying to get my refund. When I did get a hold of him, he seemed to have reasons for every delay and often went on unprovoked rants about the other Viper shops/people in the community that he did not like. The lack of accountability and business professionalism bothered me. I lost confidence in this shops ability to perform. After four months I got my viper back and two months after that I got a refund. I hope they turn things around, improve their profesionallism, and deliver good services to their customers.

The team over at Wolf Lab is absolutely top notch. I trusted Marquis to transform my Gen 5 Viper and install a stage three 9.0 liter stroker, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results.From my initial inquiry, I recieved consistent communication from either Marquis or a member of his team. As someone in the sales/service industry, his attention to detail was remarkable. Marquis listened to everything I wanted to do with my car, and was very patient with me as I (annoyingly) continued to modify and adjust my build request. His input and expertise is invaluable - especially when it comes to the finer details on these Vipers. He was very mindful of my budget, and more than fair when it came to pricing. I am very pleased with what I paid for.Turnaround time was absolutely mind-boggling. My car was finished so quickly that HE was waiting on ME to find time in my schedule to come pick my car up. While he offered complimentary delivery via trailer, I wanted to enjoy my two hour drive home and learn my new motor.Throughout the process, I got TONS of photos and updates of the progress - most importantly, I received them without asking for them, which is EXTREMELY rare in this industry. The communication was top notch, and seriously shifted this from a transaction to an experience.When I did take delivery, the team was very welcoming and took me on a tour of the shop and ran me through some of the crazy projects they were working on. It's like a candy shop! Marquis was kind enough to make some custom decals to match my wrap, and walked me through every step of break-in and what to expect.As far as the results... WOW. My Viper came back an absolute torque MONSTER. The power and torque figures are staggering for the car staying NA - I'm not sure how much more power could possibly be squeezed out on the stock ECU... But Marquis and his team definitely maximized the results on my car. I am very excited for the upcoming driving season to bring my car to the streets.Overall, the professionalism, communication, quality of work, and results are next level. Marquis is top notch, and I am very thankful to have found a shop that I trust for all of my future speed projects. More importantly, I made a good friend in the community, and couldn't recommend Wolf Lab Engineering more. I have never experienced the level of service and communication that Marquis and his team offer.Thank you again team!!!

After doing my research, The people, viper community, and Wolf Lab Engineerings previous customers that I spoke with were absolutely correct. I received the best possible service. The attention to detail that the shop offers along with the communication you get along the way was some of the best I ever had. I will continue to use Wolf Lab Engineering in the future for any other automotive builds that I have. In my opinion Marquis is one of the best in the business. For those that don't know me from the viper community, Marquis just finished building a 2009 Viper SRT10 coupe 9L NA Max Effort for me. He also did the exhaust, suspension, roll cage, cooling system, fuel system, clutch, Forgeline beadlock wheels, tires, and several other things. The performance of the car went from great to amazing. I would be more than happy to talk to anyone that wants to use his shop to do any performance work on their vehicles. You can ask Marquis for my phone number.

The Wolf Lab Team has been a great find and overall amazing to work with. They are doing a complete motor build and new turbo system on my car. The communication has been great and takes the time to explain all the changes and recommendations so that I can make an informed decision. This shop caters to high end automotive and exotics which as owners we are very selective about. Automotive industry is a very interesting one but it's not for everyone. You have to be very patient on getting performance parts and find the time to install it. Shop owner and his team made it clear from day one that getting performance parts these days is very difficult and takes a long time but they go above and beyond to get moving forward. So far most parts have arrived for my car and it's getting back together. Hopefully it will be drivable this spring/early summer.

Marquis and his team have been most helpful in attempting to help with a complex issue with my Corvette.I purchased and had installed what was allegedly a new transmission by Dave White Chevrolet. The transmission failed after 1,336 miles. The dealer could not properly fix the warrrantied transmission and claimed that it required "programming " by a performance shop. They advised that I have the vehicle transported to Wolflab engineering to further diagnose my car. Marquis and Greg at Wolflab have been very helpful and provided a detailed diagnosis stating that the issue is clearly an internal Trans issue. Dave White now refuses to take the vehicle back for any further work. My car is now in the hands of Wolflab, waiting for the transmission to be replaced by them. So far so good I look forward to getting my car back in working order with them.

Met the owner of this shop a little over a year ago at a car meet. I own several high end luxury and sports cars here in Toledo, and had been looking for a shop here locally to do maintenance and some custom work to a few of my sports cars. After a few visits I decided to give them a shot. First vehicle Wolf Lab ever worked on for me was my 18 Dodge Challenger Hellcat, he replaced my exhaust. The owner Marquis had recently spoke about fabricating and how good he was, so instead of ordering an exhaust aftermarket, which is what he suggested, I opted to have him do a custom exhaust. Let s just say it didn t sound how I wanted it to sound, it sounded better than I ever could have imagined. The fabricated exhaust even gave options for swapping out exhaust for upgrades at a later time, its just bad azz all around the board. Trust Wolf Lab with one of my toys was a great decision. Being not only an automotive enthusiast but an experienced automotive collision and custom paint technician with over 15 years experience, I m always skeptical of people working on my vehicles, even the dealers at times. The team at Wolf Lab were very knowledgeable, especially with my Dodge Viper. They went above and beyond to insure the greatest service.An example of that, was at the last minute there was a slight problem with my vehicle and Marquis stayed till midnight to resolve it so I could have it in the morning. That s first class service!I appreciated that!

I have a Neon SRT4 that I could hardly keep running and due to the customizing of previous owners, finding someone willing to work on it was far and few between. Then I found Wolf Lab Engineering. I explained to Marquis that I was on a budgetand just wanted to have a reliable fun car to drive. Marquis understood what I wanted and said he would definitely be able to help. After he found all the things that were wrong he decided to have me come to the shop so he could show me the issues and better explain my many options. Now I can totally have fun driving without worrying about a tow truck. Can t think of 1 negative thing when it comes to wolf lab. They are absolutely amazing, the service, employees and the craftsmanship is top notch! They ve now helped with 2 of my cars which have come out very reliable and very high quality. The guys there instantly became family and welcome anyone with a warm welcome. I suggest this place to all my friends looking to get some serious work done.

This is simply too long to explain, we ended up wasting our time, out thousands of dollars and 8 weeks into our rebuild we made the decision to pull our vehicle to stop the chaos. I asked for a detailed list of the parts, costs and labor associated- that wasn't available to me until the company had my vehicle for approximately 6 weeks, and even then it was extremely unclear and not what I asked for. When we picked up the vehicle, our parts were all over the place, grease all over our vehicles interior, just absolutely a disgusting way to treat a client after they've given you 30k. After looking into the owner and this business, the business is behind 100k plus of dollars in back taxes, I wouldn't anticipate them being in business much longer, at least under this company name... You certainty don't have to believe me- please educate yourself and look into the business on the Lucas County Clerk of Courts before you take your extravagant sports car to this facility, we wish we had done the same. The Holland police department were very familiar with the owner and the shop.Service: Engine repair

Just want to say thank you to Marquis and team this last few weeks for turning around 4 of my cars in almost no time. My Raptor, Benz, Corvette, and Mustang all had crazy issues that i needed done asap and Marquis got them in and back to me in less than a weeks time. The office and staff helped me load and transport all the cars with almost zero involvement from myself. Poor communication with no follow up. I inquired electronically about having a small mix of repairs and fabrication projects completed. Upon their request, brought my vehicle to their shop for a quotation. No quote was provided at the time of my visit. After a week had passed without further communications, I again reached out and was told the quote was forthcoming. No quotation for work was ever provided. I took my business elsewhere.

Witnessed this place hold onto a vehicle for 4 months, make no progress, and return the vehicle back to the owner with leaves in the engine bay. Sometimes it would take weeks to get a response on whether any progress was made. Then they have the nerve to argue with every customer who leaves a bad review. Learn to take accountability and make it right with your unhappy clients instead of shifting the blame onto them for trusting you.Edit: It s so incredibly professional of you to claim someone with an honest complaint is using a fake profile. I m quite informed on the situation and know that a week after you said you were going to call rpm Motorsport for the part you still hadn t contacted them. Happy new year though. Have the year you deserve to have.

waste of time and money, I wish I never wasted my time and money here. wont make the same mistake twice.you want to call the shop? You'd be lucky if someone answered the phone. did I also mention the part where they held onto my car for 4 months with no positive progress and an engine bay covered in leaves? I was very patient with them, and very understating. This is a very long story. I personally wont be back again :(

I went to Wolf Lab Enginerring to get my cold air intake installed. I have had plenty of people recommend me to this place, so I had to give it a try. I couldn t believe how fast the turn around time was. I dropped my car off and it was done within 2 hours. Thanks for everything Marquis
